Chapter 39: Beat the Bully (2)

~Albus POV~

After training my team under Remnant Gravity for about the time remaining they certainly took it well but also give them a warning next time. Thankfully though they are understanding of that but I was going to abuse the shit out of <Gravity Glyphs>.

Later down the line we finally reach lunchtime here in Beacon Academy cafeteria.

Today was your basically normal day at Beacon Academy listening to Nora Valkyrie's unbelievable story to her audience... which is us the students as well as her friends about her grand tale.

Nora looks to Blake Belladonna, paying no attention as she is lost in her book, and Yang, who is hanging on her every word with her hands cupping her face as she continues. But at times Blake comes close to glancing at me?

Kind of weird if you ask me but then again though I have offended her I stopped calling her princess anymore. God, I wish I strangle myself for that small mistake as I didn't research beforehand about her.

Nora then screams this as she stands at the table of both Team RWBY and GRNN, where Weiss is ignoring Nora and filing her nails, Ruby and Pyrrha are listening politely as both of them look at Nora with some interest in her words as I pay attention to them as I still listen, "But they were no match... And in the end, Ren and I took them down and made a boatload of Lien selling Ursa skin rugs!"

I sighed at this as I began to explain to team RWBY about Nora's weird dream she's been having for weeks now, "She's been having this recurring dream for nearly a week now. I think it's about to wear off... I think."

That was when Pyrrha started to look at me snapping out of tuning down to Nora's usual banter as I was caught a bit surprised, "Albus? Are you okay there? You seem to be quite out of it today?"

Glancing at her I returned to I made sure to reply to her as to not worry the team about my concerns, "Huh? Oh, yeah! Sorry about that Pyrrha it's just having some thoughts lately. Nothing too bad ok?"

They simply took my words as I was indeed fine. No need for worries for this guy it's just everything has progressed smoothly.

Now what to do in the afternoon is the question. I could possibly use the battle arena here in Beacon to finally get down on those other Telekinesis skills as I wonder how to drop the bomb on Ozpin about letting me use the dungeon here in Beacon.

Glancing around my eyes from the sheer boredom of the academy I look around to finally see something worth my attention as I see the cliché that happens in RWBY fics for chumps like me doing the school route.

My attention is focused on the members of Team CRDL, standing around a girl with brown rabbit ears jutting from her hair as Cardin laughs at her and Sky Lark holds up his hands to his head in a mock interpretation of her unusual features.

You know despite his caution against me the first time around he still goes around and bullies people because of Race. I would think Cardin would be different but it seems to me that he is highly arrogant about his actions and is racist.

This time though seems like the teamVelvet is in. Aren't around to help as the bullies took full advantage of that. But since I know the students don't usually mind their own business better not to provoke a whole herd of angry teenagers trained warriors.

Welp time to ruin some careers then. Plus, I can possibly unlock the forest bully event cliché as it is saving the bunny girl, but it also unlocks the path to be allied with Team Coffee.

Although in the show they did mention that team RWBY was friends with Team Coffee but never explained how though? I guess I might as well start things off by proving to them being good people helping Velvet.

Cardin Winchester and his group of flunkies have messed with the wrong culture man. Because I come from an era where cultured men thrived.

Plus, it would really help my chances of getting in Blakes's good side to help out her issues with the Faunus and maybe more once the topics of the White Fang is open. Maybe I can give her the info of their hideout to provide for me more brownie points with her thanks to my earlier fuck ups.

I can't change the past but I can certainly change the present.

Sigh… better get this over with. For the waifus!

They all look over as the laughter grows louder, mixed in with cries of pain from the rabbit girl when one of her ears is tugged on by Cardin.

Velvet the bunny waifu in trouble stops struggling and grimaces as she says, "Ow! That hurts! Please, stop..."

Cardin continues laughing as he turns to his cronies like a fool as I began to get going doing my job as a natural human being. Beating the living shit out of asshole racist motherfucker like them their place.

Russel Thrush still guffawing with his teammates nicknaming her a freak as Cardin finally relents, and the girl stands up and hurries off, her head bowed and hiding her face from the watching table of heroes.

Pyrrha started to speak as if doing anything but name-calling as she took notice of me going towards the group, "Atrocious. I can't stand people like him... huh Albus what are –"

Ignoring the obvious question, I mention towards Cardin bullying Velvet as placed my hand on the guy as he looked annoyed, "What the hell – '

"Ah what the hell!"

That was when I use my fingers and poke his eyes in the middle parts of his eyes to cause some vision problems for him in the future. He's a big boy he can get over it plus we literally have the tech to make sure he doesn't go blind.

But I did get his attention right away from that as I have his clear attention now as I spoke to the guy as he holds his eyes to get his vision again, "Sorry Winchester I couldn't hold it anymore bullying someone in front of me. I just had to act you see against racist assholes like you? I can't seem to stand them near my presence."

Now I got everyone's attention as I pretty much insulted the bully but clearly, the reactions of my friends seem to be the most affected. To be frank, though they never have seen this side of me before as I can't stand people like Cardin bullying because of race.

Not that I can blame them since I lived in a world where racism is complete bullshit but they haven't progressed with time as I have.

Seeing my true side like this must be a total shock of personalities but not my issue if they don't like the way I am for being righteous like George Washington with liberty and freedom for all.

"You are so- "

Before the cronies could begin to speak I merely closed my eyes and smiled as I dodge their attacks aiming at me as I talk to them casually, "Sorry friend. But as a future Huntsmen, I happen to take it very seriously dealing with the issue of racism. Our main duties are my work protecting not only humans but Faunus in the process as our job describes. I will not let the concept of racism block what is truly right. To help those in need. It's as simple as that."

Now, this was a direct jab at the people who thought they can't do anything to help. Bullshit.

We live in a literal post-apocalyptic world where everyone in this cafeteria has a superpower and is trained to become literal mercenaries defending not only humanity but Faunus as well. But whatever my words said surely riled up everyone now.

We live in a world filled with monsters and they have issues with Race being one of the main concerns and not the Grimm?

We need to work together or were literally fuck. I swear this world of RWBY needs to have the concept of common sense. But then again changing a generation's thoughts though is difficult enough of what they have engrained themselves to learn.

Or at least some of them since they could clearly feel guilty about that not helping out but hey what can I say their racist views on the world differ completely from my own. I would boldly say I'm the insane one here while everyone is the norm.

Quite the literal problem really this world is based on. Poorly written but highly abusable for the guy who knows what they are doing like how I am right now in the situation.

Before they could continue I gave them clear warning signs if they continue I will Nico Robin them expressing it with my hand slowing crushing making the flinch, "Fair warning. If you three continue attacking me I will retaliate back with my semblance. No need for you three to get your nuts crushed right?"

*Shiver*

A collective shiver ran through them as they stopped and backed off from as some of the male students unconsciously cover their privates as I replied to them all, "Good. Now then… next time I see you bully anyone in front of me again I won't go easy next time. And by that, I'm going for the jewels if you try this stunt again. Got it memorized?"

The three nodded as they backed away but not their hot-blooded leader as he replied back to me, "You fucker! Just cause you have the invincible girl on your team you think you're hot shit! Your dirty tactics –"

Interrupting him as I got help Velvet as I replied to him not caring of his honor and such as I responded, "I don't care. I'm simply helping another student out from an arrogant racist boy. But if you continue this how about we settle this matter on the battlefield during Sparring Class with Miss Goodwitch. You can dump your frustrations there."

If looks could kill Cardin looked pissed and was about to use his aura but later calmed down and let it go for now. I knew he wasn't as dumb as he looks because if he tried that stunt it would get him suspended attacking an unarmed civilian.

I had time to read the rules herein Remnant and I was quite glad I got to know beforehand how to avoid such a situation.
