1 Chapter 1: New Gamer Start!

~? POV~

Huh?

Looking around I find myself in some place… rather bizarre. No seriously like really bizarre place and not New Jersey thank god for that.

Observing the area, it looks like I'm no longer back at home or to be frank the good old fashion of New York city it seems. No like seriously I don't see those areas with trash bins or some skyscrapers anywhere in this place.

Although the hologram lights are a dead giveaway to something apparently?

Futuristic perhaps?

I began to walk around as I see that everything in this world is better for a lack of terms different to what I expected.

Being isekaied does that to a guy and I seem to be better than most in that regard which in itself is strange?

[+1 INT]

The fuck!

My eyes widen at this looking at that iconic plus 1 of intellect clearly shown on the screen that only happens when someone has the Gamer or System powers and shit to have right!

Rubbing my eyes I see that the free extra stat point is gone as I murmur to myself as I began to speak clearly confused, "The literal fuck…? This kind of shit happens when people of fanfic have gamer powers right? In that case… Status."

That was when I clearly saw a window pop up out of nowhere as I began to see the name clearly that does not belong to me!

Observing myself I can clearly see that my name was on some reflective surface as worry became apparent coming across my face knowing where I'm at… mother fucking hell I'm in the World of Remnant, am I?

And to make matters worst though I happen to be inside the body of someone else clearly someone relative to one of the main supporter characters from the show. But I never knew Glynda had a son perhaps another family relative?

Motherfucker damn it!

Whew…

Taking in a deep breath I knew worrying is going to do nothing about my mental health as I began to berate myself on what to do and where exactly do I stand in this world. The only thing I would really curse is I'm somehow in a post-apocalyptic world web series.

Sigh…

Glancing around I see that if I'm in some kind of street looks to be something of old London in anime or games stuff from the looks of things. And from the way, it seems almost some advanced technology stuff.

Welp… at least I have the powers of The Gamer to help but for reason have I been well… I guess the proper term to be used here is transmigrated here in this world. For what purpose I have no idea but I know just the item that can…

The Relic of Wisdom.

Maybe using the relic would help me out get a better understanding of who I am but if that's the case…

Shifting myself around I place myself to the nearest object that has a reflection as I began intently to focus very hard at myself noticing my facial features to be on the rather young side, to be honest of my appearance. Then again though I'm inside the body of another person so this is natural of course.

And doing that specific action was right because I managed to get what I needed from doing this.

[Through continuous observation, a skill to observe objects, situations, and persons was generated allowing the user to quickly gather information.]

[Skill: <Observe> has been learned]

[The Gamer]

Albus Goodwitch Lv.1

I was right and doing this I gained the <Observe> skill. This will have its uses in a world like this since I need to relearn some subjects from scratch it seems.

Seeing my current situation in my I began to think what in my mind I began to mentally speak the name something of the lines of Skill List.

And eureka it worked like magic.

---

<Gamer's Mind> (Passive) Lvl MAX

Allows the user to calmly and logically think things through. Allows a peaceful state of mind. Immunity to mental disorder.

<Gamer's Body> (Passive) Lvl MAX

Grants a body that allows for the user to live in the real world like a game. Sleeping in a bed restores HP, MP, and all mass effects.

<Observe> (Active) Lvl 1 Exp: 1.0%

Through continuous observation, a skill to observe objects, situations, and persons were generated allowing the user to quickly gather information. The higher the skill, the greater the data obtained.

---

Ok…

So basically saying I have AP instead of magic is very unsettling since l understand the people of Remnant don't have Magic since God took that away but at least it makes sense.

But leveling up is going to be a real pain though that is the real issue.

Well… let's see what the other stats say as well…

Health points/HP- an attribute that determines my health of course and once that hits zero I'm dead an end to my story.

Aura points/AP- an attribute that determines my soul energy if I run out of AP I can't use any of my skills that cost me AP. That is a real problem to have.

Strength/STR- this one determines my physical strength but also increases the physical amount of damage I can give to my target. But it also gives me the exact amount of damage I can give to a person. Like I can give 7 damage physically.

Agility/AGI- raises various stats to ensure one's survival. This stat is used to boost my coordination, reflexes, movement speed, and chances of evading attacks. Since my stat is 9 according to my status I get a 9% chance of evading attacks.

Vitality/VIT- increase my recovery rate by the amount I have the points listed with VIT. An example of this would be 1 minute I recover I get 9 HP regen. At least according to the Gamer powers that are.

Intelligent/INT- increasing the chances of storing valuable information and solving complex problems. The INT stat also determines my aura output of damage always being what it says like 12 damage if using magic skill or in this case my AP skills.

Wisdom/WIS- the quality of having experience, knowledge, and good judgment. This Stat is used to help regen my AP by minute meaning I regain 11 AP each minute.

Luck/LUCK- increase odds of winning the game, chances of critical attacks, random encounters, rarity drops, and rarer rewards. This also helps the chances of the gamer aka me having good luck working their favor. But also when a critical attack does happen my damage gets multiplied by my LUCK stat.

Hmm…

Those are rather very interesting skills to have this early. No, wait a second what I need to do now though is find a way to get some help more possibly info since I have no real method to use ID in this world without magic.

Great just what I need and to make matters worse I don't have magic to activate in this world to have a better chance of surviving. But that doesn't mean the Gamer powers aren't useless since I have the chance to unlock Aura when I get the chance to unlock it of course.

Ok, think here for a second Albus…

Calmly think things first now that I have a better understanding of my situation now that I have been transmigrated with Gamer powers in RWBY. From how things stand I began to check my Inventory to which I thank God I have one.

Glancing at it from what was inside I happen to find some Lien and my Scroll. Getting the scroll first I began to use observe if just to raise its level while I began to check the contents. Remembering from the show it will hold my ID as well to help determine my age.

[Scroll]

A Multipurpose device used in Remnant.

Opening up I began to see what was the exact past info I needed to survive that is needed for this world info for me to use. Hopefully something useful… wait… The Vytal Festival!

Recalling the destruction is during at the 40th on Vale… when was the last time it held better check that as well.

Let's see…

Albus Goodwitch age of 17 years old… male… blonde hair… average height and weight… natural citizen in Vale…. And the last Vytal Festival was last held during the 39th on Mistral Territory so that concludes that Vale is next in the shortcoming year….

Shit.

That is a very bad situation if that's the case because the Vytal Festival only occurs biennially every two years and if my age matches up to me then I have about one year or less ahead of me before shit hits the fan.

[+1 INT]

This makes my INT number 13 right now. Best to remind myself of how much I have.

Ignoring that bonus I need to think and train fast and search through my Scroll more and I got no idea how this Albus Goodwitch existed in the first place and that frightened me. That is a very bad position I happen to be placed in…

Without any ID creation or escape then lacking the need of getting level-ups would soon become an issue that I solely have to rely on missions or training myself to the core. That is a very concerning issue…

That was when my mind began to calm down thanks to the skill of the Gamer Mind as I catch my thinking. Even without dungeons I just need a way to find out how to get stronger normally with the most benefits.

As for living conditions, I can't seem to recall any at all as this made me very worried about where to live next to for the next coming days. Wait a minute what do I look like first to get a better assessment of my situation.

Actually, taking this time I noticed I dressed rather nicely as well as wear the accessories of glasses along with a bag… Ok but so far no part-time jobs what shall I do I wonder…?

No, wait what I need is skills first while the ones I have are good… the Library!

That should be my first stop and a higher possibility to unlock my aura from there in the process with the help of Skill Books!

If that fails maybe finding Tukson's Bookstore would be just as useful if I fail to find where that book is located in.
