MC POV:

"Welcome to this little village Otherworldly traveller. I will help you start your journey in this world." Said the old man.

"For starters, you should get familiar with combat system. Since you are an Arcane demon with elemental mage job class, i would recommend starting with fighting ice slimes. They are blue slimes that emit frost aura around them. Beware, if you are touched by the frost aura, you will receive frost damage. Fire spells are greatly effective against them. They are found near the lakes in the west 500 meters from here. It should take you 5 minutes to reach there. Now go and kill 20 frost slimes for your first quest." The old man explained and game me my first quest.

From choosing elemental mage, i got {Fireball} and {Lightning} as my first spells. As the name suggests, a big ball of fire that does burning damage on contact for {Fireball} and a bolt of electricity that does burst damage for {Lightning}

It should be easy as my race gives a damage buff to those types of spells.

So i set out towards the west. It took me 5 minutes of walking to get to the location. There was a big lake full of ice slimes jumping on the frozen surface.

Finding one that is a little far from the others, I aim and fire a Fireball spell. It hit and boom. There was a small explosion. The slime died in one hit.

So i continued to kill them. I had to take a break after 15 slimes as my mana was empty. After taking a 10 minute break, my mana was refilled enough to kill the rest of 5 slimes.

After i was done, I went back to the village. When i reached the old man, he turned towards me and said

"Congratulations. You have completed your first quest. You have learnt basic combat. Now you are prepared to face this harsh world."

And boom. I leveled up. I put that level on Elemental Mage and got two new spells. {Wind blade} and {Earth spike}. {Wind blade} throws a blade of wind towards the enemy that does slash damage on contact with {Earth spike} creates a big spike of earth under the enemy that does penetrating damage on contact.

"Now if you want to level up further, you can take quests posted on the quest board. There are multitude of quests available. From delivering letters to killing dragons. The quest would also say the recommended level as you should try not to die. If you die you will lose 5 levels and drop a random piece of equipment. Now good luck on your adventure. May the world tree bless you." The old man spoke again and explained about the quests.

I went towards the quest board and started searching for a suitable quest for my level. Low difficulty high exp.

I found just the quest. Kill the Level 90 earth dragon. Jk.

I chose a delivery quest. It was to deliver a letter to a person living in a village a few km away.

While it might be boring, it gave the highest exp for my level. I will choose combat quest in the future.

But this quest also was not lacking a fight. There's a big group of wolves in the way. But it's just that you can avoid the fight if you take a slightly longer route. And i was taking that route.

After an hour I completed the quest. I got another level up. I once again put it in Elemental Mage. I got 2 new spells. {Water Bubble} and {Ice Knife}. {Water bubbles} creates a few bubbles that do burst damage on contact and {Ice knife} releases 4 knives of Ice that does frost damage on contact.

Anyway, I selected a few more quest and continued doing them.

ONE YEAR LATER

It's been a whole year since I reincarnated in this world. I have been playing Yggdrasil and farming in the dungeon non stop. I only slept once a week. It's been a hard year.

I had managed a schedule of 12 hours of real life dungeon farming and 12 hours of Yggdrasil gaming, 6 days a week.

Sunday is my rest day. I spend most of the day sleeping and eating. I also spent some time learning more about this world.

From this whole year of hardwork, I reached level 100 in Yggdrasil. I have full Relic class equipment set. I became a magic swordsman. I love both magic and swords, so why not use both.

Anyway, it's easy to farm levels in Yggdrasil. The hard part is the equipment. Since i play alone, it's way too hard. After a whole year I don't even have a single legendary equipment. I can't even think about how hard it's gonna be to get divine class equipment set. It's gonna take years. Atleast if i play fairly(Evil smile).

Anyway, I have also been grinding very hard in real life. I have reached only level 87 in real life.

It's super hard to farm exp for my gamer levels. The double exp required every level is a pain. I can't even count what amount of exp a single level needs now. Millions? Billions? Trillions? I don't know.

Anyway, I reached level 45 of the dungeon. The Mega Boss at level 25 was a extremely hard to kill. I almost died a few times. But the reward was worth it.

It was a Legendary card. My only legendary card. Never won one on the lottery. And since it was a drop, it's a permanent card.

I got 2 epics from the lottery. I also got 1 epic from a boss monster. 15 rare from lottery and 3 rare from Boss. 20 uncommon from Mini Boss and 48 from lottery.

Both of the epic cards were temporary, but i bought the permanent versions from the shop.

One rare card was permanent and 14 rare cards were temporary. Out of the 48 uncommon, 47 were temporary cards. I bought a few useful ones, but couldn't buy all as i didn't have enough shop coins.

So I have 1 Legendary, 3 Epics, and 8 rare, 29 uncommon skills right now. I didn't buy the rest.

From the 3 epics one was {Rinnegan}. That eye looks cool. I bought this skill just for how cool it looks.

Another epic was {Mana Factory}. It's effects are broken. It gives 1% Mana regeneration every second. EVERY SECOND. That's so broken.

I need only 100 second to get back all my mana, no matter how huge amount of mana i have.

From the last epic card, I got {Mana Bank}. It's also as broken as the previous skill.

It turns my mana from Int x 10 to Int x 100. It increased my mana capacity by 10 times. How broken is that? Epic cards are truly awesome.

From the legendary card i got something soo useful i couldn't even think about it. I got a new Race. I unlocked the devil race from DxD with all the racial benifits and no weaknesses. Which means i can create new skills on my own.

The observe skill was a special skill. I couldn't create any other skills before even if i tried to do some special action repeatedly.

But now magic is all up to my imagination. No specified mana or damage. I could do a million damage with the simple Fireball spell if I put enough mana in it.

I also now have a 10,000 year lifespan. And I started to look better. My skin became flawless, like Anime characters. And now I can fly.

I can fly freely in the sky, with no worries in life. My death is the best thing that happened to me.

And with all this put together, I now am an OP mage. I have a humongous amount of mana that fully Regenerates in only 100 seconds. And I can cast magic just with my imagination.

"I am Unstoppable now. Who can get in my way? Huhuhahaha"(Evil laughter)

"Now there goes my fun." I mean i know I am not really that powerful. The multiverse is full of OP people with BS powers. I was just having fun.
