8 Employment and Renovation

As the first rays of sunlight peeked through the window, Alex groggily opened his eyes. Today was a big day, he had some online classes to attend before the main event - an important interview for potential employees at his company. He quickly got out of bed and made his way to the shower, letting the warm water wash away any remnants of sleep.

Once he was dressed in his finest suit and his dark black hair was perfectly styled, he felt ready to tackle the day ahead.

He walked up to the microphone, and the entire room fell silent.

"Welcome, everyone," he said, his voice strong and confident. "I am Alex Bell CEO and Founder of Portal Food Supplies I know it may seem overwhelming, but I assure you, we have a process in place to select the best candidates for the jobs."

Sophie, Ren, and Maxie exchanged relieved glances they couldn't believe such a young man to be there Employer, and the tension in the room dissipated. They were ready to give it their all and prove themselves worthy of the job.

Alex contacted a consultancy agency to help with the interviews and contract applications. So he didn't have to do much but just sit and ask questions to the candidates and select employes.

Finally, he turned to Ren Shirigawa, offering him the same benefits but with a salary. Ren stared blankly at Alex, tears welling up in his eyes. He couldn't believe his luck at being offered such a generous package.

As the sun began to set on the horizon, Alex leaned back in his chair with a sigh of relief. The interviews were finally over, and after a long day of evaluating and selecting the best candidates, he had chosen 38 employees out of the 112 who had come to interview. It was a grueling process, but now, he had a team of dedicated workers ready to help take his company to new heights.

Alex informed the new hires that they could expect to start the next month, once the renovations he order on his mansion were complete. He had a lot of plans for his new employees, and he wanted everything to be perfect before they began.

With a turnover of over a million dollars, Alex was living the life of luxury. He was making tens of thousands of dollars without any investment at all, and he had no qualms about flexing his wealth in front of his new hires. After all, he only needed a few workers to help him manage his immense wealth, so why not give them an insane amount of money? He alone couldn't finish a million dollars a month even if he tried.

Other companies could only dream of making this much money this fast. They needed investments and partnerships, but Alex didn't. He just needed to wait until he got the products and let the cash flow in. He was on top of the world, and nothing could bring him down.

All of the spies he had hired to infiltrate the PFS company had failed to pass the interview, and nobody seemed to know exactly what the conditions for getting the job were. Even though PFS was not a big problem right now to him, He was Determined to uncover the secrets of the PFS company and bring them down, Alan set out to find out what the conditions for getting the job were. He knew that if he could better prepare his spies for the next attempt, they would be much more likely to succeed.

But it wasn't just the PFS company that was causing him trouble. The Dash Mart owner had been expanding rapidly, opening new marts in every town, village, and city nearby. The people were flocking to Dash Mart and its partners for their high-quality fruits, because of which Alan's grocery business has started struggling to keep up.

As he plotted his next move, Alan considered all of his options. He would find out what the conditions for getting the job were, and he would prepare his spies accordingly. But that was just the first step. He would also need to find other ways to destroy the PFS company, to eliminate this nuisance once and for all. He wasn't going to let a measly company like PFS stand in the way of his success.
