Chapter 2: Angering Edward

After hearing the author's words, Edward had a weird expression and looked at the author as if he was looking at an idiot. He could come up with other ideas that would suit the story more, but he had to choose this one and decide to use the only person that did not fit this type of story. No wonder the readers were saying that you are an idiot for making me cruel and all.

"Hey, author!!!! Are you an idiot??? Could not you just have created another character to do what you desire and left me alone in the other timeline??? Why do you have to drag me down with you??" Said Edward with a complicated expression on his face. He wanted to insult the author badly at that moment for taking him away from his children and not letting him complete what he wanted to do in the other timeline after hearing his idea because, among millions of ideas, the author had to choose this one. Not only did he ruin Edward's having fun in the other timeline, but he had to take him for such a job that did not suit him at all.

The author looked at Edward after hearing his words and thought about his words. After some time of long thought, his face started heating up from embarrassment as he found that Edward's words were more logical than his, but he would not ever admit that he was on the wrong here against the character he created in the first place. He would prefer to hide his shame and use an excuse than say that Edward was right.

"What are you saying, man?? I am proud of all my creations. And since I like you a lot, I decided to drag you into this shit of new work with me, so enough with all that, and let's start with the other topic." Said the author trying to create a lame excuse for his behavior earlier, not knowing that even a child would not believe him after hearing his words. Did he think that Edward was a child that would believe in his nonsense? The author wanted to change the topic so that he would not get embarrassed by Edward again, but by doing so, he embarrassed himself in front of everyone.

Seeing the author's attitude, Edward could only shake his head after hearing his words and blamed his bad luck for letting him fall under this kind of author when there were millions out there that would be better than this idiot. He could only put this matter behind his back since he was helpless and could not do anything that could harm the other party and decided to see what would happen in this new life.

"Fine by me. So tell me, what are your plans for me this time?" Said Edward as he complained about the author and cursed him in his heart.

The author, who could hear Edward's thought loud and clear, was a little troubled here by the insults but decided to ignore him since he was the one on the wrong. Edward would be under his mercy during his life, so he decided to fuck the things up for Edward in this time until Edward cried and asked for his mercy.

"Whatever, This time I wanted you to change your path. Don't follow Cao Cao's advice this time which made you like that maniac who said, 'I'd rather betray others than have others betray me.'. Make alliances and build your kingdom slowly. Do you understand? And don't cause me any problems this time. Can you do that?" Asked the author with a serious face as he looked at Edward. He had enough with Edward killing half of the characters in the other timeline. The author thought about fuck Edward in the other timeline up. He thought about creating a character that could kill him, but he decided to put that thought on hold for the moment.

"Ok, ok, I get it, man." Said Edward with an annoyed expression. He had enough of this author's idiocy and decided to go along with him till the end to finish this conversation as fast as he could. During all that time, Edward did not know that the author could hear his thoughts clearly, and with every insult, the author would promise to torture him more. The more insults the author heard from Edward's mind, the more he swore to fuck with Edward's life. Edward did not know that he had angered the only existence he should not have in the whole world as his life already depended on just one thought from the author.

"I will erase your previous life in Westeros so that you would not care or do the same. So you better say goodbye to your children's memories because you are going to make others ^_^." Said the author with a smile, and that smile intensified, especially after seeing Edward's expression. He knew that Edward only cared about his children in the other timeline and would do anything to see them again. That was why the author decided to bring them up to make it hard on Edward and torture him more, and he was right as his words angered Edward this time.

"Can't you leave me those memories of my children? Aren't you supposed to be a god or something? Why can't you do this simple thing?" Asked Edward with anger in his voice as he probably figured that this was the author's plan to anger him, but he knew that angering and insulting the author would not bring him any good, so he decided to ask politely. But even if he something like that, the author had no intention to back on his words. He thought that the other part of Edward's soul could take good care of the children without any need for this part.

"That won't do. You are not that Edward anymore. You are a different soul, so you can't attach yourself to another soul's children." Said the author as he said nonsense after nonsense without batting an eye. If Edward was shameless, then the author was the one who invented that word and published it in the dictionaries from which Edward read it.

"Don't worry. I will give you some compensation for your troubles but also will restrict you a little. So hear me out this time as it will be our final moments together." Said the author with a serious voice as he looked at Edward. As the author, he should not focus on just him and Edward as the main character. It was time to end this conversation and leave the place to the other characters in order to perform their roles.
