Game of Thrones: The odd-fish

Our protagonist was in the real world a teenager whose promising future was crushed when he was diagnosed with a disease from which he had almost no chance to come out alive. As expected, he died... But of course, as you guessed (if you have read the tags), he was given the opportunity to reincarnate. Following several events that you will discover by reading the first four chapters, he was reborn as William Tully in 263 (35 years before the beginning of the plot, 1 year after the birth of Robert Baratheon), the son of Brynden Tully, who in this version of Game of Thrones will no longer have the nickname of 'Blackfish' since unlike the original one he will have given in to the insistence of his older brother to get married (it will be the only disruption in the timeline before the birth of William).
