3 Chapter 3: Decrees.

3rd POV

Time passed after the conversation between Barbrey and Domeric in the woods.

When the constructions had been completed, Domeric recruited a troop of Goblins, Uruks, Trolls, and Half-Trolls.

Domeric in the future will create an expedition to Beyond the Wall, he will take builders with him to build an outpost, and he will also use this expedition to "Bring" the Giants.

Of course, the giants that will serve him would be the Mountain Giants, Domeric was trying to get rid of the original giants so no one would wonder why there are 2 types of giants.

Domeric knows it's wrong to drive a race to extinction but he doesn't care, in the world he's in, you have to be cruel if you want to survive.

The Lesser Lords arrived in Dreadfort and swore loyalty to the new Lord Bolton, Domeric used his Charisma Magic to the fullest on the Lords, so that no one would be disloyal to him.

After the Minor Lords' problem was resolved, Domeric prepared an entourage to go to Winterfell, where he will swear allegiance to Eddard Stark, Domeric will take the opportunity to obtain a decree to protect the "Non-Human Races".

Now he could see himself in a chariot surrounded by Uruks, Half-Trolls, 2 Cave Trolls, Goblins, and Humans who were riding horses.

Behind the Carriage was a wagon being pulled by the Cave Trolls, the coach was holding several gems, which Domeric got from the Goblin Tunnels.

When Domeric had seen that the first Tunnel was generating gemstones, he had the builders build some more, it can be said that Domeric has several gemstones in his Treasury.

Domeric was now seated, talking to his aunt Barbrey Dustin in the carriage about some important things.

"Domeric, are you sure it's okay to deliver so many gems to the Starks?" asked Barbrey while saying the word "Stark" in disgust, Barbrey didn't understand why his nephew was gifting them.

"Yes Aunt, I'm sure our 'Honorable' Lord Stark wouldn't accept it, but that Southerner...I'm sure she and her copy will like it" Domeric said in a mocking voice when referring to Eddard's Wife and his Daughter.

Barbrey nodded understanding her nephew's plan, she hated the Starks but knew it was necessary.

"What will you do after you convince Lord Stark to sign an edict to protect them?" asked Barbrey as she pointed to the window on the left side of the carriage, where you could see some Uruks and Goblins.

"I will focus on developing our lands, I will not only use them for war, but they will also work on farms, building roads, etc." Said Domeric after some thought, he wasn't stupid enough to use his new servants just to fight.

This could also make the people of the Bolton Lands build trust, as they would be working on the farms alongside the Uruks and Half-Trolls, as well as mining in the Mines alongside the Goblins.

Barbrey nodded in approval, she liked her nephew's idea, she saw the strength of Uruks, Trolls, and Half-Trolls, they would be great for all kinds of menial jobs.

Like the Goblins, for Barbrey the Goblins should be given "special" treatment, after Domeric told them about their mining and digging skills, Barbrey considered them vital to aid in future mining in the Bolton Lands.

Eddard "Ned" StarkPov

It's been several weeks since something happened that no one expected, the death of Roose Bolton.

When I learned that he was killed by bandits and his heir almost died, I sent a letter to Dreadfort, expressing my condolences and hopes for the best for the Bolton Heir.

After that a few days passed and I got the news that Domeric Bolton woke up and was getting better.

Then comes a raven saying that the new Lord Bolton was coming to Winterfell to pledge his allegiance.

Now I was waiting at the gates of Winterfell along with Cat, Robb, Sansa, and the others.

Then we heard the sound of the trumpet, signifying the arrival of the Bolton Entourage.

While we were waiting, we saw the Boltons' carriage, but something was different....they weren't carrying their banners.

Their banners with a skinned man are gone, what we saw were blue banners with a crown as a symbol, I have to say that the way the crown was drawn on the flag is beautiful.

But soon we saw something that destroyed our view of the world, we saw creatures in armor next to the Bolton Carriage and just behind, 2 giant creatures were pulling a cart.

What in the name of the Gods are these creatures?!

After the entourage arrived and Domeric and Barbrey left, they knelt in front of the Starks.

"Lord Stark" Said Domeric as he was kneeling, inside he was laughing at the face the Starks made.

"L-L-Lord Bolton, what are these creatures?!" yelled Ned as he looked at the Uruks and Goblins, then looked at the Half-Trolls, and then focused only on the 2 Cave Trolls.

"Lord Stark, I would like to speak with you about this elsewhere as it is quite important" Said Domeric as he stood up and looked seriously at Ned, he also used his Charisma Magic to make it easier.

"...Right," Ned said as he nodded his head reluctantly.

Timeskip.

When everyone was in the Great Hall of Winterfell, Domeric explained to them the "History" he had come up with.

Using the smooth talk he'd gotten in his past life as a Politician and his Charisma Magic, it was easy for him to convince the Stark Family.

Ned thereafter quickly wrote a decree in which he declared the Protection of Non-Human Races throughout the North, and anyone who did not respect it would suffer heavy consequences.

After that comes the Oath Domeric should swear to the Warden of the North.

Of course, Domeric would not be loyal to the Starks forever, when the time of war came, he would first negotiate with the Lannisters, if he can secure his goals, he will help the Lannisters keep the Iron Throne.

In politics there are no eternal allies, only eternal interests, this is something Domeric learned during his past life with his father.

Domeric also gave Ned the wagon containing all the Gemstones, which Ned at first wanted to reject, but accepted after a conversation with Domeric.

Of course, Domeric took the opportunity to ask permission to build a City, to which Ned agreed and signed a decree for Domeric.
