2 Getting Started
Its been a week since i have come to this world. i cannot express my gratitude to whoever send me to this place. I have found the current timeline which is 12 years after downfall of House Targaryen. which means 4 years before plot starts . i have been harvesting the crops that i grow here daily, well i am just giving order to harvest since its auto farm and speed at which crops grow is fast too.
I don't know what approach should i take here. I can just start selling products here and there until i can buy some dragons from shop and wage war. or like take a side and bully the starks or maybe iron throne. or maybe I should just conquer the whole world and get a dozen of those wives.
[2 days later]
I Got it, its not a good idea but its not to bad also. I teleport Myself outside the Winterfell just few killometres away and gladly no one is here. I also call 2 of my Living armor guards with there horses and mine. Then we rode to Winterfell within few minutes we arrived there. soldiers guarding the walls saw us and point there weapon to us
"Halt! , who are you and why are you here.? " says one of them
"I am Lucas Andre and i am here to meet Lord Stark here for the business purpose"
They look at each other and nod their head
"Alright, follow me "
I did as instructed and follow him. As i rode i saw many people looking at me with hatred. i guess its true that northern hate southern. soon we arrived and the guard told me to wait there. i have instructed my living guards to stay out of palace. until i came.
soon the guard came and lead me to a room which i believe is study room or solar? whatever it is. I knock on the door and heard "come in"
I walked inside and saw the character who played role of Ned.
"hello Lord stark. it's pleasure to meet you"
"hello Lucas Andre, I believe? So what are you here for?" He asked
"I will be cut short, I am here to make a business proposal to you I want to sell the crops that I will grow to you in cheaper rates
I'm not talking about a little quantity I'm talking about tons of crops, food, vegetables, another drinks or beverages. of course in cheaper rates" I said Smiling a little.
He looked at me for few seconds Thinking about my offer.
"I believe this business will be profitable for The North. but why would you sell us food for cheaper rates. what would you want?"
"see this is the part where I told you I want land. I wanna buy land from you , Not rent it." I told him.
"Which means you wants to buy your Lordship . I am sorry but it cannot be given to you. It come under The king of westeros Robert baratheon" He said.
"I know that's why I want Skagos which was a part of north. but now only wildlings live there and few villages which cannot be controlled by you due to its remote location and coldness.
I would provide 50% off on groups vegetables off at current market price until I am alive or maximum 30 years. And if I die sooner Then the island will belong to you again."
He looked like he wanted to refute of course if I was in his place I would also refuse this but I still have a Card.
"Of course I would also provide you gold in exchange off the land that I will buy nearly 70,000 gold Dragons yearly for next five years"
"so let's sign contract, shall we?" I said grinningly and fully knowing that he will not refuse.
[Pov- Ned stark ]
today I was in my solar calculating the losses that north had in this winter. Suddenly a guard come in and told me that I had a visitor named Lucas Andre.
I don't know who is it , who he was I have never heard of his name but when he come in I saw a boy few years older than my oldest son Rob. He was nearly six feet tall. He had black hair but his eyes was of color bright red.
I asked him what he want and I was stunned when he told me he will sell food at 50% off at market price. hello I am not a fool to believe him that he came here only for us to help.
He had a way with words but soon he told me he wants Skagos. I was confused the island that was filled with wildlings and few villages that was hard for us to remote and he wants that but I was gonna refuse until he offered me gold Dragons.
Soon we signed the contract and he told me that I would get food at the end of this month with with quarterly payment of island.
I wonder if that was bad trade. I have to inform Robert of this. I just hope I don't regret this decision of mine.

it's been two days since I signed our trade with stark. I have send my living armors to kill all the wildlings yes I am currently in schedules there are only three villages with total population of 1200
second , I have already contacted the villages and told them to work for me and I will provide them with food , proper homes and they never have to kill any wildlings because I will deal with that and soon their behavior changed and now they're my subordinate or my workers.
Another two weeks passed and now I live in a house in Skagos it may be small but it's nice comfortable and cozy who am I kidding it's worst. I still sleep in my palace in my dimension.
All the crops vegetables that I have harvested are sold to shop and I have got 100 SP. I have also upgraded my farm and now I can grow more crops and yield more.
I have started mining raw materials like coal, silver ,steel ,gold and I'm currently storing all of these materials.
I Concluded something and that is that I have need of soldiers and ships. So I have decided to go to Essos. I open my map and pinpoint the mark on pentos. And open the portal to that place.
I walked through the portal and rode my way to the pentose. As I made my way to the walls I was thinking about the manpower that I need to build houses and other infrastructures. Soon I walked through the walls and There are many people in streets This place is bustling with Street vendors who are selling different types of fruits vegetables ,farmers, blacksmiths ,and all these shops but I wanted None of this I made my way to the iron bank.
I entered the iron bank and I was greeted at the reception with four people I walked up to one of them and said " hello my name is Lucas and I wanted to open my account and also to buy few ships" next batter
They looked up to me and node slowly I opened my account and gave them 70,000 gold Dragons and 30 kilogram of gold and silver. At the end of the deal they started to like me and told me to return after two days for ships.
I waited for the ships for two days and until that I started hiring people at the end I hired one blacksmith, three carpenters, 60 sellswords. After getting my ships I told them too came to Skagos.
And I went back to this Skagos.
[Time skip one month]
It's been one month since I bought ships I have already sent the food promised to winterfell and the yearly rent will that. I hope they don't disturb me now.
I also went back to Astapor for 200 unsullied soldiers. For few capable peoples for management purposes. when they came I told them to manage the island, soldiers and common Folks . I stored the warehouses which supplies for nearly next six months. And told them that I will be back in five months.
so I opened the portal to the future from six months from now. when I entered the portal and saw so that many New common folks have arrived there are more farmers farms then before are growing the winter crops like spinach radish etc that I told them to.
It seems I don't have to wait for the boring part, I slightly increase my age and now I'm a 15 year old. Second I went to my office area and recognize many people that I hired I greeted them and went to my home.
I currently have 1500 Shop points, I guess its time to buy some Skills.
