Game of thrones: Dark sculptor

A man with questionable morals gains power over flesh. He bends and shapes it at his will. And while he may use his powers for good, there is always the possibility of him “healing” not just your body, but your mind for his pleasure. So this is just me having some fun with a laid back story. I write for fun and this is my first time writing this type of story and character. This is not meant for children.

Chapter 8

I awoke the next morning alone, that surprisingly bothered me. Rising from my bed I noticed the tub was already filled and the rising steam let me know of it's readiness. The smell of cooking reached my nose, seems Katyia decided to start the day early.

After having washed myself I exited the room. Katyia was in the kitchen hard at work preparing breakfast. I decided to leave her to her work and went to my usual spot. The twins were in their usual spot and they nodded in my direction.

"So, what did you think about your performance yesterday, how did you feel?" I asked the two wanting to get as much data as I could. The twins shared a look before Hercules took a step forward and spoke.

"Master, the battle was as expected."

Well that wasn't very helpful. "What I mean is, do you feel that there were any areas that you were lacking in? Or was there anything you feel could have helped you better?"

The two looked thoughtful for a moment before Achilles replied. "We need to be stronger, and able to take more punishment, master."

Ok, these two aren't going to be much help. I suppose I could just make a few modifications to say, reaction speed. Making up my mind I had the twins gather the corpses. Just before I could begin my work, Katyia arrived with breakfast. Taking a moment to eat, I went back to my work.

The first thing I did was increase their reaction speed. Next I gave them more muscle but not to the point that it was grotesque. I fused their rib cage with a highly durable yet flexible tissue, then I increased their bone density and added a layer of carbon fiber like material over them. That was all I could think of at the moment so I moved on. I could always add what comes to mind at a later date.

Having finished with the twins I began my work on the two bandits we managed to catch alive. I spent hours experimenting on them, trying to find the limits of my power. How far I could take my wilder ideas, that was my goal. I was also curious how effective my power worked on things like DNA and messing with genes.

This process took two days, and I'll admit that I may have been overly thorough on the man who tried to kill me. I didn't even turn off his pain, letting him feel every moment of what I was doing to him. Ironic how the roles had reversed, he became the one trembling and begging for forgiveness and mercy. Granted, this was only possible because he was bound and I used supernatural power on him. In any other circumstance I'd be running to the hills to get away from this man.

By the end of it, all that remained of the man was a mound of flesh that quivered on occasion. I learned quite a lot from his contributions, but now he could only be used as building material. Odd, I seem to not be affected by such scenes. In fact, while using my power, a calmness would envelop me. If only I could apply such effects to other more pressing situations.

In any case, I decided to make the other bandit into one of my servants. He did really well against the twins and had decent skill so I figured I'd keep him around. I shared his and his comrades' knowledge on combat with the twins and Katyia before making my changes.

I made him six feet tall, gave him black hair with deep blue eyes. Gave his body similar body modifications as the twins but not as muscular. Huh, lately I feel like I've been playing sims with all these character modifications. Anyway, at the end I sat in my usual seat with my new minion kneeling before me, the twins stood on either side of me in case he became unstable.

"Raise your head." I said and he looked up at me. His eyes were deep and I felt as though I would be drowned staring into them. I may have gone a bit overboard, but most of the work was done by my power, so.

"You will be called Lucan, where the twins are my shield and Katyia my hand, you will be my sword. As cold as steel and sharper than any Valyrian blade. Rise, my striker." I cringed a little at that last part, it just came to me so I said it. Lucan rose to his feet in a fluid motion.

"I am honored to serve you, master." He replied, I nodded before continuing.

"The twins are meant to defend me, they are my shields. You are my knight, my executioner, you will answer to myself and Katyia if I am predisposed. Now go get dressed." I said, satisfied with my work.

"As you command." He replied before going to the pile of loot we had acquired.

"The rest of you, prepare yourselves for tomorrow we will be leaving this place." I said and the twins simply nodded before walking off. Katyia, who had been standing behind me moved to stand before me.

"My love, where are we going?" She asked.

"I'm stuck, Katyia, and I believe that the only way to move forward is to go out and see what the world has for me. Perhaps I'll figure out what I want to do by exploring a little."

"I see." She replied, looking deep in thought.

"Is there a problem?" I asked.

"None at all, my love. I was simply thinking that I should try tailoring some better clothes for the others." She replied.

"Oh, I see, well, get to it then." I replied with a smile and she went about her task. I sat back in my seat and relaxed.

"Bawk Bawk!" Looking at the table, the chicken sat without a care in the world. Looking at the damnable thing an idea came to me.

"Come here." I said and the creature immediately hopped down and ran over to me. I picked it up and placed it on my lap.

"Since I still have some extra material, why don't I make you more useful."

I spent the next couple hours working on the chicken. By the end I was smiling from ear to ear at what I had made. Perhaps now the thing would be of use. No, I think that now it will be more of a terror to behold. Seems I've brought a creature from earth to the world of game of thrones.

"Hahahahahaha, it lives!"

"Hishhhhhhhh! Scrahhhhh!"
