251 Chapter 251: The End

"It seemed that he used many slaves who wanted to become free men with their children from the Free Cities. Due to this, he was able to finish everything in a short time. Even my brothers did not know anything yet about this matter." Said Wilyam with a sad smile as he looked at Arya.

"Then what are we waiting for here? Let's go." Said Arya as she got on the dragon before Wilyam could say another word.

Wilyam smiled at her attitude before taking one final look in King's Landing's direction, saying goodbye to his father and family. In the end, he hopped onto his dragon, and they flew towards Lys, where Edward prepared the fleet that would take them to the west.

In the skies of King's Landing,

The fight in the last four days moved out of King's Landing, which turned into the City of Fire. No survivor managed to come out of King's Landing, and more than half a million souls died in the City. King's Landing was beyond recognizing, and the magma in the City would take ages to die down.

It was a waste to see such a great city disappear from the world, just like that. But what did everyone expect after King's Landing experienced a fucking deadly dragon dance where the dragons that participated were larger than Aegon's dragon, Balerion?

After three days, the disasters of this fight shifted to somewhere near Crownlands. On the fifth day, the battle finally started cooling down a little because everyone got exhausted, whether the dragons or the humans.

The dragons had many injuries of many shapes and depth. When Edward and his dragon tried to attack a dragon from the other side, another dragon would attack Edward's dragon back to prevent him from continuing with his attack that could kill in a few seconds.

But if anyone could come near the fight, they could see the miserable situation of Raymont's side. Edward's dragons were the strongest after all, and if this battle continued, Stannis, Raymont, and his brother would all die.

"We can't go on like this, uncle." Said Raymont as his dragon, Sentys, shot out a blood-red fire breath towards Edward's dragon, Bantāzma, while Stannis was attacking Gēlion.

What made the group feel frustrated was Gēlion's unique ability. Gēlion could heal and regenerate, making it difficult for the group to leave any dangerous wound on the two dragons.

After hearing his nephew's words, Stannis sighed as he looked at Edward. He hoped that he could not come to this point where he had to sacrifice himself to kill Edward. He was still holding some hope in his heart that Edward would stop his madness after a few days, but it seemed that he would still die with his brother in the end.

"It seemed that we need special measures. Huh." Said Stannis with a sad smile as he looked at Edward, but before he could even think of doing anything, the situation changed at a moment.

The battle got shifted to Blackwater Bay on the sixth day, and while Stannis was thinking of using the move that Edward taught him, Edward's dragon, Bantāzma, finally made a move that changed the whole situation.

While Axel was fighting with his greyish dragon, General, Bantāzma used his unique ability, Shadow move after breathing his fire. General did not expect Bantāzma to hide himself in his black fire breath and appear in front of him after avoiding the fire. Before General could avoid Bantāzma's claw or anyone had the time to help, Bantāzma's hit arrived at that moment.

In the end, Bantāzma's claws penetrated General's scales and ripped its chest wide open before it did the same to General's heart. As for Axel, he felt everything that happened to General because of the bind between the two while falling down from the skies.

Bantāzma did not stop after killing General, but it wanted to eat Axel, who was falling. The madness in its eyes controlled it, and it did not realize who Axel was. When Bantāzma was about to finish Axel off, the help finally arrived when Orys's dragon, Leo, attacked Bantāzma from the back while Raymont went down to pick Axel before falling into the Bay.

But due to this turn in events, Edward found the chance to shot his son, Raymont, with an arrow.

Because Raymont was not ready to block the arrow as he got occupied with something else, the arrow went through his shoulders after some final try to avoid it.

But because of Edward's strength that he gained from the Night King, the arrow was strong enough to go through Raymont's shoulder, leaving a hole in its place.

"Arghhhhhhhh..." Shouted Raymont as the injury hurt him much and he lost feeling his left arm because of it. Axel, who had lost his dragon and was still feeling down, did not get the chance to rest before he ripped his shirt to tie it around his brother's injury.

As for Stannis, who saw this scene, he knew he had to act at this moment, or they would die. They had already lost a dragon, and if this continued, they could all say goodbye to this world.

"Raymont, Orys, Retreat..." Shouted Stannis with a grim face as he looked at his nephew before taking a long breath. After that, he looked at his brother with sorrow in his eyes before pushing his dragon to fly as fast as it could directly at Edward and Bantāzma.

Stannis did not care about Bantāzma's breath that hit Firestorm directly because of its speed because he knew that they were all going to die at this moment. His Firestorm had a unique ability that would help to execute this plan. That was part of the reason why Edward chose Stannis to do this job.

Firestorm could breathe two kinds of fire that had different characteristics. Edward asked Stannis to use the explosion with three different fires Edward created in the past to kill him. Stannis knew that he might have to use this move and prepared the wildfire that Edward asked him to always carry with him if things went south.

After sustaining whatever injuries they had while bathing through Bantāzma's breath, Stannis shouted hard at that point to Firestorm.

"Release it, Firestorm." Said Stannis as he looked at Firestorm with apologizing eyes. He was asking Firestorm something hard. He wanted his friend to die with him while trying to stop Edward, but he had to this, or the empire would be over.

Firestorm listened to Stannis and released out his two fires at the same moment while Stannis released the container that had a large amount of compressed wildfire. Before the three fires could meet each other, Stannis turned to Firestorm and Edward.

"Goodbye, my friend. I am sorry for asking you to die with me." Said Stannis to Firestorm before turning to Edward and smiling.

"See you, Edward. I proud that I am your brother in this life." Said Stannis with a smile on his face as he looked at his brother, whose eyes were all white. He did not say those words before, but he was glad that he had gone through all those adventures with Edward in this life.

At this time before the explosion, near the shore of Blackwater Bay,

Raymont and the group arrived and landed on the ground to look at what would happen in the skies. They had just listened to their uncle and left the battle leaving him behind.

Sounds of horses came from their back, and when the group looked, they could see Brienne and her group getting down with Corenna's head on a spear.

Before Brienne could ask what was happening...

"Booooooooooom..." A shocking explosion that shook the world and made their ears bleed happened in the skies of Blackwater Bay.

After Stannis said his goodbye, the three fires finally met each other, and the explosion happened. Stannis's resistance to fire was not the same as Edward's, and the fire of that explosion hurt him and burned his body, but his face was still recognizable.

But Firestorm disappeared without a trace because he was the center of the explosion. Even his bones were gone without a trace.

The same could go for Bantāzma. Although he was still some distance from Firestorm, he was close enough to get hurt badly. This explosion was much more powerful than the one Edward made near the Wall in his fight against the Night King because Edward did not want to leave a chance for himself to live and hurt his children.

In the end, Bantāzma's two wings evaporated from the explosion. Bantāzma's right leg was also gone with half of its body, but the surprising thing was that it was alive. His eyes seemed that they were back to normal, and the madness in them was also no more. That was why it tried to turn what was left of its body to protect Edward.

Although Edward's body was not hurt much except few injuries, his mind was not here, and he was about to die. Only Gēlion was not hurt that much because Gēlion was fighting Orys a little away from the explosion's center and tried to chase after Raymont and his brothers.

At this time, Gēlion also seemed to wake up from the madness, but before it could realize what was happening, Edward and Bantāzma hit the water surface hard that the wave it generated was enough to sink King's Landing and cool it off a little bit.

Gēlion made a screeching sound and did not wait before diving after her brother and father, Edward. But no one of the three appeared in this world again.

After Brienne woke up after the explosion went off, she did not care about the princes around her or their position before going to the injured Raymont asking for an explosion.

"What is the meaning of this? How could you do that to the king?" Asked Brienne as she did not believe that she did not even have the chance to tell the king that she loved him and wanted to spend the rest of her life with him.

"Oi, Brienne!! Stop it..." Said Oberyn as he tried to stop the knight because he had some respect for her after seeing how she fought over the years and her devotion to Edward.

Raymont did not say anything or open his mouth. He, himself, thought that what happened after the Night King's death was a disaster. Not only did he lose his sister to Cersei, but he also lost his uncle, Stannis, and his dragon. Axel's dragon was also dead. Plus, he did not know his father's situation. But after witnessing the explosion, he assumed that his father died.

Brienne was angry, mostly at herself, because she missed this opportunity, and she did not believe that the king died. She swore to search for Edward for the rest of her life if required.

In the end, Brienne knocked Oberyn's hands off before leaving this place to find a boat that she could use to enter the Bay to search for the king.

"Let's return to Storm's Eye." Said Raymont with an absent look on his face. He did not know what to tell his son, Edward, or how he would face his sister, Jasmine.

Not only that, but he had to tell this bad news to Stannis's remaining children, Eddard and Shireen.

Raymont had a lot to do and an empire to stabilize. He knew that his injury was severe and his dragon's injures were not small, but he knew that he could live for ten years or so, and he had to stabilize the empire before leaving this world.

Axel and Orys followed him to Storm's Eye, and they met Jon Clinn and Mace Flip on the way. After hearing the news about Edward, the two cried for the first time in ages. Edward was not only their friend but their brother and king that had taken care of them for three decades.

After leaving Westeros, no one saw Jasmine and Shireen again, and no one knew what happened to them. The same happened to Brienne, who traveled through Blackwater Bay to search for Edward's traces and the people that Raymont sent after Brienne had lost her.

That year got recorded in the history books as the Unification year. It got described as the year when King Edward, the first of his name, unified the realm and the west of Essos, but he lost his life to his madness and died that year. And a new system got implemented. The following year got recorded as 1 AU(After Unification).

Axel became the lord of Highgarden and the High Lord of the Reach. He created his own branch family of the Baratheon and named it Axbaratheon.

Orys was in the same situation and became the lord of Casterly Rock and named his branch family Orbaratheon.

To satisfy House Martel, Raymont promised to marry his first daughter Ashara, Rhaenys second child, into House Martel.

As for Sansa, she gave birth to twins after Edward went south to fight Cersei.

Sansa named the twins Eddard after her father and Arthur. Although the two should be named Baratheon, Sansa had agreed with Lyonel to name them Stark to rule the North. But because of her lover's death, she decided to make Eddard, the eldest, the lord of the North, and his name would be Eddard Stark.
