"What is the shit chances that Raymont would be different from his father? Even if he was different, what do you expect? Do you think he would fight his father after hearing what you say?" Asked Tyrion as he met prince Raymont before and knew exactly how he was. But even if Raymont was different from Edward, would he fight his powerful father for power and the throne.
"At least, we could get him to our side. We could always ask him to stop Edward if anything happened." Said Varys with a gloomy expression since he knew himself that they would not have the ability to dethrone Edward. Not only was Edward the best fighter in the realm, but he had the men and the largest dragons.
At this moment, the two finally arrived at the camp where Raymont and Orys were calculating their losses. The battle of Westerlands had only ended not long ago. The outcome of this battle was much better than Edward's side since the Night King was on the other side. Raymont's side did not get to experience the Night King's ferocious skill that could explode the fallen wights.
The only problem that this side had to face was the large dragon and the White Walker riding it, but they were not a problem for Raymont and his preparations.
Plus, Raymont put Westerlands' characteristic to the best of his abilities where he would retreat and use the mountains and passes to his advantage, taking most of the wights with those tactics.
Using those tactics made him take a long time before ending the battle, which only ended after Edward and the group killed the Night King on the other side, but he managed to save the most men.
This move from Raymont made the men on this army see a new light of Raymont, and this would prove true in the future when they would stand on his side.
"Your Highness, there are a man and an imp outside saying that they wanted to meet you." Said Mark Flip, one of Raymont's Princeguards, as he entered the tent where Raymont and Orys were staying after the battle.
After hearing this, Raymont, who was looking at the map with his younger brother, Orys, raised his head. When he heard the word 'Imp.', Raymont had to admit that he was surprised since the first person that came to his mind after hearing those words was Tyrion Lannister.
But Raymont did not know where the man had gone to since he disappeared from King's Landing after the battle of Blackwater Bay. Not only did his men not find him, but his father's shadow legion did not manage to locate him as well. After that, Raymont and Edward assumed that the man had died after the battle.
Raymont could not help but look at Orys's face after thinking about this. Orys had just married Myrcella Lannister not long ago, and he was afraid that Orys's heart would soften after seeing the man. But one look in Orys' eyes made Raymont believe that he had been overthinking too much.
After Lyonel's death, Orys looked as if he had lost part of his soul. And that made his behavior and personality change a little from his usual cheerful and playing character. Even Raymont did not know what was going on in his younger brother's head or what he was thinking.
"Let them enter." Said Raymont with a smile on his face. He wanted to know how Tyrion survived all this time and how he could disappear from his eyes.
After ten munites, Mark returned with a hideous man whose face looked terrible and an imp. After looking at the man's face, Raymont was surprised a lot since he did not expect this man to survive.
No one knew about Edward's plan about Bravos except Raymont. But Raymont was able to control his emotions and expression, and he did not show all this on his face but only smiled.
"Well, I did not expect to see the two of you together. The dead Lord Varys and the vanished Tyrion Lannister, So what can I do for you?" Asked Raymont with a smile as he looked at the two. Raymont knew that he could not let the two men live after this day since Varys was a danger that could harm his father's reputation.
As for Tyrion, if he appeared, he would have a high chance to succeed in his father's position as the Lord of Westerlands since he was the last male heir.
Raymont was thinking of killing them both after this meeting. After knowing how they survived, he would find a way to kill them both.
As for Tyrion, he did not reply to Edward's questions, but he looked at Orys, who seemed as if he did not care at all after seeing him.
"So, you are the little idiot who married my niece?" Said Tyrion with a sarcastic smile as he looked at Orys. He was trying to embarrass the young man, but Orys ignored him as if he did not exist.
"This little shit..." Said Tyrion with a little angry tone after seeing that Orys did not care about his existence in the first place and started wondering if his niece was doing well with this man.
Well, although Orys had changed a little after his brother's death, he treated Myrcella well enough. He would never mistreat her because she was the one that consoled him the most. She was the one that knew how his brother's death hurt him and stayed with him all the time to help him pass this crisis.
"Don't worry about him, Lord Tyrion. We have a lot to do here, after the long battle that we have been through, so what can I do for you?" Asked Raymont since he did not like the way Tyrion was talking to his brother.
"You know how I become like this, prince Raymont?" Asked Varys as he looked at Raymont to test him.
"Nope, the only thing I know is that you disappeared suddenly from King's Landing without anyone knowing where you went." Said Raymont with a smile on his face, not showing anything. There was no one that could play this game better than him.
"Well, it is your father." Said Varys with a satisfied look on his face waiting to see Raymont's reaction.
"You must be joking, Lord Varys. What would my father get from this? If he wanted to kill, he would have done that without anyone stopping him." Said Raymont as he shook his head.
"He used me to get rid of Bravos. But that is not all that he did. He killed Lady Olenna, her son, and her grandson. Not only that but what happened to your mother was because of him as well." Said Varys as he started presenting evidence after evidence showing that Edward was involved in everything he did. He even showed that Edward had an organization named Shadow Legion.
