79 Liberation of the king's landing

MC'S POV.

The liberation of king's landing, not the sack of King's Landing in my timeline.

Because their is no sack happened basically because of me.

This is the final major battle in Robert's Rebellion,

taking place "close to 2 year" after the war had begun. The Soldiers of House Lannister helped us taking the King's Landing, the capital of the Seven Kingdoms with no sacking ,murdering and pillaging. The only people's they killed are just some guard's that guarded the city gate and most of them surrendered.

But I can still understand that the city residents are in great fear of what could be happen to them. So I told Lord Arryn about it, and also asked his permission to announce that we have liberated the city residents from the cruel Targaryens, we are the liberator and not came here to conquer them. The wise Lord Arryn understood my reason , and he also gave me his permission for the announcement.

Thus I ordered the announcement to the city residents that they have nothing to fear, they can get back to their daily life and come out to the street.

Then I also announced that we came to this city not for their lives or belongings.

After the announcement, people in the city felt relief that no harm will come to them.

In this way I got to show off my face to the public as well, mostly to my fan boys and girls. hahaha....I know I'm kinda famous right now.

And these time around a lot of people actually do not like the Targaryens.

And my fans are also get to see the famous knight who defeated Ser Barristan selmy on the battlefield, with their own eyes.

In The Vale, I received the title the slayer of a mountain clan, The gate breaker of the Gulltown.

In the Stormland I received The title the white Eagle of SummerHall.

And lastly in the Riverland I received the title the saviour of the Stony Sept, And the champion of the Trident by defeating Barristan selmy and hundreds of enemies.

I am quite famous in the Reach as well. Because I have won the last tourney that held in their land.

So I believe that news of my deeds and heroism reached out from Dorne to the wall. Cause news and rumors travel faster than men.

So overall I've done a pretty good job building up my reputation. And looking at the relieved crowds in front of me it confirms that.

I feel more accomplished then ever.

Because of me, these people are still alive and with their home and their family intact.

I know that I'm not a good person and. But at least this act of mine is rightly justified as a good deed.

Because I've done some of horrible things in these three years of my time in westeros.

1. I have murdered people in cold-blood. ( technically Most of them are bandits and outlaws. And huge amount of them are enemy soldiers and knights. )

2. I have betrayed every woman I met thus far. All of them !!! And what would they think of me if we meet again? Though I can guess that most of them won't have a big problem, because of their lower class status.

But ,what about the Highborn one's ?

3. I've betrayed the very people that trusted me. I know that Lord Arryn and Hoster Tully trusts me. But payed their trust by fucking Lysa..!! I'm a horrible a person.

I could have prevented this entire war if I wanted to.

I could've saved Lyanna stark or Brandon stark.

Sometimes when I looked at Ned stark and he's sad face. I feel bad about it. because I know that I could've saved his family.

I regret some of my decisions that i have made. My greed for power. My lust for women. And my thirst for blood.( not the innocents ofcourse).

Well, what happened in the past can't be changed. And regretting won't help me either.

I need to move forward.

In this Rebellion, I have played a major role in all the battles, discussions, plans and logistics.

And now most of the time I stayed behind Lord Arryn. To show off his strength and gave him advices when it was needed. And lord Arryn looked very thankful for that as well.

To be honest at first he might have thought that I was some opportunistic bastard two years ago and taking advantage of their circumstances. Though Technically I am. But he also knows how valuable I am in their war effort and other things. But these days lord Arryn treats me like a family member. Well, It's quite expected. Cause I have spent a lot of time with Lord Arryn, then Robert.

Then sorting out the noble lords and ladies we captured in the city. And they are mostly from crownland . notable houses of the crownlands include Bar Emmon, Celtigar, Massey, Rosby, Rykker, Stokeworth, Sunglass.

Also Elia Martell. though nobody could not found her childrens. And I've learned from Lord Arryn that some knights have smuggled away the royal children out of the capital few days ago and nobody knows where those knights took them. not even the dornish princess.

I kinda guess who are those knights. But I needed to confirm my suspicion.

So I returned to the same place I stayed.. when first came to this city '" The Green Bird inn"'.

And their I found Morty having a party with some his New sellswords friend. I was very angry that he finished all the stocked up wine I put in bunker when I built it three years ago.

But I had to forgive him because Morty have done what I had asked him to do.

Morty and his new sellswords friends have kept an eye on the alchemist guild. And Morty have done a fine job in investigating all spots those pyromancer's used or looked suspicious around .... Morty and he's friends have the knowledge of all the places that stacked up with wildfire substances.

This is a huge deal..!! And I am very happy that he did his job well done. So I promised him and he's friends will be handsomely rewarded and forgiven for drinking my wine stocks.

Then Morty gave me the letter, that Alban has left for me.

After reading it's content, I learned that Alban and Alfy took the Targaryen childrens left for Essos. And wrote about many of his ambitions. Though I was really surprised by this, but happy nonetheless that he found his life goals.

If Alban somehow could take control of The entire Golden company then it's all the better for me.

Well, I wish him all the best. But right now I have far more important things to do.

I need inform Lord Arryn about the situation.

And dispose all the fucking wildfire liquids before some shits happens.
