Power System
The Power System for Galactic Power will be split into just a few parts.
There will be the Gene Enhancer portion which is introduced right at the beginning of the novel, and then there will be a more individual Enhancement portion that will take time to reach.

For the Gene Enhancement portion, the enhancers will be split into several grades, with each subsequent grade increasing power, intelligence, and lifespan.
If the average lifespan of every creature in a civilization with space exploration technology is 100, then:
F-Grade Enhancer: +25 Lifespan Expectancy, 2x Physical Ability, 2x Mental Ability.
F-Grade Max: +250 Lifespan Expectancy, 4x Physical Ability, 2x Mental Ability.
E-Grade Enhancer: +50 Lifespan Expectancy, 3x Physical Ability, 3x Mental Ability.
E-Grade Max: +500 Lifespan Expectancy, 6x Physical Ability, 3x Mental Ability.
D-Grade Enhancer: +75 Lifespan Expectancy, 4x Physical Ability, 4x Mental Ability.
D-Grade Max: +750 Lifespan Expectancy, 8x Physical Ability, 4x Mental Ability.
C-Grade Enhancer: +100 Lifespan Expectancy, 5x Physical Ability, 5x Mental Ability.
C-Grade Max: +1000 Lifespan Expectancy, 10x Physical Ability, 5x Mental Ability.
B-Grade Enhancer: +125 Lifespan Expectancy, 6x Physical Ability, 6x Mental Ability.
B-Grade Max: +1250 Lifespan Expectancy, 12x Physical Ability, 6x Mental Ability.
A-Grade Enhancer: +200 Lifespan Expectancy, 10x Physical Ability, 10x Mental Ability.
A-Grade Max: +2000 Lifespan Expectancy, 20x Physical Ability, 10x Mental Ability.
S-Grade Enhancer: +300 Lifespan Expectancy, 15x Physical Ability, 15x Mental Ability.
S-Grade Max: +3000 Lifespan Expectancy, 30x Physical Ability, 15x Mental Ability.
An individual can use any lower level Enhancer before moving to a higher Grade Enhancer. The individual will also have to receive 10 Enhancements of the next Enhancer to receive that Grade's full capabilities.
Once someone uses an S-Grade Enhancer, they cannot use any lower Grade Enhancers.
Enhancers can be used 10 times per Grade. Only Lifespan will increase every single time at the same amount. The last enhancement of any Grade will give a 2x increase to physical ability.
The first enhancement is typically given at birth, however subsequent enhancements will wait until the body begins to develop, as it is necessary for the individual to reach the peak of their strength before receiving the final 2x Physical Enhancement.
Physical Ability includes pretty much anything and everything in regards to physique: strength, speed, constitution, stamina, endurance, etc.
Mental Ability include anything related to the brain: Intelligence, comprehension, perception, even body control. Those with A-Grade and S-Grade enhancements are likely to unlock something akin to a sixth sense.
Note: Virility will decrease substantially the more powerful the Enhancement and the more of that Enhancement that you use.

The Individual Enhancement is more unique and is only available to those with a full 10 Enhancements of C-Grade or Higher.
After receiving 10 Enhancements of C-Grade or higher, an individual will instinctively know a set of 5 Ingredients. When the individual collects those ingredients, upon synthesizing them into an Enhancer, they will receive their next Enhancement.
The rarity of the ingredients will change depending on the Grade that the individual ended on.
The higher the rarity, the higher the strength and lifespan that will be granted.
The first Individual Enhancement will grant a certain superpower to the individual.
The lower the Grade the individual ended on, the more common the superpower will be.
The Individual Enhancement can be completed 9 times. Only the first one will grant a superpower, but the higher the Enhancement, the higher the level the superpower. There is a rare chance that a common superpower will mutate after a certain amount of Enhancements.
Caution: Virility will experience a severe decrease as more Individual Enhancements are completed.

There may be more to the power system, but I think that this is way more than enough for now.
There is still some time before our MC will receive his superpower, so I will take some feed back as we move towards that point.
