After his village is destroyed by an attack from Demons and becomes the only survivor, Vincent awakens his hero power and begins his journey to eradicate demons and kill the Demon Lords.
After 6 years had passed, Vincent finally managed to kill the Demon lord when he 20 with his Party, despite having to lose his right hand in exchange for his victory.

Instead of a warm hug, Vincent gets a stab in the back by the Holy Saint Aria, the girl who is supposed to be his lover.
After that, Vincent's other comrades immediately surrounded Vincent, with their flight attendant attack ready to be launched.
Because of the injuries he suffered, Vincent couldn't make any resistance at the time, and get killed.
However, in a mysterious dark place, Vincent instead receives an offer to get a second life from the Demon lord that he should have killed.
Second life, as the son of Aria and Lucius Ev Luminus, a prince of the Luminus Empire, the largest Empire on the continent.
Thinking that that way he would get a chance to avenge all their deeds, Vincent accepted the Demon lord's offer.
