10 Chapter 10 Are you alright,Sir

"Wonder how much I can earn!" Tom got excited as he instantly left the building to complete the exercising mission as he called it.

After two hours Tom was left out of breath as he Sat on a bench in the middle of the night, there was no human in sight

"why not!"

"holy hell! Did I just get my Christmas present early!?"

Tom thought excitedly as he checked on his GP's ,seeing such a large number had him itching to get a Gacha roll but he wasn't going to repeat the same mistake again and took a cab home to get their faster even though he was already running low on funds

It took him ten minutes to get home,with quick steps he arrived at his home and Locked the doors and closed every curtain,then he sat down on his coffee table and ordered

"System l! Roll an uncommon Gacha for me please"

Tom sat down as he prayed while the sound of the roulette rang in his mind for a while before it stopped

"…is this some magical powder or just some simple powder" Tom looked at the box of Protein powder in his hands,deciding to try it later,he put it to the side as he tried to understand the skill he got,despite getting the skill,he felt like nothing had changed in him,perhaps because it was due to the fact that the change wasn't as apparent so he couldn't 'feel' it per se

"let's try and remember,the body binding spell from Harry Potter,it's supposed to be a spell that binds the body of the target or something" Tom paced around the room as he thought about the spell

After some moment of hesitation,he pushed his hands forward like a chunni anime character and chanted

"Body Binding spell was cast by using the Petrificus Totalus while pointing the wand at the target,so maybe"

Tom threw a glass in the air and pointed at it with his finger

"Petrificus Totalus"

*Zooop*

A bright white light was released from the top of Toms finger as it traveled and hit the glass,seemingly holding the glass in mid air,as if it was levitating

"Woahh" Tom slowly arrived beside the glass and tried to move it, although it felt hard,but he could move the glass around,

"that's well and good,but how do I reverse it" Tom thought,just as he did,he felt the hold on glass loose as it fell and broke

"shit! Guess I need to clean this up now,atleast I can now have some capacity to protect myself,I really don't want to use a gun,especially one that can be tracked back to me" Tom uttered as he cleaned the floor with ease

Though at this time,his door was swung open and Mary walked in all worried

"Are you all right,Professor!" She asked

Tom was surprised by the way she addressed him,he waved her off,indicating he had no problem

"it's alright,it was just a broken glass,I was being careless,and don't call me that outside of school" Tom smiled

"A-alright then,I and my just down the corridor if you need anything" Mary replied before she scurried away

Once she left,Tom sighed in relief,although he had a certain level of trust in the young girl,he didn't want to spill his secret as he didn't want to end up on some scientists table,ready to be opened up,if SHIELD doesn't come at him first that is

Tom decided not to go out for now and try his luck as there will be plenty of time for that later on,he spent his time casting the body binding charm on some items before he started feeling extremely tired,as if he had run a marathon,which was true as he had done so just some time ago so he slept

"Damn! I didn't prepare any class materials,whatever" and so the careless Tom finally drifted off into the dreamland

Matt Murdock POV:

Today Was a very good day for both of us,Me and Foggy have set up our small time firm in Hell's Kitchen,hoping to start where our roots are,to give this place a chance

I just hope he forgives me for this,I think as I jump from building to building looking for a fight,it's time I started taking things into my own hands and give those that deserve a chance some hope
