It had been a few days sice the lizards attack on the city and Spiderman's fame was on the rise, everything seemed to be going well until J.Jonah Jameson started slandering Spiderman and the other small time heroes, if that wasn't all, the unreliable NYPD also butted in and did their worst.

The danger to the human life due to Dr.Connors was too much and the police department could only put their hands behind their backs as they took all the blame.

This didn't sit right with many of them so the next best thing they could do was, Call for an Arrest on sight warrant for Spiderman while Magician was already a target for them.

Tom also heard about the recent events from Peter, how he had small trouble with Captain stacy as he was dating his daughter, Tom could only sigh.

Though this didn't dampen his good mood and everyone who met him was surprised by his sudden change.

Even Matt who was busy recovering in Robin's apartment couldn't help but notice Tom's heartbeat and movements that indicated he was very excited for some reason.

So much so that he thought Tom had gone insane seeing the way he acted, speaking of Matt, things weren't looking good for Nelson and Murdock firm as he started working separately from Matt while Page was also acting weird.

Matt wasn't in any condition to move and could only lay on bed while Tom gave him medicines and changed his wound dressings.

Though Matt was worried about Tom's weird behavior and wanted nothing more than to just run away.

Which caused him to really run away, leaving a voice message for Tom while Tom was out fighting crime.

Tom prayed one last time as he opened the Otherworld missions tab, and to say that he wasn't disappointed was an understatement.
