10 Finally the best girl is here!!

Taking a deep breath, Hiroto tried to calm himself down. If he left right away, it would be pretty obvious from the noticeable bulge in his pants.

Meanwhile, Tatsu Toro returned to the Rust Bucket and quickly found one of Hiroto's shirts to wear.

"Even in this different reality, he's still the same," she said with a smile and a small chuckle. Tatsu settled down in a chair.

"Maybe life like this isn't so bad after fighting all the time," she pondered, lost in thought.

Just then, Talia and her daughter entered the Rust Bucket.

"Tatsu, why did you change your clothes?" Talia asked, sounding surprised.

"He used technology to help me grow faster," Tatsu proudly explained, showing off her more developed figure.

"What?!" exclaimed Ananthasia, a thirteen-year-old girl who was eager to grow up quickly. She couldn't believe what she heard. "How did he do it for you?"

"I don't know," replied Tatsu, causing Ananthasia to let out a sigh of frustration.

"So, where is he now?" asked Talia, curious about the person they were discussing's whereabouts.

"He's in the Ghost Zone, the same place Prometheus used as his base," Tatsu explained. The memory of Prometheus's near victory against the Justice League lingered in her mind.

Meanwhile, Hiroto had just finished going through the body scanner.

"I got a fire, but how can I use it?" Hiroto muttered to himself. He observed the results of his body scan, which revealed electricity within him.

"Why on earth didn't they give me another overpowered essence instead of this luck-based one?" he complained quietly before opening another file on Kururu's computer.

Inside was a hacking program created by Kururu, one of his early inventions. It was still pretty OP, especially in this undeveloped world.

"Let's take a look," Hiroto said, examining the source code of the program.

MC POV

The assimilation rate increases to 100%. Kururu's own special programming language makes this program too advanced. If I don't have Cypher's ability I might need around a decade to understand it.

"I'll take down this guy next," I say as I open the screen, revealing a picture of Hal Jordan. There's only one thing I want: his ring. It's like an Encyclopedia for this whole universe, with a bunch of cool functions that authors tend to forget about over time.

There are two ways to deal with him without harming him. The first is to use Prometheus's helmet's Neural Chaff function to disable his ring. Second, hypnotize him into thinking he's blind and let the ring do the rest.

"Well, I'll try those methods," I decide. I head back to The Rust Bucket, where I meet up with three of my subordinates.

"Your job is to recruit as many assassins as possible for us to work with from now on. The best approach would be to take over the league, but that's for another time," I tell her.

"Yes, I can do that, but why do we need assassins? Don't we already have a robot to do our dirty work?" Talia asked.

"I need to deal with someone specific and capture him, but if I use a robot, you know he'll become extra cautious in the future," I respond, a smile creeping across my face, though I'm not quite a maniac.

"Both of you, mother and daughter, will handle this mission and return," I instructed.

"Okay, this should be easy since I don't love that man anymore," Talia said, referring to the paranoid bat, and she left with her daughter.

"Bye~" I wave my hand with a smile. Honestly, those two really make me feel awkward when I'm around them.

"Toro-san, in your universe, does Jinx have hair? She's one of the Teen Titan villains," I ask her, hoping to confirm if Jinx is the same as her Teen Titan version.

"She's bald," Tatsu answers.

"Oh... Can you come with me to the base? I'll summon her, but I don't know which universe she'll come from, so cover me in case something goes wrong," I suggest, grabbing the cosmic key and leading her to one of the empty rooms.

"It's time." I use the Jinx card, which instantly appears in my hand, and it flies to the ground, emitting a bright light.

In the midst of the light, I can see a shadow slowly walking toward me.

"Who are you?" Jinx asked.

----

Sorry for the delayed update and the short chapter. It's been a hectic week for me. I actually got myself a cat recently, and she's been keeping me busy. On top of that, I've had math and astronomy tests to study for, so my time has been a bit tight (especially with the cat being irresistibly cute).

In addition to all that, I've started reading more Marvel comics to prepare for future gacha adventures.

By the way, I have a question for you all. What if the main character in the story obtained a parasite entity that granted him immortality, but with a catch? I've been reading the Hyperion Cantos and got intrigued by the concept of the Cruciform, even though it might be way in the future and not the best way to achieve immortality compared to other possibilities in the omniverse. What do you guys think about that? Would you be okay with it?
