"Go ahead." I gesture to the coffee table and his guard takes out a bill counter from his sling bag and starts counting the cash.

Jax leans against the wall to my right, one hand in his pocket while the other holds the cigarette to his mouth. I lean my backside against the desk, my arms folded and my legs crossed at the ankles as I stare at Piotr with a blank expression. The dick continues to hold the fake smile on his face.

None of us talked. The only sound in the room is from the incessant rattling of money from the bill counter.

After fifteen minutes, the guard looks at Piotr and nods before he starts putting the stacks of cash in the bag, including the machine.
