In the afternoon, I spend some time on my tablet. I don't mean to, but I end up googling the meaning of purple lilacs.

I shouldn't have done that. Because now I'm way over my head.

According to the article I read, it says: "This lighter shade of purple is associated with one's first love or the first time one feels love for someone." And another one says: "Purple lilac symbolizes new love and beginnings."

I immediately close the tab, shaking my head. I was better off not knowing. Now, I can't get it out of my head.

The potted plant is now on the small round table near the window. I wasn't sure what plant it was, but thankfully, there's a small card stuck in the soil that says the name and how to take care of it. Apparently, this one is a peace lily plant.
