26 Great Earth Bear

Everyone looked for a place to rest for the night and started setting up the tents.

This time Tian Shui was not flying in the air as they were already in the depths of inner region where soul beasts with 10,000 year age roamed around.

They could only slowly search for a suitable soul beast for Ling Shui.

After 4 hours of careful search, they finally found a suitable soul beast for Ling Shui. It was a 43,000 year old 'Great Earth Bear'. It was a top soul beast and the third strongest bear clan species after 'Dark Golden Terror Claw Bear' and 'Thunder Spirit Bear'.

It was perfect for Ling Shui's 7th soul ring. It was also difficult to suppress the Great Earth Bear as it could fight Zhou Qi head on with it's strong defense and attack. It's only weakness was slow speed.

Zhou Qi, Ming Yue and Ling Shui were the only ones who'll be fighting the Great Earth Bear. The rest of the people were told to stay far away from them so as not to be affected by the upcoming battle.

Xiao Hai and Tian Shui took the children and guards a kilometer away from the battlefield and hid behind a huge boulder 20 m in height and 15 m wide.

Zhou Qi, Ming Yue and Ling Shui released their martial souls and soul rings at the same time and surrounded the Great Earth Bear that was basking in the sun.

The Great Earth Bear is a giant bear. It is strong and upright. It is five meters tall. Its majestic body is like a hill, and its whole body emits khaki light. It has an extremely strong defense.

The bear quickly woke up and became alert looking at the three humans surrounding it. As soon as it opened it's eyes, the air became a little thicker. The bear became furious as it knew, they wanted to hunt him for his soul ring and rushed towards Zhou Qi to kill him first.

Zhou Qi used his 7th soul ring 'Martial Soul Avatar' and a huge 10 meter high and 20 meter long Black Turtle was manifested behind Zhou Qi. Zhou Qi used his martial soul avatar to clash with the Great Earth bear head on, while Ming Yue and Ling Shui attacked the bear continuously.

Ming Yue used her 7th soul ring and a huge 6 meter tall moon fox with 6 long and fluffy tails was manifested.

Ming Yue used her 2nd soul ring to confuse the Bear's mind with her illusions. She used her 2nd soul ability 'Soul Charm', which used her mental power to momentarily stun the opponent.

Taking the opportunity, Zhou Qi launched his 8th soul ability 'Black Water Prison' to trap the bear in it. The prison was very strong and even a high rank soul douluo may not be able to break it under 15 seconds, much less the stunned bear.

Ling Shui used her 6th soul ability 'Ice Claw Explosion' on the bears head. A 6 meter big ice claw was released by Ling Shui in her martial soul possessed form. She used half of her soul power to increase the claws power. The Claw fell on the bears head. The bear was smashed to the ground and spurt out a few liters of blood from it's mouth.

The bear became furious and used it's famous ability 'Gravity Control' to lock the humans in their positions. A yellow halo covered Zhou Qi, Ming Yue and Ling Shui. They were suppressed by the powerful gravity and felt as if they were being pressed by a mountain.

But before the bear could start it's assault, the bear's head exploded suddenly and all the mangled pieces of it's head was covered in ice.

It was the Ice Claw Explosion's explosion, which has a delayed effect of explosion. The bear could have easily escaped the claw attack if it wasn't stunned and imprisoned.

After the bear died from the explosion of it's head, Zhou Qi, Ming Yue and Ling Shui gave a tired laugh and sat on the ground to recover their soul power quickly.

Xiao Tian and the others came to Zhou Qi and the others to protect them while they recovered their soul power. Ming Yue woke up first after 10 minutes and Zhou Qi after 15 minutes. Ling Shui only woke up after half an hour as she was the one who used most soul power.

Ling Shui went near the bears body, which now had a black soul ring and a khaki left leg Soul Bone floating above it's body.
