9 Feast and Permission
" I was just doing some exercise, brother Xiao Tian.".. said Tang San with a small smile on his face.
" Well, let's exercise together.".. said Xiao Tian while making his way towards a rattan tree, at a 20 m distance from Tang San and sat cross legged.
Xiao Tian Started running his Spirit Swallowing Technique after he sat below the rattan tree.
Suddenly, as if there was a small blackhole. The soul power within a radius of 50 m with Xiao Tian as the center, frantically rushed towards him.
" Huh, is brother Xiao Tian also cultivating?".. said Tang San softly, clearly surprised by the riot in soul power.
' Maybe, uncle Hai and aunt Shui taught brother Xiao Tian how to cultivate.'.. thought Tang San looking at Xiao Tian.
Tang San wasn't surprised, as Xiao Tian has been instilling soul master knowledge into Tang San's mind.
Tang San became excited, whenever Xiao Tian talked about soul master and related things. He used to listen to Xiao Tian fully, while asking some questions after Xiao Tian finished speaking.
This was also why, Tang San could accept Xiao Tian as an elder brother. Although unwilling at first, but soon they became good brothers.
Soon after, Tang San ignored Xiao Tian and started running his Mysterious Heaven Technique.

" Yawn."
Xiao Tian stopped running his cultivation technique and exited his cultivation.
Soon after, Tang also exited from his cultivation.
" Well, Xiao San I'm feeling sleepy so, see you tomorrow.".. said Xiao Tian, with his face full of satisfaction with the cultivation results.
Xiao Tian felt he could breakthrough rank 4 within a week.
" Bye, brother Xiao Tian.".. said Tang San, while making his way towards his house.
As soon as Xiao Tian entered the house, he smelled a delicious smell and knew, his mother was preparing a feast for dinner today.
" Mom, I'm back.".. shouted Xiao Tian, to make his presence known.
" Oh, go wash your face and hands. I'll cut some fruits for you to eat.".. said Tian Shui, shouting back from the kitchen.
" Ok, mom.".. said Xiao Tian, quickly going to the bathroom to freshen himself.
After cleaning himself, he went to the kitchen to get the fruits to eat.
" Here, these are Spirit Mango's. They are much sweeter than the normal mango's.".. said Tian Shui, while handing a plate full of spirit mango's cut into bite sized pieces to Xiao Tian.
" Thank you, mom.".. said Xiao Tian before going back to his room.
Once inside his room, he sat on his study table.
' System, learn the 100 Herbs Encyclopedia.'.. thought Xiao Tian in his mind while relishing on the spirit mango's.

Immediately, Xiao Tian could understand a lot of knowledge about hundreds of herbs and their uses.

With the system's voice, Xiao Tian came out of his dazed state.
" Hmm, I can start making medicines and pills with the knowledge of 100 Herbs Encyclopedia. This book even has the knowledge of ancient herbs and recipe's, which have been lost in the annals of time.".. said Xiao Tian with a surprised expression on his face. Clearly, not expecting the surprise.
You should know that, even Tian Shui who's an expert in 'Pharmacology' is not as knowledgeable as the current Xiao Tian. Especially, about the ancient herbs and recipe's she has almost close to no knowledge.
Even the common herbs have many uses and functions that are not recorded or haven't been found yet.
' I should buy some low level herbs and fuse them. It'll be useful for my cultivation.'.. thought Xiao Tian.
Xiao Tian decided to buy some low level herbs from the farmers in the village tomorrow.
After Xiao Tian finished eating the fruits, he went to the kitchen and washed the plate. By the time he came back to his room, he was already drooling.

" Tian'er, come to dinner.".. said Xiao Hai with an exited face while looking at Xiao Tian.
Xiao Tian nodded his headed and left for the dining room with his father.
" I've already served the dinner, so let's start eating.".. said Tian Shui while giving a soft smile to both the Xiao's.
Both of them nodded their heads and sat on their seats. They were so focused on the food that, they even forgot to reply.
Tian Shui gave a soft giggle and reminded the small Xiao and big Xiao to start eating.
Just as the two Xiao's took the first bite, they were shocked to see that, their soul power increased by a bit.
Especially so for Xiao Tian, his soul power broke through rank 4.
Looking at the two Xiao's dumbfounded expressions, Tian Shui gave a soft laugh and explained them the reason.
" I just had a breakthrough in my pharmacology knowledge so, I used those ideas to make a new medicated diet recipe. The cost for making it is still the same but, it's effects have doubled.".. explained Tian Shui with a proud face.
" Wow mom, you're amazing.".. said Xiao Tian with a jovial expression.
" Yes honey, you're amazing.".. Xiao Hai gave a quick follow up.
After the dinner, when everyone was about to go to sleep. Xiao Tian hesitatingly asked Xiao Hai a question.
" Dad, can you teach me how to use weapons? I want to start learning earlier so that I can become a powerful soul master and keep you and mom safe and happy.".. said Xiao Tian with puppy eyes.
Xiao Hai was dazzled by his eyes and couldn't refuse him.
He straight out ignored the 'safe and happy' part.
" Ok, I'll start traing you in weapons from tomorrow. Be ready in the backyard at 5 in the morning.".. said Xiao Hai seriously to Xiao Tian.
" ok dad, I'll be there sharp on time.".. said Xiao Tian excitedly.
Xiao Hai gave a smile and went back to his room after telling Xiao Tian to sleep now.
Xiao Tian lay on his bed to sleep after his dad went back.
