107 Around the Town of Hinsmark

"Do not bother these three with solicitations… it would be futile!!" the elderly man with the scar announced and then looked again towards the receptionist and spoke,

"I know you want the dungeon to be taken care of before the next stampede, but you should look out for the rules of the guild…. Consider this second last warning,"

'Shouldn't it be last!?' Ryu nearly shouted but held back with all his willpower as the man slowly moved beside the counter, climbing upstairs and disappearing,

Everyone was still staring at the staircase as if he will jump out and after a minute everyone finally moved,

'That person seemed…. I could hardly see his level by [Hide & Seek]' Ryu thought,

"Our registration," Aiena said slowly in the gentlest voice to the receptionist who looked on the verge of tears.

'This wouldn't have happened if you follow your job rules' Ryu shrugged as the receptionist quietly procured their guild cards after registering the quest on them.

The other adventurers were still stealing the gazes at them but none dared to approach them, because of the instruction of the man earlier, as the Fusion souls moved towards the gate few adventurers were clicking their tongues.

"What a waste," Ryu heard someone say, and once he scanned the fellow, he was weaker than himself. Although Ryu was a bit perturbed, he held back as they left the Guild,

After leaving, the Guild Fusion Souls came to the center of town where the food market was. It was a well-known fact that the town lord and his son are both foodies, so the town food market was filled with various great delicacies and Ryu was looking around with shiny eyes.

"Aiena what do you want to eat!!" he asked, and Aiena, who knew that Ryu was only asking her so it didn't look like he wanted to eat, said in a concerned but a bit grave tone of voice,

"Anything will do Ryu but only 3 stores"

Ryu ending up looking like Faltar was the last thing she ever wanted as she imagined Ryu with Faltar's physique. She moved her head in denial at the thought as Ryu and Jue looked at her with confusion,

After that, all three of them went through the food market eating various stuff, the shops have a variety of food and everything was in an organized manner as there was an alley only selling sweets then there was one for fried food it was opposite of Zerah where shops ran rampant with a blacksmith shop next to the best café which is followed by a soup stall,

"Ryu, it is already above 3 shops," Aiena said as they moved towards another grilled meat shop and Jue said,

"Big sister mom said to eat much before entering a dungeon!!"

"You heard him, Aiena!!" Ryu said with a grin as he ordered 3 skewers of grilled meat, and they all eat them. gazing at their happy faces, Ryu fall back into memories of the past when Naho forced him to go shopping with her after he was forcibly moved out,

'They are not demanding like Naho, but….' Looking towards Aiena who was being careful to take small bites and Jue who was trying to imitate her way of eating, Ryu thought,

'The warmth is the same and even higher cause no one is going to blame me for roaming with them or force us, siblings, apart'

"Ryu, did you upset your belly? See, that was why I told you not to compete in food!!" Aiena asked concerned and Ryu shook his head in rejection as he kept eating,

"So you both sure that we will go to the dungeon tomorrow?" Ryu asked, and both Jue and Aiena nodded.

"I want to go now…." Jue said in a low voice with a bit of longing in his eyes, but he knew that it was too late already. If they entered now, they might come out late at night,

"We should take a room at Inn… priestess said we should book a room in inns regardless of us wanting to stay in it or not. Because if we went missing, they can complain in Adventure Guild about our disappearance" and so they all decided to head for the Inn they heard about from a store they ate earlier at.

As they made their way through the crowd in the town, Ryu noticed a few adventurers were still eyeing them.

'When will they give up!!' Ryu wondered as it was irritating.

Inside the inn,

Ryu and Aiena were talking with Inn's lady while Jue was sitting in a chair as he was sleepy.

"A single bedroom cost 20 copper coins as we have the cleanest room in the town, and a double bedroom will cost 30 copper coins only,"

"Are breakfast and dinner included within" Ryu questioned and the old woman nodded as she spoke.

"With single bedroom only breakfast and with two beds you will get both breakfast and dinner" as she said this there was no question about which one they'll go with.

"Give us the double bedroom. "

The lady nodded as she brought out the keys from the drawer and Aiena suddenly remember that she forgot to ask something important.

"Miss is there any service for cleaning oneself preferably the bath…" but the old lady shook her face in denial.

"We do offer water and cloth to clean oneself… if you want to take bath you can go to bathhouses the bath can be rented for private and the rates are affordable. Many female adventurers go there." Hearing this, Aiena finally felt relieved as the Inn lady give them the directions to the room and a warning that the lock can be a bit rustic.

The room was luckily worth more than the price they were clean have enough space for one to breathe properly and have two separate beds with a gap of 3 hands, and there was a window on the head of the bed with potted plants hanging on outside,

"Aiena, should we let him sleep?" Ryu asked as he put Jue, who had slept on the bed,

"Hmm… missing dinner is bad, but he was awake hearing stories from Mister Faltar all night long, I think it is fine for tonight," leaving Jue in bed both Ryu and Aiena went downstairs to get dinner,

"Ohh see who is here!!" a male adventurer said as he recognized Ryu and Aiena,

"Are these not the newbies that caused a commotion at the guild?" another said,

"A healer…." A little voice reached Ryu's ears but ignored those all they to get their dinner, it was a nice-looking porridge with chunks of meat in it, they received two bowls with a generous amount of porridge sided with salad.

Looking at many adventurers, Ryu and Aiena saw each other with mutual understanding and started walking toward the stairs as they intended to eat in their room but suddenly few girls blocked their way.

Ryu and their leader's eyes were locked in an unbreaking manner when she finally spoke

"Party with us, all three of you"

"Sorry I deny," Ryu answered instantly, and the leader was taken aback.

she didn't expect this sudden rejection because she was especially believing in her charms,

"Why!?" she looked shocked from the sudden rejection,

"We do not have any intention of breaking our party and isn't your team all-girls?" Ryu threw a straight ball and the leader of the girl's party replied,

"We can conquer the dungeon with a healer as we already attempted and returned twice alive…" her eyes shined pink for a bit and her lips curled upwards a bit Ryu knew she used an appraisal and probably see the fake stuff he set up using [Hide and Seek] and the leader proudly said,

"See kid, the thing is the dungeon is dangerous our party had gone farther than any other party… we can clear it with a healer and can even form a permanent membership," then moved a bit making her breast a bit more noticeable she spoke,

"And even if weak, we wouldn't mind a cute member… some girls might even spoil you a lot,"

Ryu sighed a bit as he spoke.

"You see lady, for this kind of appeal you have to do better than that size" staring right at her chest and suddenly adventurers paid more attention than they already were as some nearly choked on porridge due to Ryu's words, the two girls from the lady's side noticed how their leader was gritting her teeth,

Ryu was also ready to run upstairs when he calmly spoke.

"The answer is no,"

"You bastard!! Come here!" the leader leaped and her party members held her arms tightly as she tried breaking free to teach Ryu a lesson. there was a rule famous to this specific inn that those who start a fight wash dishes for the night,

"Get going already!!" the younger adventurer from her party said and Ryu bowed a bit, thanking her, as he and Aiena walk away thinking there was no need to run anymore.

That night porridge was tasty. The meat seemed a bit too chewy but at that price, it would be shameless to expect a better quality rather than being thankful.

As they lay down on the soft cottony bed as they let warmth take over them.

Ryu was sharing the bed with Jue but luckily, unlike Aiena, Jue was someone who took less space on the bed, making it extremely comfortable to spread on the bed and just like that, all three of them drifted into a deep slumber.
