Sirzechs gave him a calm smile as he started speaking, "Just completed some formalities of the marriage between Izashi-chan and Ravel-chan. I had some responsibilities as big brother hehehe…"

"I see..." Izashi did wonder what he meant but he wasn't that curious about those formalities. He stared towards Grayfia who was maintaining her calm facade but he could faintly observe her vibrating.

He was sure that it must be because she was sexually aroused right now, he turned towards Sirzechs and gave him a pleading look, "Big brother, I wanted to show my new move to Sister since she helped me develop it and ask her for any more improvements."

He then held Grayfia's hand and didn't wait for Sirzechs reply, "Let's go sister, we don't have much time. Big Brother's birthday is next month after all."

Grayfia was pulled by Izashi's hand, Sirzechs watched this scene and shook his head with a smile. He simply didn't have any idea that Grayfia was now enjoying his 'new move' more like 'new position'.

"Take care." Izashi spoke out before letting Grayfia go away, while she was near the door, she replied back, "You too master..."

She disappeared in a red light of the teleportation symbol. Izashi laid there thinking on what to do next, he teleported back to the human world.

Basically, back to the Gremory Mansion on the mountain. As soon as he appeared in the main hall, he saw that only Akeno and Rias were the only ones seated there.

Both of them jumped at him with at him with a delighted face, it was weird because as soon as he appeared in the mansion and was at ease, he crashed onto the ground with those soft mounds pressing against his chest.

It was going to be less of a house and more like a huge mansion, that was the reason it was taking so much time. Even with the manpower of the Gremory Clan, it still needed two more weeks to be completed.

Izashi started to speak, "Let's return back to the Kuoh School. I feel like we have trained enough now."

Rias nodded her head because she thought the same, they had trained enough for this past week and now that the fried chicken problem was solved, she also wanted to return back to the Kuoh school.

She called out for her peerage and informed them, "Alright, pack up all your belongings. We are leaving tomorrow morning." Hearing that, Issei stretched his arms and let out a sigh of relief.

He was tired of training for this whole week, he had spent all his time training his body and mind with a goal to reach Kiba's level.
