8 Between the Saiyan and Buu arcs

Goku managed to still call his son Gohan and when asked Bulma agreed to let him train once he turned four, Bulma started training too, Gohan has been born under large pressure and with the innate talent he was born with a power of 500, the gravity had increased to 15G he planned to leave it at 20 once it reached that point.

His actual gravity control had reached 100 and thus 100 metres, from the start Gohan had been living with extra gravity so he was growing well, after extreme effort he'd also upgraded time to 5 meaning Time domain, in the prebuilt gravity chamber this could reach 500x gravity he placed a gravity and time domain inside and set gravity to 30 and time to 5, if he wanted a hyperbolic time chamber like Kami then he would need 365x time, imagine 500x gravity with his 100 so 50,000x Gravity for an entire year as well as weight equipment.

That was his goal along the way. Goku spent 10 real world hours of 50 actual hours training a day and Bulma joined for 5.

He went to the prison cells and gave Vegeta eternal youth but the he set Vegeta's cell as a time domain and set it to 5 so that he would spend five times longer in here, some would believe this was cruel but this guy had murdered tens of hundreds of intelligent races.

He then went back to training for the rest of the year, they had 8 years left do for the next year they went on a year long family vacation to Yardrat (I forgot the correct spelling so that's what I'm going with), this vacation was an excuse to learn their techniques.

Goku and Bulma learned Instant transmission, Goku placed a time domain for them to train so they had extra time, Goku then spent 5 months figuring out how to go super saiyan or 1 actual month, Goku and Bulma both learned Clone and Multiplication as well but thanks to the extra time Bulma got whilst Goku learnt super saiyan she also learned healing and was on the verge of learning spirit fission.

They both placed a clone on earth, Goku's just one every tournament so he would remain famous and Bulma did all the things she needed to do as the daughter of the biggest company on earth. (Goku deleted the time domain)

The next year Goku and sometimes Bulma wiped out several planets from Frieza, using Signal Jamming to stop Frieza from finding out, this they gained useful information and battle experience.

As the last year before Gohan started training Goku went around learning different cultures and fighting styles as well as doing intensive training so he could increase his time abilities, he actually hit 3 million, his gravity hit 500 and thus he got 13 more Gravity spaces and time hit 10, this made him realise it was time to capture a certain tyrant so Goku headed off to where the data from a planet said Frieza was.

He caused a huge commotion by exploding stuff until he showed up and Goku went super saiyan and instantly knocked him out whilst he was in first form, Goku threw him in a cell.

On Gohan's fourth birthday they headed back to earth to celebrate and with Roshi and the rest who only just found out about Gohan. They set up a party on the flat land in the ship, Goku gave the present of a huge playground with slides, rock walls and every other thing you can think of, he had got clones to go out to buy it all, Bulma got a workshop and miniature tools built next to the playground on the free space.

Goku placed temporary Gravity fields on the slides so they went faster down them. Even the adults had fun on the playground until it was time to leave and Gohan was showed some training basics to repeat everyday.

In the prison cells down below Final-form Frieza was grumbling and yelling at things, it seemed to make Vegeta who was now living 10x faster glad for entertainment even if it was super slo mo, Vegeta had experienced 20 years of imprisonment due to 5x speed and was now experiencing ten times, Goku turned off bonus speed to chat "I see your enjoying yourself Vegeta"

"Dirty low class, what do you want?, what you gonna do, speed time up more"

"No actually, I was going to ask you if you'd like me to let you train by stopping the suppression of your power and turning up the gravity"

Vegeta grumbled "I see you wish to treat your prince, you filthy creature"

Goku turned power suppression off and added gravity that would increase as he adapts, he then turned time back up and walked down the path, Raditz and Nappa stares stayed on the wall constantly, they didn't even look alive, I guess they didn't have Vegeta's willpower since they'd spent much less time.

Goku went back to training after that with Gohan and Bulma in space for another three years, Goku and Gohan both unlocked super saiyan two, Bulma had been training under namekians, Yardratians and other magic using races to become more of a mage then a martial artist, she was even able to materialise items such as clothing, tools and weapons.

They were then contacted by the supreme Kai who said it was time to train,once there Goku and Gohan trained with the assistant dude whilst Bulma trained with the Supreme Kai in the use of magic. After a year Goku managed to free the sword and got the Supreme Kai to materialise the strongest substance in the universe, he slammed the sword against it and it broke, freeing old Kai.

Goku asked the old Kai to do the ritual and it was accepted so Goku then used the time domain which had 20x and sat still for an entire day, equal to twenty days.

He then had the ultimate form and the Gohan and Bulma also went through the ritual, this strengthened them greatly, they could easily beat Buu. A bonus was that Bulma's magic allowed her to upgrade power suppression so it would actually Frieza, Goku went out and captured King cold who he threw in Frieza's cell.

Whether they like it or not Goku decided to free space by putting every one from the same race in the same cell, thus he moved Raditz and Nappa into Vegeta's cell, he also turned removed the gravity and time and activated the power suppression, he also removed Vegeta's eternal youth. Vegeta was now a 40 something year old man, this confirmed the theory that when the youth was removed they re-aged.

Goku went back to training but now with time bonus so for another twenty straight years they trained non-stop, this meant Gohan was now 28 and entering his eternal prime. Talk about family bonding.

Bulma has trained under the guidance of old Kai and Supreme Kai and she had mastered Kai techniques and witch techniques, she was quite a powerful individual plus the brains included.

Gohan and Goku had gotten to the point where they Mastered Super Saiyan 2 like ssj1 grade 4 and had briefly used ssj 3 before finding out how flawed it actually was.

Goku's Gravity has reached 5000 and he unlocked the solar system gravity domain and for time it reached a whopping 100x and thus he had world abilities, the minimum also decreased to 0.10 instead of 0.25 meaning he could just skip time into the future, one year was ten outside.

This meant Goku was nearing his own personal hyperbolic time-chamber.
