1 Tenshi Hoshiko - *Rewritten*

A/N: These are projects I started before writing my main fanfic, Start of an Uzumaki Clan - Multiverse.
Naturally, I edited them to reflect my new writing style. I have ten chapters in total... So editing all of them will take some time, and I will only release what kind of feedback I receive from this fanfic. If I receive enough positive feedback, I may make this my second fanfic, and I will update it frequently (Hopefully).
My main novel will not be abandoned. The chapters will be released every 2-3 days, as usual.

"Wake up, Onii-chan!"

"I AM AWAKE!" cried the boy as he awoke from his slumber to turn off his alarm clock.
"It's nearly 8:00 a.m.... "I almost missed my workout!" exclaimed the same boy as he began brushing his teeth. He examines himself in the mirror after brushing his teeth.
In the mirror, a 15-year-old boy with dark hair and black eyes appeared. He had half-Asian and half-American features. He had an above-average face and would have been considered average if it weren't for the birthmark under his eyes and muscular build.
He put on his running shoes and went for a run after he finished mixing his pre-workout powder.
When he arrived at his local gym, he was greeted by his coworkers, with whom he had been working out for almost two years.
"Good morning, Brain," he said as he noticed his friend lifting weights.
When his friend Brian noticed him, he said, "You are late, Tenshi; we were supposed to meet at 7:30."
Tenshi rolled his eyes and replied, "Jezzz... you want me to get up early on Sunday?"
Brian exhaled grumpily; he was constantly annoyed by his friend, who was always unreliable. Brian took Japanese as an elective, so he was perplexed as to how he got the name -Tenshi Hoshiko, which is supposed to mean angel and star.
"You are the most irritating person I have ever met." As he stretched on the bench press, Brian said.
Tenshi then came to his aid. "Woah, take some weight off; you're killing your form," he said after a while. You resemble a dead fish, haha."
Brian rose from the bench press, placed Tenshi in a headlock, and said, "Shut up, Tenshi! I was trying to hit my max today."
Tenshi simply kicked Brian's leg, knocking him off balance and giving Tenshi enough time to get out of the headlock.
"You forgot who can lift more," Tenshi said as he twisted his hand.
Tenshi is well-known in the gym for being able to lift nearly triple his body weight while maintaining a perfect build and not appearing monstrous. He is popular in the neighborhood due to his above-average face and bulky appearance.
"The amount of testosterone I can smell is out of this world."
When the boys turned around, they saw a stunning woman with a fit body, brown hair, and blue eyes.
"Oh hello, Virginia" greeted Tenshi, seeming to know her well enough to use her first name.
"Oh, Tenshi, come on. You can call me V; we are very close," Virginia replied, twisting her body and revealing her plump cheeks through her skin-tight yoga pants.
"*ahem* get a room *cough*" coughed his friend Brian.
Tenshi gave a tired smile; while his friend sounded normal, Tenshi detected bitterness in Brian's voice.
Tenshi was well aware of Brian's feelings for Virginia, but how could he tell him they had been friends with benefits for nearly a year?
Tenshi's actions could be considered a 'betrayal,' but how can he ignore Virginia, the sexy slim, fit model's obvious advances toward him?
Tenshi tried several times to tell Brian the truth, but no matter how many hints he received, he didn't understand anything. He appears to be one of those dense anime protagonists.
'Whatever,' he thought to avoid feeling guilty.
Tenshi was well aware that Brian, the sweet and innocent young man, was not Virginia's type. Virginia tries several times to make their relationship official, but Tenshi refuses.
No, it had nothing to do with Brian. Tenshi was well aware of Virginia's character. After Tenshi began his workout, the atmosphere quickly returned to normal. He was born with a distinct body, unlike others.
He felt 'fine' the next day, no matter how much he worked out. His calyxes never appeared, whereas everyone else's were abundant.
It's why he wears gloves to keep his curious gym mates from asking him "what he's on."
Unlike others, he does not use steroids; everything he does is natural.
"I'm finished for today, Brian. See you tomorrow," Tenshi said as he finished his workout today.
Virginia approached him and whispered seductively, "My parents are not home today."
Tenshi's face trembled as he tried to keep the smirk from appearing. He was aware of what was going to occur tonight.
"Hisss…" Tenshi exhaled loudly, halting the blood's descent.
Virginia was well aware of what she was doing; she had also learned about Brian's feelings and was playing with him. And she understands how to turn Tenshi on.
"See you later, bro," Brian said, content to spend time with Virginia alone.
Unfortunately, his fantasies were dashed when Virginia replied, "Yeah, I have work in the morning... so I'm leaving as well."
"Oh, working on a Sunday sucks. Ms. Virginia, I wish you a pleasant day. You can let me know if you want me to pick you up; I was planning on stopping by your restaurant for lunch." Brian tried to be as polite as possible.
"simp" Tenshi couldn't help but call him a simp in response to Brian's obvious attempt to ask her out on a date.
"Sorry, Brian. Tenshi was supposed to pick me up," Virginia said, looking at Tenshi, who was laughing.
Tenshi looked at Virginia quickly, trying to figure out what games she was playing. When he saw Brian's interrogating stare, he turned nervously.
'Damn' Tenshi cursed internally.
"Yeahh… I was going to drop her off at home; her parents had asked me to do so because they were going on a trip." Tenshi responded, trying to sound as genuine as possible.
Fortunately, Brian thought Virginia and Tenshi's houses were on the same street.
"Sure… Please be cautious," Brian said as he returned to his workout to relieve his unease.
Tenshi looked at Virginia as they walked outside and said, "I cringed so hard, I can't see him the same as before."
Virginia snorted and kissed him on the cheeks, which happened to be very close to his lips.
"See you later, handsome." Virginia turned around, providing Tenshi with a breathtaking view.
Tenshi began walking to his house after staring at her ass for a while.
When he got home, he noticed a letter under the door. It appeared to be expensive, with a golden stamp on the side with the symbol "G" and bat wings.
"Humm…" Tenshi spoke as he picked the letter.
After entering the house, he placed the letter on a table and went to take a shower.
Tenshi is used to doing his own thing in his house because he lives alone with his parents abroad.
He picked up the letter after taking a shower and read what was inside.

You have been selected to attend the prestigious Kuoh Academy....

Tenshi tossed the letter in the trash after skimming through it.
"As if I care. There's no way I'm transferring," Tenshi declared. The ringing of his house phone quickly diverted his attention.
*ring* **ring**
"Hello?" Tenshi stated that he expected to receive advertising or spam calls because this number was never used.
"Tenshi. You will attend Kuoh Academy, and all arrangements for your living quarters have been finalized." A familiar voice of his father came out before he cut the call.
Tenshi was taken aback when he heard his father speak. This was the first time he had heard his father's voice in almost a year.
His veins were filled with hatred and resentment. He swung the phone against the wall, shattering it into pieces, clutching it tightly.
"FUCK YOU!" he yelled, holding back his rage from cursing his father further.
As you can see, the father-son relationship was strained.
He calmed himself by taking a deep breath. Then, logically, he asks, 'Why would he tell me this himself?'
Tenshi's father rarely or never spoke to him after his father remarried. His mother, a well-known woman and one of the world's wealthiest women, married his father, a farmer.
Unfortunately, after his mother died, his father remarried a celebrity and moved him far away from his 'family,' leaving him with barely enough money.
He would have been homeless if it hadn't been for his mother's fund within her will.
His mother, as brilliant as she was, left him everything before her death. However, she didn't realize how bad her husband was until she had Tenshi.
Undoubtedly, his father is unaware that when Tenshi turns 18, all of his property will be given to him, and his father, who is currently living with his 'family,' will be on the streets.
Tenshi has a caretaker who checks on him twice a week, and all of the board members and lawyers are aware.
He took a deep breath and thought, 'Kuoh, huh?'
His phone abruptly rang, and based on the caller ID, he assumed it was his stepmother.
He answered the phone and said, "Hello."
"Hello Tenshi, I'm sorry to hear about your father. He-"
Tenshi interrupted her, saying, "It's fine; I understand Akira-san."
"How many times have I told you to call me mother, Tenshi-kun?" With sadness in her voice, Akira said.
His stepmother, Akira, is the only person who shows him love and kindness. Tenshi, who still held a grudge against his father and his family, was unable to return her love and affection.
While Akira had nothing to do with his situation, Tenshi, who was 15 and immature, couldn't think clearly about it. Tenshi is a bright child who understands what is right and wrong while also being educated in business administration by his caregivers for the future, but something personal is clouding his judgment.
Akira let out a deep sigh, clearly heartbroken; she wished she could be there for Tenshi. Every month, she sends various gifts and money, but they are always returned.
Akira, too, was aware of the situation, but as stubborn as she is, she continues to send gifts on a regular basis.
"All right, Tenshi, I won't bother you anymore. Please take care of yourself and let me know if you encounter any difficulties. I will go to any length for you."
