Wooden Sword

A house composed of woods is standing sturdy on a vast body of soil covered by grass; many trees can be seen far from the wooden house, moreover, the sky is clear with clouds moving in different directions.

The wooden door moves forward, and a young man moves at great speed but only stumbles on the wooden stairs, he falls down and his face deepens on the soil.

He pushes himself upward and turns around, and in front of his eyes: an old man is standing beside the open door.

"Azeirion, you must-!" his eyes widened.

Azeirion scrambled before he even spoke.

The old man inhales through his nose, and his eyes are lingering upon the sprinting young man.

"That kid, he continues to give me sorts of pain," he spoke.

In a wooden house or nipa hut, a young woman can be seen gazing on the window while her chin is settling on her hands that are laying on the wooden frame of the window.

"Jikia! Jikia!" Azeirion shouted.

Jikia the young woman, turns aside and arises from her wooden chair; she ambles toward the closed stone door.

"Azei," she opens the wooden door, "is it because of your grandfather again?"

Azeirion's upper body is bent downwards while inhaling and exhaling through his open mouth.

Hence, he runs inward the house, and holds the door knob; pushing the door. A hand appears in-between the door and its frame; holding the door.

"Shit!" Azeirion's eyes are widening, "am I going to die?!"

Azeirion flies away as the door moves forward, and the young man hits the wooden ground.

"Azeirion, you little pesky child," an old man steps inward the house, "come, and we will continue your practice."

Jikia turns around, and she clicks her tongue while gazing at him. "Azei, don't be such a slothful being."

Azeirion pushes himself until he's standing on the ground. Using his hands, he brushes his shirt and tells Jikia. "Comparing me to those creatures is like throwing me in hell!"

"Enough with the words, little one," the old man turns around, "the time is running."

Azeirion close his eyes and sighs. "Okay."

Both of them step out from Jikia's nipa hut. Azeirion looks aside and sees the figure of Jikia standing in front of the window.

"Azei," she whispers while standing in front of the window, "what are you doing with your life?"

"Why are you so disobedient to me?" the old man spoke.

Why are you so disobedient to me?

Azeirion groans. "We'll talk about this later."

Later on, Azeirion is thrown on the soil covered by grass. He opens his eyes, and it begins to decrease towards the old man.

Azeirion touches the ground and pushes himself. He remains glaring at the old man who's standing in front of him while wielding his wooden sword.

Azeirion clenches his hands. "Why are you so consecrated to train me this crap?!"

He moves his eyes down to his hand; scratches can be seen on the palm of his hand.

Azeirion closes his hand and swings it as he looks once again at the old man. A harsh force of wind blows over them and the grass begin to sway as the clouds are moving in different directions.

"Why do you keep on treating me like this?!" Azeirion shakes his head, "I am sick of that attitude of yours! Never once in a while, you have treated me like a grandson."

Azeirion raises his feet, and it hits against a wooden sword. His eyes are broadening, and the old man is now in front of him; moving closer to his eyes.

Azeirion swings his other foot, but it was grab by the old man.

"No way…" Azeirion clenched his teeth.

The old man pulls him and swings him upwards, thence he slams Azeirion on the soil.

Azeirion's eyes becomes colorless as a strain of saliva emerges from his open lip. His lip closes as his eyes regain its color.

"I am not done yet!" Aftera deepens his hands into the soil, "I will show you the creature that you have underestimated!"

Azeirion pulls his foot from his grandfather's grasp, and so he moves at full speed towards the old man. Azeirion touches the wooden sword near him; wrapping his fingers around the wooden handle of the sword.

The old man remains staring at Azeirion's eyes while Azeirion goes closer to his body. Azeirion swings the wooden sword, and it strikes the chin of the old man.

Azeirion crouches and thrusts his foot, and it strikes the old man's foreleg. The old man begins to fall on the ground whilst Azeirion steps across his grandfather.

Azeirion turns around and his eyes begin to widen as his brows are knitting, and in front of him is the old man standing on his feet while his eyes are glued at him.

"I never knew that you would show something like this," he closes his eyes, "it is never enough to put me on the ground."

He opens his eyes once again and sees Azeirion right in front of his eyes.

"I will never yield in defeating you!" Azeirion swings the wooden sword, "I will make you admit to my desire to be free from your grasp!"

Azeirion swings the wooden sword multiple times, and it strikes the old man's whole body; the old man begins to step backward while looking down. Azeirion is inhaling and exhaling at a fast rate, hence he jumps toward the old man.

"Your arrogance put you into a state of thinking fabricated thoughts," the old man spoke.

He jumps toward Azeirion, and swings his hand; cutting the wooden blade of the wooden sword.

"H-How?!" Azeirion's eyes widened.

The old man swings the half of the wooden blade, and it strikes Azeirion's abdomen. Azeirion flies away and hits the soil.

The old man tosses the half of the wooden blade. He abides on his spot while gazing at Azeirion.

The old man says, "You got a potential to defeat me and I will never quiver to admit that fact about you. I never thought that this day would come that you will show me your capability."

He turns around. "Train yourself and maybe if you will put me on my knees then you will be free from my sight."

Azeirion touches the soil and stands up. He begins to narrow his eyes at his grandfather whilst his grandfather is walking away from him.
