1 From The Asylum (Part 1)

Life at times strikes one with such horrific moments, one would never imagine of. The fear within you that can never be overcome, the

footsteps from behind that never stop and the memories in your mind that will never leave.

This is the Haunt Of Hell, where the screams get louder by time.....

We were awake all night waiting for the clock to ring at 2am and for each other's

signal via our walkie-talkie. Genie gave her signal first, "On my way". "Almost there"

George reported. It took me some time to report as I had to sneak out of my house

undetected. "I'm on". That night we planned exploring an abandoned asylum which was

about 1.25 miles away from our houses. We reported to that crossover road at 2:15am

with our bicycles. It took us 10 minutes to reach to our destination. Could have

reached earlier if I wouldn't have been late. My bad. But something even bad were the

silence which made the fall of my NV glasses even louder than a bang of heavy metal. A

chill breeze of freezing air went past our faces as we read the name of the asylum as

"Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum". The thing that made the readings even more creepy

were the dark night of howling dogs and the mud patches on the board presenting it as

a very old structure.

The asylum was spread over quite a large area. " It was an asylum which began before

World War I and ended after World War II came to an end" said Genie. "This is said to

be the most gruesome asylum of the world" I replied. When George added, " And that's

why the most serious patients were brought here...". "Until in 1994 it was force

stopped due to I'll treatment which reached high levels of terror" said a very soft and

kind voice from behind us. When we turned ourselves back, we came across a little girl

about 9 years old. She was wearing a pale pink and quite old dress." Hello, I am Lily.

Would you help me find my mommy" she introduced.

We went close to her. She seemed quite hazy to me, because the moon light was

shinning bright out to my eyes, so I couldn't see her face properly in my NV glasses. We

sat down and asked her where she came from. Instead of answering the question, she

preferred crying out. "Mommy!". We didn't want things to get tough so we tried

making that pretty girl quiet, until Genie took out a packet of candies and held it to

her. It took just few moments to make her quiet. We didn't fall back and got engaged so

much with her that we forgotten what we were there for. After realization we tried

asking her, where her mom had been. She took a lollipop in her mouth and pointed

towards the asylum with a slight tilt between the main building and the operation arena. This didn't seem right to George as he warned us "I believe it's a distraction, we

better abort it and fall back." This is what he does every time he is scared. Ignoring him

and his words, we took Lily's hand and started heading towards the main entrance of

the asylum.

We were finally inside the asylum where George was flashing light all around. "This

place is no less than a haunted mansion, Jeez!" Just then, a thing struck me and Genie.

This place has been abandoned for ages, no one comes here anymore, then how and

why does the girl says that her mother is here somewhere. When we looked towards the

child, she wasn't there and what we were holding weren't her hands, but our torches.

Just then, we heard the laughter of that child coming from every corner of the room.

We just needed a blink before we turn around and make our escape out of the haunted

asylum! As we turned and dashed toward the main entrance, with a bang the door

closed giving us a push on the wall which collapsed us down. The last thing I saw before

I fainted were the inappropriate dizzy and broken movement of the girl's legs.

I remember myself waking up in a big hallway completely filled with darkness except

lights which came from every room on both sides of the hallway. I could recognize this

place as the area where the mentally challenged patients were kept. There were 2

rooms at each gapping of one side of the walls. The paint of the walls were almost out

with huge gaps and cracks on the ceilings and the walls. The tiles which were the old

fashioned ones of the 60s had also been found cracked. That all was realized by me

when I came in my complete senses, 6-7 minutes after I woke up and realized my

buddies standing at the other two corners of the hall call out for each other. We were

ready to leave our places and grab each other tightly before we escape the mess. But

the presence of someone else , something invisible had held us to our places. With a blink

of eye I could see a patch of blood which was right where I was standing. After careful

observations and controlling our screams, we got to know that we were right at the

middle of 4 rooms which were at each corners of our blocks. As I blinked my eyes again,

I saw four people standing at each of the doors. As light fell on them, I could see them

in their surgeon suits. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw their figures glitch in an

struck down way. With each glitch, one held an injection in form of a dagger, another

held a bone cutter and lab blade. The 3rd person had a chain saw, whereas the last

person held two live wires which gave slight electric blasts when brought in contact.

Fear instilled in our mind grew even further when , with a glitch could be seen, the

blooded suits, arms and equipment. It seemed as if they had recently got a living being, tranquilized, electrified, ripped and chopped it until it shred into blood which came

from every room towards us as they advanced towards us with an unpleasant sound.
