"Not yet," said Daisy while grinning.

Edward took a few pieces of paper cut into squares and folded them a few times.

"I want you both to look at this. Every time you feel like blood would flow out or there is even a slight chance, use this paper. It is somewhat soft so fold it a few times and then pad your leather underwear with this. It would absorb some blood and give you time to clean the rest without dirtying your clothes."

Edward ended his speech and gave Daisy and Night the paper he brought with him.

"Try it now," Edward said to Daisy as he and Night both got out to let Daisy try it out.

"Light," the dark eyes of Night stared back at Edward. Edward felt like he was naked in front of that gaze. That tender and relaxed expression on her face made him feel intoxicated.

"I have been thinking about these few nights. I want to take back my vows, but," she had a look of anxiety in her eyes. "But I am worried that I will be punished by God. I…. I really don't know what to do?"

"Ha ha ha ha," Edward laughed heartily as he fully understood the thought process of Night.

He knew that Night was a woman that was strict upon the rules of their society but she was torn apart because of him. She didn't want to lose Edward. For men of this era, women were plenty for them and they could just move on with someone else.

He took Night's hand and said:

"Night, I understand! Don't think much about it in your heart. I promise to kill the saber toothed tiger very soon and also get revenge for your mother!"

He held her hand and rubbed her nose with his nose.

Everything was progressing in the right direction. These days everyone was fell fed and rested. They had enough food for everyone and even some extra. This was like the golden age for their little tribe.

Early the next morning, Roc and Debro came to meet with Edward.

"Do you both have something to say to me?"

The two men standing in front of Edward were glancing at each other as if pushing the other person to speak first.

Finally, not having much choice, Roc spoke up.

"Light bro, when I was hunting in the past few days, I saw a few girls from the tribes towards the mountain. We thought... to take them with us... I don't know…"

Upon hearing this Edward stood up with a smirk on his face as he walked around Roc and Debro while looking at them carefully.

Edward realized that the two boys must have borrowed time to go hunting far away from the tribe and along the way they must've met with the women they were talking about. However, what got Edward's curiosity wasn't this. He had been in this tribe for some time now but apart from knowing about the Titan's tribe and the Cloud tribe, he had no idea where the other tribes were located. At this time hearing about the tribes towards the mountains had aroused his interest.

"Are there any other tribes around us? What can you tell me about them?"

"There are more than a dozen small tribes around, but they have far too few people and it is not easy to meet them," Roc explained.

"The two of you actually went far to bring women from other tribes right?" said with a smile.

Roc and Debro hesitated for a moment. Usually, they needed the permission of the leader of the tribe, and the leader had the first dibs on women but they were too used to the casual way Edward was with them that they forgot the thin line that made the difference between them.

"Light bro, we both mean this so I want to ask if we can....." Roc spoke with a faint smile on his face.

'Right now there aren't enough people. Only when a certain population base is reached can it be possible to establish a proper base. And they both have worked hard. It can serve as a reward for them.'

"Of course, you two are dumb men but fortunately this is a good thing for us at the moment. Our tribe has to grow and develop. It is definitely not possible to rely on these dozens of people. For now, I'll let this go. Inform me next time."

Edward stared at both of them for a moment before continuing,

"You will pass on my words and tell everyone that people from the outside are welcomed here. Those who are willing to join our tribe regardless of gender are all welcomed!"

Debro and Roc were both very surprised. They both looked at each other, then they look at Edward. Instantly they all had a smirk on their faces.
