Chapter 1

After a while, I wake up...

I forget where I am for a

minute,then look up the

dark cavern only to see a

little bit of light.

"Great!"I say to myself

"Falling down a hole.Great

idea, Frisk!"

I look beyond the golden

flowers and see a light

gray path among the

black hall.

Groaning,I get up and

follow it to a black room

with no color except a

small yellow flower with a

face

"Howdy!"It says and I

freak out.What if I died?

Clutching the sleeves of my

blue and purple sweater, I

respond "um...Hi?"

"I'm Flowey!"It introduces

"Flowey the Flower"

I knew what this thing was...

everyone learns about the

monsters in pre-k.If this was

what we were up aginst,I'm not

surprised that the humans won

the war.

"Frisk"I say, not very afraid anymore

This thing is so cute!

"Hmmm..."Flowey says,looking at me

like I'm the talking flower."You're

new to the underground,aren'tcha?"

I nodded "Yeah"

"Golly, you must be so confused."

It says,and it's right.I'm scared

and confused

But before I can respond,it says

"Someone ought to teach you how

things work around here!"

"What..?"I wonder aloud

Flowey looks around

"I guess little old me will have to do."

Oh,god... I don't wanna fight it.It's

too adorable

"Ready?"Flowey says,smiling at me.

After a few moments,I'm finally

ready.I nod."Here we go!"

Suddenly,a white square appears

around me.A small red thing

appears in front of my chest...

Is that my heart?

"See that heart?"Flowey says,still

smiling his petals off"That is your

soul,the very culmination of your

being!"

This flower is saying words that I

don't know the meaning of!I'm

ashamed of myself.

"Your soul starts off weak, but can

grow stronger if you gain a lot of LV."

"What's LV stand for?"I ask.This is too

much for my child head and only for two

small letters?

Flowey stares at me strangely,still smiling

and explains "Why,love of course!"He says

it like it's the most obvious thing in the

world!

"You want some love, don't you?"

He asks "Don't worry,I'll share some with

you!"

"What...?"I just met this thing!

Flowey winks and a star comes out

of his eye.Or, at least, that's what

I see.White little dots appear above

him.About six or seven.

"Down here,"he explains"Love is shared

through little white..'Friendliness

Pellets'"

Whatever those are, they sure as

all heck don't sound friendly.

"Are you ready?"He asks"Move around!

Catch as many as you can."

I'm hesitant at first.But I see he

really wants me to catch them.He

did teach me about this place and

everything.

I jump and catch all of them.

Something feels wrong...searing pain

shudders down my whole body and

makes me scream in pain.

Flowey's eyes turn black and his smile

treacherous.

"You idiot..."He giggles horrifically "In

this world,it's kill or BE killed."

I fall to one knee and onto my back.

I can't breathe.

I'm dying...This thing's going to kill

me without mercy.

"Why would ANYONE pass up an opportunity

like this!?"

As I shudder in pain,Friendliness Pellets

surround my quivering body

"DIE!"I hear Flowey scream

I heard him laugh,a ringing,high-pitched

sound,as the pellets closed in to

deliver the final blow
