55 A Growing Fire
A terrifying pressure of demonic aura spread everywhere, causing the entire place to completely darken.

The powerful demonic sea behind him surged. Then, along with the blood manipulated by the other demons, they turned into a nine-headed salamander, large and of unimaginable power. After that, that salamander roared towards the sky before a large amount of contaminated mana spewed out, extinguishing every trace of light around.
That nine-headed salamander rushed forward as the demonic aura increased. Under its assault, space itself began to collapse, inch by inch.

The thunderclouds in the sky violently churned. Shortly after, a terrifying cascade of lightning, resembling a silver river, descended rapidly with terrifying momentum. Then it ruthlessly struck the body of that nine-headed salamander.
The lightning's glow violently impacted the body of that nine-headed salamander. Although the demonic aura faded wherever the lightning passed, an even more terrifying demonic aura would appear. Finally, that cascade of lightning, containing the force of destruction itself, was completely eroded.
That nine-headed salamander, with a large mouth full of endless demonic aura, had already pierced through space at that moment. Finally, it flew towards the area where Damian and Elaine were, attempting to bite him.

Damian looked at that nine-headed salamander, trying to bite them, before a lightning glow burst into his eyes.
Raising his palm high, a great lightning bolt that connected heaven and earth descended rapidly before transforming into a great spear.
Damian grabbed that lightning spear before emitting a low roar from his throat. A moment later, his body shot forward like lightning and charged directly towards the ferocious mouth of that nine-headed salamander.
The bright lightning glow suddenly burst from the great mouth of that nine-headed salamander before it attacked with an energy beam from its throat. However, that lightning glow was faster and was like tens of thousands of lightning swords as it devastated the inside of its huge body before the attack shot out from within.

That nine-headed salamander exploded with a loud glow. After that, the demonic aura expanded in all directions. Then, a ray of lightning shot out before Damian, enveloped in lightning, landed on the ground like the god of lightning.

After Damian destroyed that nine-headed salamander, he suddenly launched an attack against the distant Calmadios. At that moment, orange flames danced on his fingers. After that, the space around this attack began to heat up before four huge fire vortexes appeared, forming a prison that trapped Calmadios inside. Finally, the devouring power emerged before the resulting tear force attempted to reform with Calmadios' mana.

However, against Damian's powerful attack, Calamdios simply laughed heartily. Furthermore, his laughter was full of contempt. After that, a monstrous demonic aura surged from his body like blood waves.

The force of those four fire vortexes had just formed but was forcibly destroyed by the assault waves of the demonic aura. Clearly, Calmadios was much stronger than Damian.

Calmadios violently pressed his hand against the empty space before the entire place darkened. Immediately, he felt a sweet sensation run down his throat before blood lines appeared at the corner of his lips. Calmadios' attack, in simple words, was too terrifying. Although he tried to use his devouring power to counter it, he still couldn't block it completely.
"You truly are someone worthy of possessing the talent of having more mana. Even the best mages beyond these lands cannot block these attacks. But you were actually able to handle them." Calmadios looked at Damian before saying these words with a smile.
Damian's eyes were icy. He didn't lose his breath in unnecessary words. Suddenly, his ring and staff glowed before he pressed his hand down and shouted, "Great Devastating Impact!"
A charged ripple of unique energy surged into the ground. Subsequently, the entire mountain forest quickly turned barren at a terrifying rate. After that, immense amounts of energy rapidly circulated beneath the ground, finally converging towards Damian's location.

A pillar of lightning broke through the ground at that moment. Finally, all that mana poured over the Divine General, seemingly shattering all those demons in the sky.
After that terrifying amount of mana entered, it caused Damian's body to overload because it also took part of the mana from nature. After which, he suddenly roared toward the sky. Meanwhile, there was an ancient demon's roar mixed within his roar.
"With this treasure, I summon..."

When Damian spoke these words, it was as if a seal had been released from the Divine General, causing a great wave of white mana.
The white light moved forward at that moment. After that, tattoos formed on Damian's face. As the line tattoos spread throughout his body, the ground collapsed due to the pressure.
At the same time, the Divine General and the second great puppet invocation, a fusion of others, appeared behind him. A white light flowed over Damian's body's surface. Then he looked fiercely at Calmadios, who was standing in the sky. After which, his body shot forward, rushing directly towards Calmadios and throwing a punch. Immediately, his two puppets also threw a punch from other directions.

Faced with Damian's fearsome attack alongside his puppets, Calmadios did not back down. Instead, a demonic aura began to surround his six hands. After which, he threw a punch and faced Damian and his puppets head-on.

Damian's puppets were sent flying forcefully, while Damian's body managed to hold its ground. The glow in Damian's eyes gave him a fierce appearance. After which, several punches buzzed forward and actually clashed in all directions.

When Damian saw this scene, his pupils quickly shrank, and he disappeared, letting his puppets take over.
"Great mage, do you know what this is?" Calmadios smiled at Damian. His smile was full of murderous intent.
Damian's body tensed. Meanwhile, he was doing his best to circulate mana within his body to recover from his internal injury. Therefore, he didn't respond.
"This is the highest combat technique of the ancient demons. This was personally given by our emperor, the demon god. Typically, we only use this when fighting against the most powerful of the human, elven, or dwarf races. However, today I used it for you. Therefore..."
