9 Chapter 9 - Capital and Artifact Purchase for Goldie

The way to the capital took us almost 5 days, and this is taking into account the night stops for rest. All the way there were no problems surprisingly. When it was a few hours before the city, I saw that Seal was very excited because she had never seen the capital in her life. The city buildings were built entirely from stones of different shapes and colors, or maybe just tiles like that, but still amazing.

Entering the room, she almost looked like our room. quickly putting things down, we decided to go shopping or, more precisely, Sil decided and she persuaded me. Having freed Goldie from the captivity of the bag, I told her that she would wait here and left her food, while he went shopping with Seal.

We went with Seal until the evening to all kinds of shops and just looked at what they were selling. It was evident that Seal wanted to buy a lot, because of the limited budget we cannot afford it. For dinner, we decided to stop by a popular tavern near our hotel. Having ordered different food, we waited, and I decided to look around. The tavern itself was like an ordinary cafe on Earth, the people in the tavern chatted with each other. Although in the novels all taverns were described as places where drunks gathered, but there were normal people from ordinary people who chatted and occasionally drank to ordinary couples, there were even some with children. When the order came, we had a quick meal with Seal and, having paid for the order, went to the hotel.

So we spent several days, and after that I decided to go to the library.

I had to use the "Indicator" to register. This library has three floors and only the first floor is free, while the other two are already paid. I sat and read all sorts of things. I didn't learn much, but I did. The evening was already approaching and I decided to go to the hotel. But on the way, I noticed an artifact store and decided to stop by and take a look.

Having entered and approached the counter, I decided to ask the seller about what interests me now, namely, something like an amulet where animals can be kept. Of course I could buy such an amulet in the "Shop" but I don't have enough coins for that. It is possible that you can buy something similar here.
