Chapter 18 - I'll Take Her

I decided that it would be better to take Lily out of the castle, since a lot can happen to her there and they will continue to offend her again, but I don't want this, and I'd better talk to the Count and take Lily. I hope Lily will not be angry with me, although I myself would not mind leaving a place where I do not belong. Better to just buy a small house in the city where we can all live together. I will also need to transfer my parents here, but I will do this when I have more strength and shadows to protect my family. Now we need to think about what we are going to do with Lily's family. I think it would be just better to talk to them and if they want a fight then it will be arranged for them.

The next day I decided to just come through the main entrance. Approaching the gate I was met by the guards and rather in an unfriendly moner.

- No unauthorized entry, leave this area. - (Guard 1)

"Weren't you warned that I'm coming to visit today?" - (I)

"Well, okay." I said and walked along the wall away from the gate. After moving a sufficient distance, I quietly jumped over the wall.

Jumping over the wall, I went in the direction where Lily's room should be. Approaching the castle, I began to quietly climb the wall to Lily's window. Right now I presented myself as guys who at night running away from their dormitory run to their girls in a neighboring dormitory. When I was already at Lily's window, I saw just a beautiful view. There is not a naked girl after a shower, but rather a sleeping beauty. Lily slept in her bed and looked so innocent. I want to look at her sleeping face every day. Quickly and quietly opening the window so as not to wake up Lily, I go into her room. Approaching her bed, I decided to just wait for her to wake up. By the way, Lim noticed me and I decided to hug him.

A few tens of minutes later, Lily's hem showed signs of awakening. When she opened her beautiful green eyes, she met my eyes. At first she did not understand anything, but then it dawned on her that I was now in her room and quickly told me:

-W-What are you forgetting here? - (Lily)

- Have you forgotten? I came to talk to your father .- (I)

- Talk? I thought you were joking yesterday when I told Sean that you were coming over. But why do you need this? - (Lily)

- Then what I want you to live with me. I really don't have my own house yet, but I will buy it and we will live there. How do you look at it? - (I)

- Live together? But I don't think my dad will let me go .- (Lily)

"If he doesn't want to let you go, then I'll just pick you up myself. I would have taken you right now, I just don't want us to have problems with your father later, and I think it's better to just solve them now .- (I)

-H-good. But why did you come so early? I don't think dad wants to talk to you so early. - (Lily)

"Well, these are not my problems anymore. By the way, look what I brought. - I said and showed her a cake from that restaurant on the day of our first date. I remember with what expression on her face she ate it and realized that she really liked this cake and decided to bring it to her today.

"You shouldn't have done that." Lily tried to refuse, but I persuaded her and now I watch her eating this cake with such a pleasant smile. And when she finished, I decided that it was worth going and talk to the Count.

"Okay, Lily, take me to your father. I don't want to delay with this .- (I)

After waiting for Lily to put herself in order and get dressed, we went to the Count's office. On the way, all the servants whom we met looked at us strangely. I don't even know what is in their heads, but it is clear that something is not good. Approaching a rather large door, one could feel strong magical waves behind it. It's probably Lily's father, or maybe that jerk's father. I told Lily to go and start packing, she reluctantly agreed. After waiting until she leaves, I knocked open the door and entered.

The office was very spacious and in some places you could see various expensive things. There were two people in the room. One who sat at the table looked 50 years old and had golden hair and a slight beard. The other was a rather muscular man in his 40s with dark hair. Probably the Count and the daddy of that idiot. It was not so lucky to run into him. Although I think it's for the best, two birds with one stone, as they say. I will solve problems with him simply by paying him a sufficient amount of money. Seeing me they became wary and I decided to start our conversation.

—Count Arcan Titius, am I right? - (I)

-Yes. Who are you and how did you get into my castle? - (Count)

"Didn't your daughter warn you about my arrival today?" I asked in bewilderment.

—No .- (Count)

- Hmm, apparently your daughter because of yesterday was unable to remember and convey to you what I said .- (I)

- So why did you come? - (Count)

"Oh, nothing like that, I came to tell you that I want to take Lily out of your castle. I hope you won't have a problem with this?

- Take Lily? No, don't worry, I don't have a problem with that, you can take her and do whatever you want with her - (Count)

From the fact that he said this in such a tone, as if he had no problem with what would happen to his own daughter, I felt disgusted and just wanted to take and kill him. But if I do this, there will be a lot of unnecessary problems that I do not want to deal with. I decided to finish everything here, so I asked the second man:

-Your son's name is Mark? - (I)

—Yes .- (Big guy)

"Here, keep the compensation, but next time you won't get it." I said and threw him a bag of gold. I think that will cover their services as a "Healer" and those of an assassin.

After that I turned around and left the office and went back to Lily's room. When I got there, I helped Lily to collect all the things that she has, and then we went with her to the exit from the castle. Since I finished quickly I think I will have time to find a house for me, Seal and Lily. If Seal asks where the money for the house comes from, I'll just tell her to be honest that I have the "Creation" skill. If I continue to lie to her, then she will stop trusting me. Taking Lily to the hotel, I understand that we will have a serious conversation with Seal.
