chapter 87: tempers flaring

The silence that enveloped the room was thick with tension, Ethan and Anthony Dante locking gazes like opposing forces meeting at last.

"Well, well, well... Look who we have here if it isn't Ethan Dante... So, you finally decided to visit your father," Anthony Dante's voice was laced with a slyness that Ethan didn't appreciate.

"Cut your bullshit, old man. I don't have time for this," Ethan retorted, his patience hanging by a thread.

Ethan made to move again and the security personnels tried to stop him 

Anthony Dante sensed the gravity of the situation from Ethan's demeano.He swiftly addressed the security personnel, "Let him in."

Seated face to face, Ethan wasted no time. "Mia is missing," he dropped the bombshell.

The impact was immediate. Anthony Dante, usually composed, was rocked to his core. "My granddaughter is whaaat?" he bellowed, the shock palpable in his voice.

"I've checked every possible enemy and found no one with enough reason to kidnap my daughter," Ethan continued, his tone resolute. "This leads me to one group of people topping my list now, your stupid alliance."

Old man don't you dare play games With me because the last time I checked my daughter was always safe and sound.

it was immediately you and your stupid alliance created chaos that my daughter went missing so u had better question those alliance members of yours yourself or I will do it myself

Anthony Dante's expression darkened at the mention of the alliance. He clenched his jaw, contemplating Ethan's words. The tension in the room crackled with unspoken accusations and withheld truths.

The air was heavy with the weight of the situation. The once genteel atmosphere of the offic transformed into an arena of potential conflict between father and son. 

When riiiiiiiinnggg... The emergency alarm started ringing then the door was pushed open as the head of the security personnels came in panting "sir...we have a situation " there's an intruder assaulting the security personnels and he seems to be headed up here 

Do you have any idea who the intruder is and what he wants? asked an unperturbed Anthony Dante as if he did not know the gravity of the situation and without waiting for the response of the security personnel, he put on the security monitor but when he saw who the one intruder in question was he immediately lost his calm and exploded "this bastard will be the death of me " and with that he instructed the security guards and every one to retreat 

Meanwhile Ethan chuckled as he said my junior brother sure knows how to make a grand entrance
