Capital City: The New Young Master part 5
The night breeze was blowing softly through the rough city night. Although the city was already quiet tonight but now it seem quieter. The moon was glowing and stars twinkling above. A carriage could be seen going through the streets of Jasmine. There was two people who were sitting inside the carriage. No one talked. Xieo Hei would glance at Kongane from time to time but Kongane didn't seem to mind the occasional glances. He would just keep staring in to space thinking who knows what. The carriage soon pulled infront of a beautiful villa. This villa was the Hei clan's main house. The head of the family was the one who always inherit the main family house. Hei clan has many branch families but compare to the other clans there numbers are small. Most people in the Hei clan die in the battle field. Sure there are time when a few clan's member want to live in peace but those people are mostly removed from the family tree thus making them people of no influence. It may seem unfair to many as to how can you kick out your own family but one must understand that the Hei clan is not a place for the weak minded. The Hei clan is a clan of generals. Generations after generations the people of Hei clan has served the thorne an they will continue to serve but the end of their clan. Every generation their is a new general of higher rank from the Hei clan. All members from the Hei clan join the army from the young age of 20 starting as the lowest rank of soldier with no perks. They slowly fight their way through the ranks to rise up and from every generation of the Hei clan their is always a higher ranking general. The different clans of Jasmine believe that the power of the clan should to to their blood lines but not the Hei clan. They believe that the power should go to the strong and loyal. That person can be a servant of the Hei clan or be a adopted child as long as they have what it takes to be a Hei clan member they will be added to the family tree. As long as the person is loyal to the Hei clan and it's rules and beliefs they will be counted as a member of the clan and some can even become the Head of the clan if strong enough. Hei clan is a special clan. There is no place for the weak and disloyal in the Hei clan as such the doors of Hei clan will always be open for the strong and loyal.
Xieo Hei got off and Kongane followed. Xieo Hei started to walk towards the villa and nodded towards the guards who were in stand by. Kongane just closely followed him as he walked from one corridor to another until the reached a big hall where many servants were present.
'' This child here is a new member of the Hei clan so make sure that you treat him as such. Give him everything he needs to make him comfortable and take care of him like you do to the other young masters.'' Hei said in a loud voice so that all the servants could hear. The servants were shaking as they bowed their heads and kept their eyes down. They all nodded and a servant came forward to take Kongane to his room. Kongane like a lifeless doll just followed the servant. He didn't even question what was happening and what was going to happen to him. He was not even shaken by the general aka Hei's voice. He just went along with what was happening around him.
Once the servant reached the room she bowed and left, leaving Kongane to do his own things however he seems comfortable with. Kongane just went inside the gave the room one glance to memorize what was where and went towards the bed. He laid down in a straight posture and waited for sleep to claim him as he stared in to nothingness thinking about who knows what.
Truly he had become a lifeless doll after losing his loved ones again and again. How many more time would he have to loss them? He had already lost everything twice and this time it might change him for the better once and for all.
