4 Semongk0

Jono then glanced at his smart watch once more. He tried to remember the name of the shop that sold magic items. After a few minutes of looking for shop information, he resumed his walk in search of shops that sold magic items.

"Hmm, should I ask someone or look for it myself?" he pondered.

Then he thought again that he'd better ask one of the officers when he remembered the saying his grandfather used to say, "Embarrassed to ask, will get lost in the toilet," he said while imitating his grandfather's style of speaking.

Jono then noticed one of the officers standing nearby, watching the crowd, and began approaching the officer. This officer, based on his uniform, is a special officer hired by this mall.

The officer stands about 180 cm tall and has a proportionate body. His hair is wavy brown, his eyes are slightly slanted, and he has a large, slightly sharp nose. He has a thick mustache and dark lips. After only being about two meters away, Jono began to pay more attention to the officer. The officer's face was quite grim, and Jono estimated his age to be around forty years old.

"Excuse me, sir," Jono said politely.

The officer then shifted his gaze slightly toward Jono.

"Hmm, what?" the officer inquired. "Have you lost your parents?" the officer asked, smiling but making a scary face for the kids to see. The officer's question caught Jono off guard. He was aware that few teenagers went out alone in such crowded places, and that there had been numerous reports of children becoming lost and even going missing in public places.

Even though Jono is fourteen years old, this officer still treats him like a child.

When Jono looked back at himself, he asked himself, "Is my body shrinking?"

"No sir," said Jono while shaking his head.

"I want to ask something else."

"Where is the shop called Semongko, sir?" Jono inquired. According to the information Jono reads, Semongko is the name of a shop that sells various magic items.

"Oh, are your parents there?"

"Let me take you there," the officer said. He assumed Jono wanted to meet his parents at the Semongko shop because nearly everyone who goes there is an adult.

With his awkward smile, Jono's corner lips twitch slightly.

"No, no, no, sir, I can do it myself. Where is the shop, sir?" Jono added quickly that he didn't want to waste time there.

"Semongko?" asked the officer while looking at Jono to make sure of what he asked.

"Yes!" Jono responded by nodding.

The officer then thought for a while and tried to recall the name of the shop that Jono mentioned. "Oh yeah, the shop is on the second floor," said the officer with his creepy, awkward smile.

"Okay, thanks sir," Jono replied quickly. He immediately rushed to the escalator. The mall also has an elevator, but because so many people want to use it, he thought it would be faster to use the escalator. The 2nd floor was one floor above where it is now, the 1st floor.

When Jono arrived on the 2nd floor, he began walking around looking at each shop while seeing the number of people coming in and out of each shop. The shops on the second floor are just as varied as those on the first floor.

Aside from shops selling specific items, several shops on the second floor offer other services such as karaoke, a gym, a playground, and others. Jono noticed from the second floor that the majority of the shops on the third floor sold food.

Jono was interested in trying several things after seeing these shops, such as a gym and a playground, but because it was getting late, Jono abandoned this intention and began looking for the shop he came here for. Jono came to a halt in front of one of the stores. "Semongk0," a word written in front of the shop, was exactly what he was looking for.

Jono eventually discovered it. It is, in fact, Semongk Zero.

"I thought it was Semongko," Jono remarked, a wry smile on his face.

Then Jono walked into the shop. The variety of antiquarian items astounded him for sale as soon as he entered the shop. There were also many works of art by local artists being sold there.

Jono began to walk while looking around. Soon after, he discovered a series of items containing magic energy. Polished raw materials will become these items., and they were objects that not only contained magic energy but also had an artistic shape.

Ordinary items that had been polished into a more pleasing shape were more expensive than ordinary items with no artistic shape. Jono was a little disappointed when he saw the prices of these items. He then went to one corner of the line of items. There were numerous lines of objects containing magic energy that had not yet been polished or turned into artwork. These objects were known as raw magic materials, or "Bamen," whereas objects that had been polished or turned into artwork were known as "Basir."

Jono looked at the price of the bamen and discovered that it was significantly less than the price of the basir. At this shop, basir costs between 200 and 700 Recek, while bamen costs between 5 and 50 Recek.

"I now only have about 5000 Recek. I'm not sure how much money I still have in the bank. So, I'll only spend 2000 Recek to buy some basir and bamen. Who knows if my super ability will have any effect on them or not?" Jono murmured.

Jono chose four basirs at a price of 200 Recek each and dozens of varieties of bamen at various prices. After selecting a few items, Jono began walking around the shop again, carrying the items he had previously chosen.

Jono came to a halt in front of one of the shelves. The items for sale there intrigued him. It was a shelf with several items on it, but one of them was a weapon rather than a bamen or basir. There was not just one weapon on the shelves, but several.

"I don't have the means to defend myself."

"I'll have to get one for myself," he said while nodding his head.

Actually, Jono doesn't need a weapon right now, but his heart says otherwise; even though he doesn't need it, he prefers to buy it. After a moment of admiring the shape of some of the weapons on sale, Jono then looked at the prices of the weapons.

"But the price... it's too expensive," he said mumbling.

The weapons, which are listed on a shelf alongside other equipment, cost of 1,000 and 4,000 Recek. On the shelf, there were only about five different types of weapons: one dagger, one axe, and three different types of swords.

A dagger with a total length of twenty centimeters piqued Jono's interest the most. The silver dagger had a black handle with a checkered pattern. It was an excellent match for Jono's stature. The dagger costs 1700 Recek, which is cheaper than the price of an axe, which costs 2200 Recek, or a sword, which costs between 2000 and 3000 Recek. Jono analyzed the details of each weapon there. He liked it even more after reading the specifics of the dagger he was aiming for earlier.

Weapon Type: Dagger

Name: Sribit

Effect: None

Quality: 2nd Stage of Basic Grade

Remarks: a beginner's dagger that was both hard and light (below the fourth stage of the first phase).

Price: 1700 Recek.

Jono returned home after finishing his shopping at the Semongk-0 store. He had considered going to the mall's game zone, but that did not happen. He kept trying to calm his mind from thinking about playing, turning to think about finding the effects of his super abilities first. Then he might be able to play freely.

"After I master my super ability, I will play to my heart's content," said Jono, trying to encourage himself. He was thinking about his super ability the entire way home. He wished he had a cool super ability.

Shortly after imagining that he would have super cool abilities, Jono sat on the side of the road. "Sh*t, it's still a long way to get to the apartment," he said in a rather loud tone.

He then remembers that earlier, when he left for the mall, he had stopped several times to rest. "Sh*t!" he said breathlessly. Right now, what made him more tired than walking to the mall earlier was that he was carrying the groceries he bought earlier.

When Jono arrived at the apartment at midnight, he felt exhausted from walking back and forth from his apartment to the mall earlier. Upon arriving at the apartment, Jono immediately dropped his body on the bed to rest. He quickly fell asleep without realizing it. Jono scattered his groceries beside him.
