"Wake up Huiyin!"
Nianzhen yelled out his daughter's name when he finally saw her sleeping on one of the branches of the plum blossom tree.
He had woken up and checked the time which was almost 7:10 pm. He had slept the afternoon away. Suddenly he remembered what his daughter had told him and that prompted him to stand up from his bed and look for Huiyin to remind her of the fight taken place soon.
"Hey Huiyin!" He shouted again.
His shouting wake up Biyu who quickly climb down from the tree.
"Father."
"Look at the sky, I thought you said you have a match tonight." Nianzhen said.
Huiyin raised her chin up to look at the sky and realized it was almost dark.
"Thank you Father for waking me up, I have to get dressed for the match," Huiyin said and kissed her father on his forehead and hurrying inside.
Nianzhen went to get ready.
8pm
"Sorry I am late sir," Huiyin said to Zou. She met the middle age man outside at the same place she met him a few hours ago.
"Aha, no need to apologise Huiyin, this is just 8pm and you came as agreed. You just passed your second trial" Zou said with a welcoming smile.
"This is my father, Nianzhen Shu and father, this is Mr Zou the person I told you about," Huiyin said excitedly introducing the men to each other.
Both men shake their hands and said almost together. "It's a pleasure to meet you."
"I am happy she tag you along with her this shows you support her." Zou said.
"Thank you for giving my daughter a chance sir," Nianzhen said with a happy smile.
"You don't need to thank me yet Mr Nianzhen, I haven't accepted your daughter until she defeats the Bull as she claims," Zou said returning the smile. "Follow me." He added leading the way as they followed him.
He entered a building filled with people betting their money on the Bull. He stopped and point at the huge arena in front of them.
Various empty seats was surrounding the rings. It was like a WWE arena.
"This is where you will fight the Bull and if you defeat him, I said if, then I shall discuss your payment with you and your father," Zou said with a fake smile.
Huiyin and Nianzhen both smile at the same time.
"Don't worry about that sir, if my daughter said she can defeat whoever the Bull is then she can." Nianzhen said with pride.
"I hope you will say that after the match," Zou said with a smile. The Bull will surely defeat the small tomboy. Everyone has placed their bets on the Bull.
The bell rings alerting the people and within 2 minutes all the empty seats were filled with various people.
Zou turned and face Huiyin "Your third trial start now, they will announce your name soon, I wish you luck." He said and left them.
"Tonight Lion won't fight with the Bull in the arena as planned, the Bull will fight another opponent." The announcer said. "Here comes the Bull."
Everyone stood up from their seats and started clapping their hands as their eyes turn towards the door the Bull will emerge from.
A tall huge dark skinned man with long hair walked inside and everyone began shouting and calling out his name. He raised his two arms into the air and tighten his fingers into a tight fist.
His muscles bulge and Nianzhen eyes almost fall out.
"Huiyin are you sure you can take this man? It's alright if you change your mind right now. I won't be angry." Nianzhen whisper the words into Biyu's ear.
Huiyin snorted. "Father I can take him."
The Bull gave out a loud roar like a lion and jumped from where he stood into the arena like a Superman.
The screams of the people almost made Nianzhen deaf.
"Our champion has being challenged by a small kid, I guess she's heading for a knockout," The announcer said mockingly and everywhere became quiet as they turned their heads towards the door to see who the kid that dares challenge the Bull.
The Bull was waiting for his opponent as he flexes his muscles around with great ease.
"Are you sure of this Huiyin?" Nianzhen asked for the upteempth time. Huiyin is the only person he has and he can't stand to watch her get hurt.
"Father, don't worry, I can take him down," Huiyin said without worries and started walking towards the rings. All eyes were on her as they followed her footsteps. Once she reaches the rings she jumped in.
"You know the rules, once you are out of the ring you lose," the announcer said again as the bell ring for the match to begin.
Huiyin and the Bull ran forward at the same time. The Bull sent a kick with his leg to her.
Huiyin blocked the kick Bull sent on her way with her hands and use her fist to punch his stomach hard.
The Bull smirked as her blow didn't affect him, he held her head and fling her out of the rings with all his strength.
Huiyin was almost out of the rings when she grabbed hold of one of the rings and was inside the arena immediately.
Everyone was shouting the Bull name in joy.
Nianzhen was the only one who was shouting his daughter's name.
The Bull motion with his two hands for Huiyin to attack first which she did.
She ran towards and jump mid air to kick him.
She succeeded by kicking his neck very hard and wanted to punch his stomach when he held her both hands and use his head to hit her head very hard.
Huiyin groaned out in pain and wasn't expecting another blow that was sent to her stomach and jaw at the same time. The blow sent her flying across the ring and her back hit the iron used in holding the rings. Her jaw was broken and her stomach hurts.
She coughed out blood and held her stomach in pain.
Nianzhen ran to meet her and was almost crying.
"Huiyin you can forfeit now and let's go home please. He is older than you and more experience than you. You are just young and a kid you will lose if you continue." Nianzhen pleaded.
Huiyin slowly stood and set her broken jaw into its place, ignoring the pain. She turns and faces her father.
"I did that to know my opponent strength father. Being young or old has got nothing to do with winning or losing. You lose, when you accept defeat. You win when you believe you can," Huiyin said and turned to face the Bull and smirked at him cleaning the blood on her lips as her fingers tightened into fists. "Now, it is my turn."
