After cleaning up she went down to the dinning room not to annoy her father bowing in greeting to him and her step mom Isabelle " morning father , step mom " her father ignored her but her step mom still had an Inse bit of consciousness left so she nodded back " you woke up late today so I asked your father to send someone to wake you up " Elanor nodded but still remained silent making her father burst out in anger " you ungrateful thing can't you see your mom is talking to you " " hmm " she replied still having her breakfast when suddenly she felt a slap on her cheek and looked up to glare at the culprit her father . He had never raised his hand on her before making this the first time but still he did so just for not kissing the feet of his wife and seeing her husband's move Isabelle instantly stood to stop him from making another strike. Elanor didn't say a word but in her eyes her father could see criticism and mockery " I think I just lost my appetite " she said stood up and left not listening to her father's commands to come back instantly entering her room and locking the door. She fell to the floor in tears, tears that she didn't want anyone to see but what could she do, it was pointless. She was still crying when she heard a knock on the door and quickly whipping her tears she stood up and asked " who is it ? " " it's me young miss " Anna a maid replied from behind th door and hearing her call her young miss made her snort that title isn't belong to her anymore but she didn't care that much and still allowed Anna to enter after unlocking the door again " your father asked me to give you this. He was gonna give you earlier but he lost his temper " Elanor glanced at the letter in the maid's hands but said nothing " I think you should at least open it " " leave it on the table " she ordered and the gestured for the maid to leave which she immediately did what she was told.
