Unknown POV

A little girl...sitting alone on the steps of a building. That building is...the preschool. She has a little flower in her hand. Cute. Just like her. Oh. A little boy approaches her, silently and slowly. She doesn't notice him. He puts his hand on her head. Aw, she got startled. She's...crying? Oh, poor dear. I wish I could help the pair, but sadly, I cannot leave my position here...

Oh, she's stopped crying now. He's helping her up. Like a little gentleman. Aw, they're so cute! He takes her hand. He's bringing her to the swing. He wants her to sit on the swing. Well, that's kind of him! She sits, and now he's going behind her. He's...pushing her swing.

Adorable.

A horvath has passed, and after exploring half of the preschool's playground, a teacher comes. Well, I guess its time for class. The pair enter the school reluctantly. I guess they still want to play and be free.

I followed them.

They're sitting in class now...and they're beside each other. Cute. She looks to the whiteboard. He just looks at her. It seems he likes her. Well, my dears, you two can be together, just, not now...

2 days have passed. I am still watching them. I have left my duties to someone else.

In their realm, it's a...okay, yes, a Saturday. Or a 'weekend' as they say.

They're at the park playground, and oh, their parents are also with them. The girl's mother, is talking with the boy's mother, it seems they are friends.

The 2 women are now sitting on a bench, talking so happily, as if the world would never bring them harm.

I shift my gaze to the pair whom I've been watching over for a week now.

They're playing tag. The little girl...she's not the 'it'. Its the little boy. Now that I think of it, it looks like he really is pursuing her, for her hand in marriage. No, no, that's not right. I can't think of them together yet! They're too young! Erase, erase, erase!

30 mekrons have passed.

They are still playing.

Several cars pass on the streets near the playground. Oh no. I feel something bad is going to happen. I'll...shrug it off. It's probably nothing.

Now, they are playing ball. Their mothers are still chatting. The boy's mother keeps on glancing at her son. Maybe she's getting a bad feeling- no wait, I shouldn't think about that.

Oh, some dust got in my eyes. I have to wipe them. I hear...a scream? A car, halting so suddenly...the cracking of...b-bones?

No. It can't be.

I finished wiping my eyes, only to see...

The boy's mother...dead. A car bumped into her. Her son is on the ground, flat on his face. I understand...

The ball the pair were playing with must've gotten on the nearby road...then...he was going to get it. He must've been almost bumped into by a car, except, his mother must have pushed him, and...she became the one who got bumped.

Sirens. An ambulance.Medical support has come.

However, a white cloud resembling a woman had appeared in front of me. I realized, her time came.

"Welcome, to the afterlife"

-Present Time-

Thenia POV

Hello! My name's Thenia, and it's a pleasure to meet you! I am 21, and yes, I am British. I was wondering if you realized I was when I said, 'pleasure to meet you'. Oh well.

Oh uh, well, pardon me, let me describe myself in the best way I can.

I have blonde hair, blue eyes, and well, a fair complexion. I usually put my hair in a ponytail, or a braid. However, today, I tied my hair in a low bun, wore a casual yellow T-shirt, and paired it with a black circle skirt that wasn't too short. It reached 1 inch above my knee, so it wasn't that revealing. I tucked in my shirt for formalities' sake, and I wore black knee high socks, with some white Converse.

Let's carry on with this story now, shall we?

It was 8:49 AM in the morning, and I was ready to start the day. I live in New York City, even though I was born and raised in London, and that explains my British accent. I was on my last year of graduate school, and all I needed to finally get my bachelor's degree was to get an internship as proof that I was ready for business managing.

I had already sent my resume to the company where I planned to take an internship, but I just needed to take an interview, and they would decide if I'd be hired as an intern, or, not.

I ate some croissants and drank some coffee for my breakfast, as I was taking a monthly diet.

After putting on my coat, I went out of my apartment and locked the door. I brought my keys, so I had no need to worry.

I took a cab downtown, then I got off at the Empire State Building.

Did you think I went in?

Nope. I went into the building that was at the right of the Empire State Building.

J & Col Enterprises is a prestigious agriculture company, but they don't really seek attention from the media. And, that's also the reason why I chose that company. It's simple yet big, and since it doesn't really involve itself in the media, I don't need to worry about super formal appearances.

I approached a blonde lady at the reception desk and I stated my appointment there. She gave me a card, a hall pass, so I could go to any floor. She also told me that I should go to the highest floor, which was floor 10, then someone would just help me out there. Oh well.

As I was in the elevator, I took my phone out. I was going to continue watching Naruto Shippuden, however, the elevator already arrived at the tenth floor. I didn't notice how fast we were going. Reluctantly, I put my phone back in my bag, and walked out the elevator.

A security guard asked for my hall pass, and I gave it to him. He scanned it with a barcode scanner, and he told me to head to the secret eleventh floor. Woah. Who would've known.

The elevator for the secret floor was located across the hall. I made my way to the hall, and I noticed the elevator. I decided to take the stairs instead. As I arrived on the secret floor, an imposing aura frightened me. Even though I didnt see him, I knew, who had that kind of aura.

The CEO.
