Ji-Tae felt like exploding as the driver drove to his family house. The moment he stepped down from the car, he walked straight into the house. "Mother!" He barked when he didn't see her in the living room. He kept screaming her name until she surfaced.

"What's the meaning of this nonsense? You now lack manners too? You want to shout down the roof?" She asked when she saw him.

The look of rage in his eyes did not scare her one bit.

"What is the meaning of the nonsense I heard about an engagement party with Jin-A tomorrow? Must you ruin my life before you stop?" He asked, giving her a furious look.

She paused and looked at him. She had told Jin-A to leave it all to her. What was Jin-A up to? Why did she announce the engagement? Ji-tae's mother wondered.
