" Mom, why do I need to go there? I will be busy for the next few days, we have a lot of scheduled practices for our international competition." Lira's annoyance is as expected by her mom. She's awarded as the team's MVP for her university's volleyball team, so her presence is expected during daily practices.

" Your dad will be waiting for you at the airport", Alicia told her daughter while helping her packing her things. They do not let Sandy do it for them though she's still young at sixty five, her own nanny and eventually became Lira's nanny but now she just decided to stay with them even after her retirement, with just Wenna the maid to do every household stuffed for them everyday. But she's grateful for Sandy's strict guidance at her daughter she was assured that her daughter was in good hand when she's busy and away from home.

" Mom, did you hear me? I told...", Lira unfinished sentence because of her mom's interference .

" Honey, I heard you loud and clear,it's your dad's decision,anyway you'll just be there for two weeks.Just explain to your dad, you need to be back soon because you have an international competition to be prepared of, so you need more time for practices I'm sure he'll understand", Alicia explained to her daughter

" Haiist, for sure my coach will be pissed off, two weeks is a long time", Lira told her, but she understand that her daughter always avoided staying with her father she felt like an outsider when she's with her dad's new family.

" Honey, please stop complaining your dad misses you,that's why he wanted you to go there and stay with him.It had been a year since you spend your vacation with them", Alicia said.

" I'm always busy at school and it is not easy to be an athlete mom, it needs hardwork and dedication to be an MVP", Lira said a bit bragging but Alicia knew she's telling the truth. She had witness the hardwork of her daughter in order to achieve all of the recognition she received. She can support her daughter's needs but she wanted to be an athlete and she won't be a hindrance to her dreams.

" I'm going now mom, please take good care of your self while I'm away,', Lira said, after kissing her mom's cheeks.As always, there's no traffic they arrive early at the airport.

" Yes honey, don't worry about me,just enjoy your holiday.", Alicia told Lira, she just stared at her daughter's back. She felt the pain of sending her away to her father.though Lira is an athlete there's nothing boyish in her ways though she's very energetic, she had a long curly black hair she got from her father , a natural sexiness in her swift and graceful walk as that of a model walking in the catwalk with her powerful long legs just like with her arms maybe because of the regular exercise regimen she followed as an athlete, combined with a very pretty face, a beautiful smile which shows complete set of white teeth, they had their own dentist to make sure they can smile confidently. But still her daughter is very shy, very humble and honest, a great persona she always adore. She witness how people adored her daughter when she's inside the court being the captain ball of her team. Lira was only four years old when she filed a divorced because of her husbands infidelity. Her own father was very angry when she did, she exposed her own family in such a big chaos coz of media attention in their story, the same way before they got married. She read in the caption of the newspaper " couple who had been considered as The wedding of the year turned into the most famous divorced settlements". Her husband came from the famous Lord of Gilla, herself came from the Duke of Eine, Media love to dig the whole scenario so after the divorce was granted she decided to live in New Zealand to raise and protect her daughter and keep her away from the turmoil they had been. She's happy with her decision because they had been able to keep their identity secretly and be able to live normally unlike when they are in Yunisha, they will be bound to tradition and they could not move freely, they'll be under the scrutiny of the media and people around them. Her husband always wanted to keep custody of their daughter, his first born, but her daughter chooses to be with her, she's an adulterated mama's girl even until now at the age of seventeen.

Lira is always worried when she leave her mom behind, but her mom wants her to go alone when she visit her dad so she can spend quality time with her dad's family. She planned to visit her mom's family at Eine mansion too, to spend even two days specially now that her grandffather Duke Will was left with her mother's brother uncle Sam and his young family after the death of her grandmother Porscia because of breast cancer a year ago, the previous visit she and her mom did that her father requested for her to stay longer that she had granted because of her mom's advice. Her grandfather want them to stay but her mom couldn't leave her business one of the biggest pharmacy in New Zealand her mom being a pharmacist herself, and people dependent on her, her employees for thirten years. Her mom was a very good boss to her employees she had felt how they respected her mom for being kind and generous. Surely it will be a tiring fourten hours of travel inspite of the convenience being in the business class travelling alone, this time without nanny Sandy because she can be able to take care of herself an agreement she had with her mom that when she's seventeen she'll do her stuffed independently which her mom though hesitant agreed.
