August pov

How did this simple messed up teenage party turn into a puddle of blood hurdling fight.

"Fight! Fight! Fight! ". The crowd taunted with excitement when Noah's fist met the face of the total stranger. Each punch earned the person a new bruise.

Keith was nowhere around and I knew that he must be hooking up or pucking his ass somewhere over excessive alcohol. I quivered as Noah did not stop and kept punching the person.

He too had earned some fresh punched wounds in the face with a torn lip and bruised cheek which bled a little.

"Noah". I bellowed and he did not seem to be rational enough to hear me. I sigh " Noah!!! Noah ". I literally screamed as I grab his attention.

" I don't know what he did but you need to get your ass together and not end up in jail for murder. Please! ". I plead trying  not to be scared at his anger studded hot face.

" Can we leave now? ". I questioned while trying to reason with him to follow me. " Keith's waiting he is laid dead on the floor and i need help to carry him". I said and lied of course.

Noah was pissed and angry but he stood up to leave and i let out a sigh of relief.

"And you thought I would believe your fucking lie". He glared with anger as we came to a more secluded place of the party.

" N-no". I said pursing my lip.

"You were just going too over board". I argued and he rolled his eyes.

" You knew I was lying then why? ". I questioned.

Few hours back

"Come on keep on check". Keith clapped his hands as he wait for the opposite team to make a move to their hoop."

De~fense.. ". The watchers screamed and cheered. Lisa and I was one of them too.

Everyone in the court seemed exhausted and the score was wyvern-79 and wolves-80.

The gap was nothing much and there was a high chance of wyvern team catching up.

The clock time was ticking and Noah seemed exhausted in the court so did the other team members.

I gulped looking at how hot noah looked in his basketball jersey and shorts.

The ball finally came to Noah and as he dribbled it back to the other teams hoop. His team members kept a check clearing up the lanes.

He passed it down to Keith and Noah sprinting to the hoop while Keith dribbled it and passed it on to Noah and there goes a dunk.

With that the timer stopped and the points raised to 81.

Everyone cheered and rejoiced.

I hugged Lisa in excitement. We were both happy and so was the team.

Keith nodd his head at me from a far I nodd back.

It was a total bro code.

I head back home feeling the urge to just lay on the bed and never wake up. As soon as I reach home a message came in and it had written "party at Noah's tonight".

It was a text being circulated in the class group chat.

I thought for a second and finally getting my ass to the room. I let out a deep sigh. " Should I go? ".

" Maybe I should!! And try to move on somehow ".

I texted lisa as I made up my mind and yes it was final and I had to text her before I change my mind.

" Party?". I asked and she replied right after "of course meet you at 7😎".

I rolled my eyes feeling the laziness of a sloth in my veins. " K". I typed and sent.

I bellowed "mooommmm I am going to Noah's tonight". And no response followed. It was 5 in the evening and there was still some time.

I got out of the room in search of my mother who just returned few days back. I walked passed the hall ways and led myself down the stairs to the kitchen.

"Mom" And no response.

When suddenly I turned to see Noah standing there like he had been there since forever.

I was startled and let out a squeak.

He smirked "hello princess". I frowned "I am not a princess". I argued and he chuckled. Oh what the fuck that husky chuckle makes me go butterflies.

I blushed and I looked down. The floor suddenly looked so interesting.

"Hey august". My brother walked in right after. " Where is mum? ". He questioned and I replied " I have no idea either".

I scowled walking past Noah and walking up the stairs to just head straight to my room.

"Your coming to the party right?!!! ". Keith asked and I paused mid stairway and jerking my head out. "Yeah I guess". I said.

"Okay, Noah and I are heading there first anyways so yeah come whenever you want". He added " Tell mum that I am at Noah's..., I just wanted to reassure that to her".

I rolled my eyes and beamed "alrighttt". I did not want to keep this conversation when Noah was just there glancing at me.

I cannot believe he is actually calling me princess. My face flustered.

I twirl around the bed and finally hit the showers got into a new clothing.

I wore a black turtle neck with a black hoodie on top of it and black jeans with combat boot.

"Ready for the party" I talked to myself gazing at the mirror and pushing back my messy hair.

"Hope my life gets better". I talked to myself while I held to my room doorknob ready to be closed.

The honk of the car from outside my house made it clear it was Lisa who came to pick me up. I rolled my eyes rushing downstairs in a hurry as the neighborhood was getting stupid disturbed.

I saw mum and dad flirting in the kitchen when I cleared my throat making sure I give my presence.

"I am going to Noah's will be back before midnight". I assured and they startled looked at me trying to pretend normal while I pretend.

I didn't stain my eyes looking at them.

" S-sure but honey please be safe ". She looked at me and I nodded while returning with a smile. " See you later bug guy". My dad said. The honking of the car continued "is that Lisa? ". Mum questioned and I let out a frustrated sigh " Yes".

I led myself outside when my mum followed me and said "Lisa come over sometimes". Lisa nodded from the car. I rolled my eyes " Do you like her? ". She questioned and I blurted " What the fuck nooooo". I said and she glared "language young man".

I frowned and rush to the ride before more questions were raised. "Stop honking I can hear you". I glared at her as she laughed " You're super late".

"What did your mum say? ". She questioned and I shrugged " Nothing, let's gooooo".

This is the second party. The second party I will be going to and yes, I am not going to drunk myself up.

I have to be sober.

We stopped at Noah's big parking lot and the huge mansion like house with an outdoor swimming pool was just too much.

The amount of people made my anxiety spike up. Lisa and I let ourselves inside the huge house and the sound with the base vibrated throughout.

There were people and teenager sitting on the staircase. Some dancing and some really making out while being drunk. Some vaped and were super high.

This was a shithole. 

Minutes turned into hours and I lost sight of Lisa and Keith was no where.

The party just got more noisy and I dragged myself up from the couch to sit somewhere more secluded. I wanted to  really be alone.

When I got outside the room in the outdoor swimming pool there were people making out and a huge group collected at a corner.

I saw Noah's fist meeting the face of a total strangers. He punched him mercilessly and I couldn't do anything but freeze.

"I like when you beg". He smirked.

" Huh!!?". The only word that got out of my mouth leaving me in a deep blank.
