So it was some kind of virus that spreads, causing unexplainable behaviors that could be described as zombies.

Lucien turned his head away as the woman pounded on the invisible barrier. She screeched and scratched and yet, she can't touch him. This angered her more.

Visible blue and black veins started to appear on her neck, chest, arms and face. The iris of her eyes dilated, causing the whiteness to spread with cloudy mist. The blue and black veins had reached the inside of her cornea.

Lucien asked the system, "How long should I stay here?"

Unlike before, the system no longer addressed him as 'dear host'. It must have updated while he was gone. The sentence it spoke are brief and straightforward. It no longer tried to scam him or beat around the bush.

Some part of him missed it.... But he won't admit it to this scammer. It might do its scamming deeds again.
