Chapter 1: So it begins

On the first fall of snow, I met you when my world had fallen in a dismal catastrophe, where nothing matters anymore to me. You and your charismatic energy had drawn me into you. I detested people the most but you were different from them. You were kind, gentle, and solemn, those perspectives describe you the most. I shouldn't have taken your small hands that time but I have no regrets about meeting you Zhiana as you were the first to love me unconditionally like this. I never liked anyone, however, it seems like you're the only exception. A beginning of solitude feelings, as well as devotion, untainted feelings that shouldn't have existed in the first place, to love someone, is both a blessing and a curse for it takes your everything just to risk everything for just one person. So let's take this back from the very beginning.

I had a prominent name in the musical p solemn piece 'Sol La Vida', a piece I dedicated to the years of my love for music, my hymn, and forte. I am Richardson Van Lourgen. Everything should have been working well now but it didn't until I disappeared from the music industry. I still remember like it was yesterday what happened and why everything went down the hill. How my world completely fell apart to nothingness.

July 17, 2010, was the time of Richardson's performance of a lifetime, his 'Millennium Decadence Concerto' his greatest finale ensemble for the year where he was the one to billions of people around the world. It was a great success and all of his die-hard fans were brought to tears cheering for their idol. It gave him self-fulfillment, grateful for those who supported him throughout his whole journey.

He'd walk up to the stage holding a mic and waving his hands to the crowd. He was brought into years touched by everyone cheering for him

"Thank you everyone for being here with me today! This has been an amazing journey for me all of your life and support brought me here. I swear to dedicate myself to music for many more years to come! Again I hope you enjoyed this evening. Good night everyone!!" he bowed before the lights turned off and the curtains closed. It was pack-up time behind the screen.

Richardson was removing his earpiece smiling flawlessly in front of his whole crew

"Great job everyone!" He applauded them for their hard work. Everything was going well until they were interrupted, Richardson's manager arrived panting and petrified as he delivered the news he held onto his phone distraught and sorrowful.

Richardson would grab his manager by his shoulder as he seemed to be feeling faint.

"Whoa there Manager what's wrong? Did something happen?" he asked as he began to feel worried and unsure of what his manager was about to say.

"Richardson, your parents were in a car accident–..." he stared at the man with fear and worry. Richardson would almost immediately grab his bag and phone to check what he had missed throughout the whole duration of his concert. His eyes widened to see what had happened to his beloved parents. He dashed out through the door and immediately drove his car without batting an eye. He didn't even care what speed limit he was blasting on; he simply wished to get to his parents as soon as possible.

He arrived at the hospital soaking wet as it was raining when he ran out of his car. He'd run around asking every nurse and doctor he encounters where his parents could be confined. Until he did, the sight that beholds him broke his heart. The Morgue where both his parents' bodies rested, unfortunately, both of them passed away from the impact of the crash causing head trauma and excessive bleeding to the brain that made it hard for the operation to condone as both patients were having lethal seizures. All of these things were explained by the doctors thoroughly and carefully. It felt like his world collapsed all in one, this was supposed to be the greatest moment of his life but now it was all nothing without his parents that had supported him throughout his journey.

"I'm sorry for your loss please take your time to read and grieve" the doctor uttered as he pats Richardson's shoulder then he leaves not wanting to ignite any more possible frenzy. He stepped inside the morgue room removing the cloth that was covering their faces, he shuddered as he felt his knees weaken, the roughness of his breath was painstaking, and his eyes and tears flowed like a river as he knelt grieving for his loss.

"Why?... Why did you have to leave me so soon?– WHY!!!?" He mourned slamming his hand on the table and sobbing as he choked on his words. Just sat there silent the whole night
