41 Take It Off, Princess

Seraphina looked shocked at Damian, who was covered in blood. His face was bloody, and a cut on his lips indicated his pain.

"C-come in," she stuttered.

She invited Damian inside and observed him walking in while clutching his side.

"What h-happened? Ugh... Do you have a med kit in your r-room, Lord Damian?" she asked.

Sera still felt afraid of him after his previous reaction. The man in front of her had been on the verge of strangling her and seemed capable of murdering her right then and there.

"In the corner," Damian whispered.

His cold voice made her flinch in her footsteps.

Sera slowly walked to the corner he was referring to.

"No, the opposite," he whispered again.

As she moved to the opposite corner, she could feel his gaze upon her, watching her every movement. She located the med kit and brought it closer to him.

She stood in front of him and looked down.

"D-do you want me to help you?" she asked.
