"Ow!" Marley Screamed. "Ouch!" She said as she rubbed her head.

"What's wrong?" Liam questioned, concerned. "Did you hurt yourself?" Liam asked again as he ran over to Marley lying on the floor. He stared down at looked at her.

"Ouch! I hit my head on the table…" Marley pouted as she rubbed her head, staring into Liam's eyes. She lay there in her pink cat onesie pajamas.

Liam laughed, "Ha-ha, well how did that even happen?" He said as he began kneeling on one knee to face her eye level. "That seems so unrealistic, did you purposely do it or something?" He said as he started to laugh.

Marley looked at him with an irritated look, "I dropped my fork and bent down to get it, then I hit my head on the table!" Marley whined to Liam. "Stupid table!" Marley said as she hit the table lightly, her sleeves were over her hands.

Liam laughed again. As he stood up, he got off his knee. Liam patted her head like she was a pet. "You'll be okay, just be careful-" BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! Three loud gunshots echoed right outside their house. They looked at each other, Marley covered her ears.

"Oh, my gosh! What was that?!" Marley screamed at Liam. Liam saw how terrified Marley was by looking at her. The noise made it sound like someone got shot. Liam was afraid too, but he had no time to think. He quickly chose the first thing that came to mind.

"I don't know, but I'll be back!" Liam yelled as he sprinted out the door. Meanwhile, Marley sat on the floor, grabbing her knees with her arms. She rocked back and forth, frightened. As Liam continued sprinting, he found a dark alleyway, a figure appeared to be kneeling to a dead body. Liam backed up into a corner to spy on the figure. This figure turned out to be a woman, Liam could see the small woman's hands placed on the man's heartbeat. But this woman wasn't sad that the body wouldn't wake up... Liam heard her laugh once.

"Hey! What are you-" Liam couldn't finish his sentence, because as soon as he spoke the woman looked up at him, as soon as she saw him she started running away immediately.

"Wait! Stop! Come back here now!" Liam yelled as he began sprinting after her. But he stopped after a few seconds, he started laughing at the fact that this woman fell to the ground right in front of him. He tried to stop laughing because he knew she could just kill him in a snap, but he couldn't.
