A breach of contract, an unattainable romance, but an unassailable attraction.  *** Selene died because of betrayal… She was reborn to have a second chance… And so, she had sworn to make everything right with two goals in mind: 1. getting her fiancee's love and, 2. live happily ever after. However, a hot gorgeous shameless narcissistic heavenly being ruined her plan! The angel who was supposed to help her get her man, suddenly started seducing her with his exceptional masculine charm. How can Selene resist the temptation if an angel's seduction is enough to lose her mind? *** [ Excerpts ] "Gabriel… please…" His hand started caressing Selene's cheek, even tracing her lips using his fingers as he asked her, "Please what, Selene? Tell me, what do you want me to do?" "Touch you like this?" he whispered with his sensual voice. Selene's heart raced even faster when he started caressing her skin with his warm hand. Her body stiffened further the moment his soft lips touched the sensitive part of her neck. "Or kiss you like this?" He cooed in her ear, before kissing her earlobe. Selene could only clutch her hands on his shirt as she closed her eyes. 'Gosh! Is he trying to seduce me or what? Why is he doing this?' "Gabriel," She called him again. But her voice didn't sound like she was mad or against this. He didn't stop his advances. His hand was now tracing her waist and her side. It stopped at the side of her breast. Selene gulped hard once again and almost forgot to breathe when he started nibbling and sucking on her skin. His sensual action caused Selene to let out another suppressed moan. "Gab… please… stop," Selene's words were the opposite of her action. Her grip on his shirt tightened and she unconsciously pulled him closer to her body, instead of pushing him away. He let out a husky laugh and said, "Selene, I think you are telling me... Please don't stop?" *** { Warning: This Book Features Mature Content [R-18] } Author's Other Books: His Mistress is His Ex-wife 100 Days to Seduce the Devil Moon Lovers: Bound By Blood and Revenge The Devilish Assassin meets the Angelic Detective (Completed) The CEO's Wife Is A Demon God's Daughter (Ongoing)

The Boy in Her Dream

Selene enjoyed the rest of her class just chatting with Eros. His mere presence could lighten her mood. He was making her feel safe and comfortable.

She didn't know why but this feeling seemed familiar to her as if she already had known him before. But of course, she knew that was impossible. She was certain that the first time she met him was when she woke up as a soul after she died.

After her class, Selene and Eros went back to her dormitory room. They hadn't talked yet about how they would start implementing their mission of winning Renz's heart.

Eros also needed to meet Renz first to know what kind of guy he was. Aside from the information that he got from Selene about Renz, getting to know him personally was very essential so that Eros could strategize effectively.

'Sigh, why do I feel so bad knowing Selene chose to love that jerk? She's even willing to die for him although he had broken her heart.' Eros complained to himself inwardly.

'Oh humans… they tend to become fool and stupid sometimes when it comes to love.' he shook his head at that thought.

'Fortunately, I am a heavenly being and I don't need to experience that,' Eros added, heaving a sigh of relief.

After Selene had settled down inside her dormitory room, Eros decided to say goodbye to her for a while.

"Selene, there's somewhere I need to go right now. We will talk later about our plan and strategy once I come back, okay?" Eros said to Selene who was now lying on her bed.

Her mind and body felt tired after attending the same classes she underwent five years ago. If Eros was not there then she would be bored to death.

"Alright, my cute little angel. Come back soon. I will just take a nap and sleep while you are not around. Please wake me up once you return," Selene responded to him with her sleepy voice. She yawned and stretched out her hand before grabbing her soft pillow.

Eros couldn't help but frown as Selene called him again 'Little Cute'. He was allergic to those words. He felt like he was really a kid. However, he couldn't complain to her since in her eyes he indeed looked like a kid.

"Okay. Have a sweet dream! See you later," Eros mumbled.

He was about to leave and disappear when he felt a soft hand grabbing his little arm. He turned around only to meet Selene's beautiful brown eyes.

"What is it?" He asked her in confusion.

"Please… come back soon," she softly said with her pleading look.

Deep inside, Selene was still shaken about what happened to her. She just died and returned in the past. She had some fears. Her heart was filled with uncertainties. She didn't know what awaits her in this second life.

She wondered if she could still live a normal life despite the fact she already knew what might happen five years from now. Could she really change her fate this time?

But she found her strength and courage in Eros. His presence was giving her a sense of security.

Eros gazed at her for several seconds before nodding his head. "Yes, I'll come back soon. So just rest for a while. Sleep."

After hearing that, Selene released Eros's hand. In her sleepy state, she gave him a faint smile before slowly closing her eyes. Eros stroked her hair one last time then he vanished, leaving Selene in her dormitory room.

Several minutes later, Selene drifted off to sleep. She had a weird dream… a dream that felt so real as if she had experienced it before.

*******

There was a girl at around 10 years old, crying under the bridge. There were cars and people passing by but it seemed that no one took notice of her as if she was invisible in their eyes.

She was crying non-stop. Her entire body was trembling in fear. She was sitting while her hands were covering her small face.

"Mom… Dad… please don't leave me! Come back to me!" the girl was saying in between her sobs. She kept calling her parents.

"Mom… Dad… where are you? I'm so scared! Please come back!"

But no matter how hard she cried, calling them and screaming their names non-stop, her parents didn't come. They were gone.

When she was tired of crying, she finally stood up in her spot. Her eyes that were burned with tears were now looking at the river in front of her.

"Mom… Dad… I'm coming with you," the little girl mumbled while staring blankly at the river.

In that area, there was a poor soul filled with fear and sadness but no one could hear her desperate plea. She felt very helpless.

The girl started to walk ahead until she reached the riverbank. She continued walking, her feet had already touched the water.

She was crossing the river oblivious of the danger and the risk that might come her way.

Half of her body was already submerged in the water. If she continued to walk further then she would surely meet her end.

The river was very deep for a ten-year-old child like her. She didn't even know how to swim.

With a blank expression on her face, she continued stepping forward. The water already reached her neck.

Two to three more steps then she would drown herself in the river together with her pain and sorrow.

But before she could take another step, she felt a hand pulling her going back to the river bank.

She wanted to struggle but the person who was holding her was stronger than her. Before she even noticed, she was already back to the spot where she was sitting moments ago.

Then she heard a voice of a boy, scolding her. "What are you thinking? Are you trying to kill yourself? What is a young kid doing here alone?"

The girl gazed up only to see a boy who looked like he was five years older than her. He was taller than her with his silver-gray hair and beautiful blue eyes.

The girl just stood there mesmerized by the handsome boy in front of her.

"Hey... Why are you not answering me? Are you mute? Or are you dumb? Why are you here? Go home. This is not the place where you should be." The boy seemed like he was mad at her as he continued ranting at her.

The girl snapped out of her daze when she heard his voice again.

"Sigh, pull yourself together, little kid. Go back to your family now." He said again. He didn't know whether he was scolding her or consoling her.

However, the girl suddenly burst out and cried again at the mention of her family.

The handsome silver-gray-haired boy was stupefied. He didn't mean to make her cry.
