The Start of the Annihilation

Calculating the time, Wang Rouxi reckoned that Lu Sha should have safely brought Xia Jinhu back to the Xia Family Old Residence by now.

Wang Rouxi realized that she had grossly overestimated their pursuers; they did not even notice the anomaly!

Without even displaying a tenth of her skills, they were already left in the dust after only a few twists and turns. Wang Rouxi had to purposely slow down a few times and create an illusion that she was cornered for them to barely catch up to her.

Another quarter of an hour passed and she could not see any of the four cars trailing her anymore.

Her people should have taken care of them by this time.

Just as she thought about this, a buzz came from her phone and when she checked on it, a glint flashed in her eyes.

"Done."

To dare cause trouble for Xia Jiannan, these people really have huge guts.

Wang Rouxi gradually slowed down the car as she entered a building and park at the underground parking lot.

Not long after, two identical cars parked on either side of her car.

Wang Rouxi remained calmly seated inside the car as four people came out of those cars.

Lu Lengtian and Lu Yizhi got down the car on the right.

Lu Qingya and Lu Wei alighted from the car on the left.

"Wow! A beauty!" Lu Yizhi gushed as he practically threw himself over the Aston Martin.

His face was plastered on the window and he could see a faint outline of a male inside.

Wang Rouxi got out of the car at this moment and the overly excited Lu Yizhi stumbled back on Lu Lenglian's arms.

"Eh, Lu Sha? Why are you here? Where's Leader Xi?" Lu Yizhi did not seem to mind that he almost fell down and he fired off questions at Wang Rouxi.

Lu Lenglian bonked him on the head and chastised while looking at him in disgust, "Stupid."

Holding his aching head, Lu Yizhi glared at the man and decided to get even with him later before he turned back to 'Lu Sha'.

"Oi, why do you look pale? Do you need me to check up on you?"

Without waiting for 'him' to reply, Lu Yizhi grabbed "Lu Sha's" wrist and checked 'his' pulse.

Wang Rouxi, who was disguised to look like the frail and sickly version of Lu Sha, merely raised a perfectly arched eyebrow as she watched the energetic young man fuss over her.

"Nothing seems wrong with your vitals. You are just unusually pale. Could you be suffering from..."

But before he was able to finish his diagnosis, Lu Qingya pushed him to the side and went over to greet Wang Rouxi with an elegant smile on her face. "Leader Xi, good morning!"

Lu Wei also stepped forward, his eyes downcast as he mumbled under his breath, "Leader Xi!"

As for Lu Lenglian, he nodded his head at Wang Rouxi, his voice as emotionless as his face when he acknowledged her, "Leader."

The neglected Lu Yizhi stood there dumbfounded as he watched his colleagues greet their leader one after another.

"Wait! Leader Xi, is it really you?" His voice carried a hint of astonishment as he carefully examined her disguise.

With a light chuckle, Wang Rouxi stretched her hand out, patting the young man on his head, and said, "It's me, Xiao Zhi!"

Lu Yizhi froze on the spot where he stood as his 'treasured' hair was disheveled from Wang Rouxi's ruffling.

"Leader Xi!"

The young man gloomily went to the side mirror of a car, trying his hardest to fix his hairstyle, his expression was that of a child who wanted to throw a tantrum but dared not to.

The others did not bother with him and proceeded to discuss the matter about the pursuers.

"Leader, 11 people are caught. Three of the four cars had been disposed of. We let their de facto leader go after we put an audio surveillance tracking device on him, as you have instructed." Lu Qingya briefly reported.

Wang Rouxi nodded and suddenly fell into contemplation, then, a series of command was issued:

"Lu Qingya, dispatch Alpha Team to follow that man. Take charge in this operation."

"Lu Wei, track his general location and bring Bravo Team and Charlie Team to encircle the area."

"Lu Lenglian, bring back this car to the Xia Family Old Residence and assist Lu Sha."

"Lu Yizhi..." Wang Rouxi's voice trailed off as she saw the look of distress on the young man's face at having his hairstyle messed up.

Hearing someone mentioned his name, Lu Yizhi perked up noticeably and automatically brought his right hand up to a salute. "Lu Yizhi, at your service!"

Wang Rouxi observed him for a few seconds and at last decided that it would be best if he would be left with her side. "You, come with me."

Facing the other three, Wang Rouxi only said a single sentence which decided those people's fate, "Don't leave a single person alive."

Complete annihilation.

Because that's what he wanted.

After issuing more instructions to them, Wang Rouxi passed the keys of the Aston Martin to Lu Lenglian before she dragged Lu Yizhi to drive the other car.

Wang Rouxi was about to board the car when a thought flashed through her mind. She walked over the car driven by Lu Qingya and rapped on its window.

"Leader Xi, is there something else?" Lu Qingya showed a respectful smile as she asked.

"Investigate everything about the Lu Corporation and give me the report as soon as possible."

When they heard this, Lu Qingya turned to Lu Wei who was beside her and saw the same confusion she felt in the other's eyes.

Their brief eye contact didn't escape Wang Rouxi's sharp eyes.

"What is it?"

Lu Qingya stared at Wang Rouxi and she could tell that their omnipotent leader was indeed clueless about this matter.

After sorting out her thoughts, Lu Qingya said carefully, "Lu Corporation is founded by you, Leader Xi."
