Fate/Death Insightless
Kayden, a young boy in his teens, was very much convinced he was born in the wrong world. Living eventless days without amuse, he wished for something... interesting to happen. A world-ending apocalypse which granted everyone magical powers? Perhaps a classic reincarnation scenario?
"Yeah, like that would happen."
That was, until one day, the sisters of FATE decided to grant him his wish. Just, in a way you wouldn't expect.
As he sat in an empty cafe, admiring the blue skies, he spotted a golden cylinder-like stick approaching the cafe, and at an increasingly worrying speed. Before he could react, the rod-like object had already penetrated the cafe's wall, collapsing into a rubble of mess.
He laughed, losing his consciousness by the second. He was gladden perhaps, that his uneventful life came to an end.
A crimson red light shone in his pocket, before a burst of glaring light rained down on the half-dead boy. As the light settled, a young man in his 20's revealed himself from the glory of the gleam, a golden fluid dripping from his fingertips to Kayden's mouth
"The prince of the underworld has arrived to answer your call."
(Though I labeled it as fanfic, I won't be exactly using any existing fate story, except for the whole 7 masters seven servants stuff, and maybe some of their magic system. I will also not be using any of fate's existing masters or characters (Maybe I might write my own version of some of the existing servants), at least as of now. SO maybe its half novel half fanfic???)
