22 Chapter 22

After about a week of roaming the world and test after test later, Gabriel finally decided to confess to her brothers.

For a while, she thought she was imagining things due to the fast pace of events and the impossibility of such a thing but the tests she made proves that it wasn't a dream.

She even used the artifact Heaven made to test if she is truly pregnant.

"Gabriel? I thought you left to talk with Merlin, what happened? It's been a week now that I think about it. How did it go?" Michael places his paperwork down and looks at her fidgeting sister.

He can feel something ominous from his sister's figure and behavior but he never expected to hear the following words from her sister's mouth.

Slowly Gabriel takes out a magic pregnancy test and shows it to her brother, this test device can show the results in an instant without any tedious work, also it has never shown a false positive.

It was made in Heaven during the great war after Lucifer ordered the devils to do unspeakable things to the believers.

These devices were put to storage after the cease-fire...

"Brother I am pregnant."

Seeing that in Gabriel's hands and hearing her words Michael's heart sunk as he frantically checked her sister's wings looking for black feathers that are not there.

"Brother I didn't fall! We discovered something miraculous with Merlin."

Hearing that name again Michael couldn't help but think how they agreed that Gabriel cannot be seduced last week but looking at her smiling sister he could only smile in return and ask for details.

Hearing the details Michael didn't know whether he should laugh or cry, he can't blame Merlin for this neither since his sister gave her consent to test this out.

In the end, Michael had this Holy Blunt tested by the science division just to make sure of its full effects and discovered that under its influence Angels can reproduce without the fear of falling and it also increases their fertility to match with humans.

This was the miracle Heaven hoped for but Michael cannot feel happy about it not one bit...

Especially hearing that a human sneaking in Heaven struck him like a truck, he checked the 7th Heaven but didn't find any clues, the lack of clues made him even more restless.

Michael had the suspicion that Merlin might have messed with the system to allow this but in the end, he cannot get angry over it because they are desperate for this.

The knowledge about who planted those plants was kept hidden like God's demise and Michael covered it by fabricating a story since Merlin was seen with the drug.

The story goes like this, upon Merlin's escape via prayer, a hidden function placed by God has awakened and gave him the secrets to making the miracle drug and he has been testing it for the last two years.

Once the drug was perfected Gabriel volunteered to test it herself to show their faith in God's plan and it worked.

"Uriel, send an official marriage proposal to Merlin. I want him and Gabriel married once she delivers the baby." Michael sighed as he drank a shot of liquid holy power that somehow increased his power.

The bottle said Angel's Tears, it is an apt name considering its taste.

He doesn't know where did this come from but it is like alcohol but you don't fall even if you get drunk.

Uriel gritted his teeth but nodded nonetheless. His baby sister got sacrificed for Heaven's survival. He is mad but can't release that anger, maybe he can channel that during the second orgy of Heaven, however, this is for repopulating.

"Merlin what are you watching?" Vali comes to see me watch Heaven TV.

"I modified God's system to allow Angels to reproduce under the effects of Holy Blunt and even made it so that their fertility would rise." I take a sip from Devil's Shot, it is an experimental drink made from liquefied demonic energy.

I got tired of smoking weed, I am looking into alcohol now but I can't have holy stuff with Vali living with me, so I am going with demonic versions while I send the holy stuff to Michael.

"Now I am watching Michael turn the entire Heaven into heaven for potheads." I release a satisfied sigh, this drink would kill anyone weak but it only gives me a slight buzz.

"I don't know who's side are you on at this point... It almost looks like you're working for the fallen." Vali stops and puts her finger on her cheek as if thinking then grins at me "Aww, you didn't have to do that to impress me."

"I also impregnated Gabriel."

"Are you serious?"

"Yes..."

"You're the best! I must record Azazel's face when he hears about this." And off she goes.

"I wonder what Azazel did to deserve this?"

I got a call from Vivian about my sword, it seems like she finished forging it. It was faster than I expected.

Once again I found myself in front of her lake as she rises from it. This time she's holding a golden-black sword adorned with red markings on its blade but the blade itself doesn't have an edge.

"It turned out more powerful than I expected. I hope you will use this responsibly." She hands me the sword.

I ran my magical energy through it binding it to myself forever. Red markings on the sword light up in joy ready to shred reality apart.

"I have no use for it at the moment, also it still has room to grow." I mutter.

Gathering some Origin Energy I pierce the fabric of reality and reach for other worlds out there.

<Dimensional Gate> The other side of the portal shows a small blonde kid with red eyes with slit pupils, sitting on a stone throne. He has an aura that demands obedience.

"Hey kid, I'll let you borrow my sword." I throw the sword at him.

"You dare disrespect this king!?" The childish voice of the king of heroes responds.

"Geez, you're annoying even as a kid. The sword's name is EA. Take care of it, I will take it back later." I close the portal before he can answer.

There is an infinite number of worlds out there with Infinite possibilities. I sent the sword to a version of Nasuverse where Gilgamesh doesn't receive EA from Gods. A version of Nasuverse where I can summon the sword back without any problems.

"Merlin what did you do?"

"Something that will make that sword even more powerful."

"That sword is strong enough to rip apart reality it doesn't need more power."

"You know what they say, go big or go home." I say making her sigh.

"Will you accompany me tonight?" Shaking my head I ask her to send me back home.

Vivian's water massage is good but I don't feel like having sex at the moment, maybe my lust is dulling finally.

I am making slow progress on Dungeon Core, just because I have beyond genius intelligence doesn't mean I can pull stuff from my ass all the time.

I have dedicated all my background process to that task meanwhile I am gathering evidence on the King Piece.

I messed with Heaven, it is only fair Underworld gets their fair share of trouble. Too bad Underworld doesn't have anything light-hearted, I can't turn them into saints for fun.

So, I am instigating a rebellion by exposing the King Piece. This will be enough trouble for them, I just need to time it right to make sure important people don't die.

Meh, I'll just give them something for fertility if too many die. Also, I am going to use this to 'save' Ravel Phenex and make her fall for me. What!? I never claimed to be a good man.

I would totally plunge the underworld into civil war for her. After all, she's the best manager I can find, also she has that Tsundere twin drills without being a full Tsundere.

"Alright guys, let's end today's training here. I just got a text from home. It seems mother has woken up!" Sairaorg cheers as he teleports to his mother's residence.

I follow him like a ghost, I just need to catch him alone for one second. I already observed his brother using PoD and I want to shove that in his brain.

Sairaorg wanted to change the underworld, he saw the semi-dark sides of it because he didn't inherit the PoD and due to this his Peerage Members are all misfits.

I want to see what would happen once he got his hands on PoD. So I stuck him once he was alone.

I forcefully shoved him the symbols that will make him understand and use PoD while I pumped liquid demonic energy into his body to increase his reserves.

By the time I was done with him he had enough mastery of it to ensure his status as the Heir of Bael. Well, I did cure his mother as well. I'd say we're even.

My next target was Diehauser himself, he was sitting in his office looking through strategies for his latest game.

First an illusion to cover my tracks, then I took the King Piece I stole from a random no-name devil that was never introduced and placed it alongside a dossier about his cousin.

He was already trashing the office by the time I made it out of the Belial Castle.

Now we just let the events simmer for a while before it blows up.

"Merlin-nii! Will you play soccer with me?" I smile at the small redhead.

Millicas Gremory is not like other children I dealt with and he doesn't act like a brat making him very loveable.

"Of course Millicas-kun. I came to see your mother but she is busy I have time." I came to see Grayfia but she is busy.

"Yes! Can we watch anime later?" He gives me the hell-puppy-eyes.

"Whatever you want little guy, but first you need to take this ball from me." I mess his hair and take the ball from his feet.
