4 First Meeting
2nd Floor
POV Chrono:
I could hear sounds of fighting as I neared the place with those 2 abnormal Shinsu readings. I wasn't sure but those two should either be from the 10 Great Families or a Princess of Jahad if they were from the Ruling Class or FUG or some unknown genius. Either way I was getting excited at the thought of finally meeting some good opponents; maybe they would be in future, why do I sound like Hisoka?
As I reached the place, I could see two individuals going against each other, one was a white haired girl with a longsword who I knew from my last life, Princess of Jahad, daughter of Arie Family Head, ranked #36 in the Tower Rankings, wielder of Red October and the one who sealed White in Hell Train, Arie Hagipherione Jahad. Throughout the series she could be ranked Top 5 amongst all the Princesses of Jahad alongside Eurasia Enne Jahad, Adori Jahad, Yuri Jahad and Maschenny Jahad.
The one fighting her was someone introduced much later in the story, Khun Xavi, son of Khun Eduan, Ruler of 69th Floor, ranked #40 in the Tower Rankings, Khun Marco Asensio's brother and a really talented and strong Spear Bearer with Ice type Shinsu Quality.
Both Hagipherione and Xavi were going at it without holding back which was pretty obvious seeing the destruction they had caused. Hagipherione's mastery over Arie Swordsmanship was still rough around the edges and couldn't obviously compare to when she became a High Ranker but by Regular standards calling her strong would be a serious understatement. And there was nothing to say for Xavi, as someone who could rival her not only now but also when he became a High Ranker, his control over Shinsu and that scary talent that made him master his Shinsu Quality as a Test Taker was proof of how talented he really was; not to mention his Spearmanship left any other Regular of the same level in dust.
Both of them were monsters who would soon become High Rankers but the scariest thing about them was their battle awareness and how they manipulated their environment to fight. Even me who had been called a prodigy in hand to hand combat had things I could learn just by watching these two fight.
'Hm?" as I was admiring Hagipherione and Xavi rampaging I saw a cloaked figure a little far right from me, but that wasn't what drew my attention, it was his body structure and mysterious aura that reminded me of a major character from the webtoon. Someone so smart and cunning he could convince you to sell yourself to him for petty change. He was a master at conspiring, someone who wasn't ranked on Tower Rankings but could wipe the floor with people like Kallavan and Jinsung. It took Molic, Joochun and Flux, all 3 Lords to fight against him together to kill him with Flux dying in that battle. His Shinsu Quality turned Shinsu into Fog and he created 'Shinsu Quality: Beyond Boundary' which further strengthened and improved his Quality of Shinsu to a newer and much stronger form. Yeon Hana used Beyond Boundary to turn Fire into Magma later during Sunset War which became the straw that broke the camel for Wolhaiksong, many of their High Rankers died because of her. It was all because of him, First Prince of Jahad- Primis Rex.
He donned a brown cloak that covered everything except his shining yellow eyes and two hands, if it was someone else they might not notice his ring but as someone who finished ToG I could tell at a glance what exactly that ring was.
"Hey, PRINCESS HAGIPHERIONE! It looks like becoming a Princess has dulled your senses too, we have people watching us like monkeys in a parade, let's stop our friendly reunion celebration here, I think we will have more chances in the future, how about it?" it was at this moment I heard Xavi shout at Hagipherione to stop. He was still the calm and rational person he was portrayed as in the webtoon.
"HAAAAH!!? Don't tell me you're chickening out now Xavi, as for the others why do you care what they do, both of us can just team up to kill everyone else hmph hmph!!" pouted Hagipherione, she was as bit of childish and annoying as she was when she became a High Ranker. Then again she wasn't a naïve little girl, in fact she was quite smart as she acquiesced to stopping the fight and put her longsword away as looked cautiously at me, Primis and 7 other people who had gathered here.

POV Xavi and Hagipherione:
I looked at the people that had gathered around me and Hagipherione, at this point there were hardly any weak Regulars left, if you made it past the first hour then no matter what you were barely considered strong at the least. I could count 2 people who were dangerous amongst everyone present here, a black hair blue eyed boy dressed in all black gave me a dangerous feeling, the type of dangerous feeling I felt from Regulars climbing the Tower. He wasn't weak, I had no idea if I could beat him, this was the first time I got this feeling from someone my age. Just who could he be, I knew he wasn't from any of the other Great Families.
Another one had a cloak covering all of his body so I couldn't tell his details but he was at least as strong as Hagipherione and even though he had a cloak on I could still tell he was the physical type.

I don't particularly like following what others say but I was glad I stopped fighting Xavi. Small fries aside, just the black haired boy and the cloaked person were enough of a reason. I could feel palpable threat from both of them. Ever since I was a kid I had been hailed as a prodigy and once in a whatever genius, and after I became a Princess all of that was magnified to an annoying level and because of that I believed I didn't have any opponents in my generation which prompted me to believe I was the strongest except having a few rivals like Xavi, Lennox and Yura but it is only now that I realize how naïve and foolish I was. Even if I don't count anyone else, just these two in front of me are enough to kill me and I'm sure of this fact. This is so exciting. I want to fight them. I want to know how much stronger they are!!!

"Hey Xavi, there are some dangerous individuals here, it's good we stopped fighting." Sighed Hagipherione as she spoke to me as I nodded before continuing
"Yeah, there are at least 2 I can make out who are very dangerous. Do you have any inkling as to who that black hair blue eyed boy is?"
"I was going to ask you that but I guess both of us don't know who he is, what about the cloaked one, any idea who he might be?"
"No idiot, how can anyone know, you'd have to be a clairvoyant to know him. But he's strong, physically strong."

POV Primis:
'Arie Hagipherione, Khun Xavi, an unknown black hair blue eyed boy who might be stronger than me, count Ariel Blossom, Ha Yura, Lennox Bloodmadder and Cornelius Tu Perie and you will have 7 candidates that are good enough to become top class High Rankers. Especially this boy who is dressed as a prince, he's definitely unlike anyone I've ever seen.' I thought to myself as I imagined what this year's Test would look like, it is like a Festival of Monsters.

All 4 of them had their own thoughts as they sized each other up. This was suddenly stopped as Hagipherione walked towards Primis. Primis who saw her coming towards himself was on guard as he knew Hagipherione was battle junkie and a moody girl.
"Hey you! Why are you wearing a cloak? Take it off, I want to see what you look like." Said Hagipherione
Primis:…..
"Hey hey hey wait up Hagipherione, you cannot just ask someone something like this! You're a Princess now, act like one you idiot!!" reprimanded Xavi as he caught up with Hagipherione
Chrono on the other side saw the three of them having fun and he didn't want to be left alone so he ran to the group quickly and greeted, "Hello everyone, my name is Chrono."
"Hello, I'm Khun Xavi."
"Arie Hagipherione Jahad."
Primis- 'Why are you three getting chummy all of a sudden?'
"Primis Rex"
"Hey hey Chrono, Primis, who are you two? Why have I never heard of you two, both of you are pretty strong!!" questioned Hagipherione as her expression what shouting 'FIGHT ME'.
"Hey Hagipherione, don't be rude." Said Xavi but didn't stop her from questioning their origins.
"I've come from a place very far away---oh wait, before we talk any further let's clean the pests up." Said Chrono before waving his hand as 5 pitch black Baangs appeared and killed 5 of the 7 Regulars who were standing in the distance before they even had the chance to react.
'Fa-Fast!! I didn't even have the time to react and what's up with those 5 Baangs?! And his Shinsu is black in colour?? What is he!?' thought Xavi, Hagipherione and Primis in their hearts shocked by what Chrono had done.
'He didn't even hesitate before killing and that Shinsu control is on a whole another level too, all 5 of them had their foreheads getting impacted by those Baangs' thought Primis
*BZZT* *BZZT* "Mic test! Everyone stay where you are right now!! The First Test is over now! All remaining Regulars! Stop what you're doing right now and listen to me carefully! Any Regulars fighting from now on will be eliminated!! To the 200 Regulars who passed the First Test! Congratulations to all of you!! It may seem a bit rushed, but a Second Test will be carried out right away!!"
"HUH? RIGHT NOW?"
"Whaaaat…? Again?"
"Haha, don't be so disappointed, the next test is very simple! So now here is the challenge for the Second Test!! The challenge is 'Getting Teammates'!! There are 200 remaining Regulars, find 2 Regulars to be your teammates!! In short this test is to make a team of three!! For your reference, we're giving you a 5-minute time limit!! If you don't have a team at the end of 5-minutes you're going to get eliminated!!"
